Our wedding caterer knocked it out of the park! From the very first bite of the chorizo empanada appetizers, our guests were hooked—and they haven’t stopped talking about them since. For dinner, we went with the tenderloin and stuffed chicken breast options, and both were absolutely delicious. So many guests told us it was the best wedding meal they’ve ever had!
Beyond the food, the service was top-notch. The serving staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, and the planning team was a dream to work with. They guided us through every detail with ease and made the entire process stress-free.

Chef Jesse was absolutely fantastic to work with—he was responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. The tasting menu was amazing: a stellar array of creative entrees and samples that were truly a 10/10! On our wedding day, his team arrived on time, fully prepared, and handled everything with utmost politeness and professionalism. The food was served hot and tasted amazing, even on the big day. I couldn’t recommend Chef Jesse and his team more!

I can’t recommend PG Special Events enough! Jesse and his team are wonderful. From day one they were welcoming, professional, and helpful in guiding us towards the right catering we needed to also work with the limitations of our chosen venue. They are a true “bang for your buck”, the quality of the food and service is top tier for the affordable packages they offer. My wife and I opted for buffet style for 100 guests and it was perfect, all night and still to this day everybody was raving about the food! Everything was fresh, hot, beautiful, and absolutely delicious! You can rest easy knowing that you’ll have a seamless dinner if you book with PG. I’d work with them again any day!

PG Special Events Catering provided outstanding hors d'oeuvres, food, presentation, and service for my daughter’s wedding 3/23/2024. Jesse, his wife Lidia, and his mother Patricia went above and beyond to make the event a dream come true. PG Special Events is amazing. Lidia and Jesse are the kindest and most humble people you will ever meet and they truly put love into their food. From the start of the process, they walked us through every step, giving us recommendations and were always available to answer questions. We were blown away by their tasting menu and without hesitation, chose them for our wedding. They did an absolutely amazing job with our appetizers (highly recommended caprese skewer and chorizo & Oaxaca cheese empanadas) and entrees, all the guests were blown away by the food. My husband and I made sure to finish every last bite! In addition, Lidia even placed strawberries on our champagne flutes for an added touch. All the servers were fantastic and on top of things. Lidia and Jesse truly care about their customers, they are gems. We hope to use them in the future for parties and other events!

PG catered my rehearsal dinner and did a wonderful job! I was receiving compliments all night. The staff members had excellent attitudes and were happy to help with anything both during the dinner and in the months planning it. I HIGHLY recommend giving them a taste test and using them for your event!

We hired PG Special Events to cater my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary party. From the very first contact, Lidia & Jesse were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They responded to my request for a quote quickly. During the tasting and while we were finalizing our order, Lidia offered helpful suggestions that could help our budget. They were even incredibly flexible when a last-minute dietary change arose for one of our guests. They were happy to adjust the menu to ensure my grandpa had a delicious meal!
The food itself was absolutely delicious! The empanadas, strawberry feta salad, salmon and almond panko crusted chicken were just some of the crowd pleasers!
But what truly made the difference was Jesse & Lidia's genuine care and attention to detail. Lidia took the time to understand the importance of this event and ensured everything ran smoothly during set up.
I highly recommend PG Special Events to anyone looking for a caterer who goes above and beyond to make your event special!!

Hired P&G for my wedding in October. YOU HAVE NOT LIVED A COMPLETE LIFE UNTIL YOU HAVE TRIED THIER CHILE RELLENO!!!! Growing up I didn't really care about chile relleno, but during our tasting it was definitely an experience. Jesse (chef) and Lidia (manager) were available for one on one meetings, were very patient, and very engaging. We even went to a special event they hosted to try more drinks, desserts, appetizers, and main courses. All in all it was a pleasant experience. Food was a priority for our wedding and Jesse and Lidia out did themselves, delivering food guests are still talking about TWO MONTHS later, and premier service. You get what you are paying for, if not more. I strongly recommend to friends and family.

Jesse and Lidia are the best. My fiance and I went for our tasting today and all the food was delicious from beginning to end 😋.
They are so awesome to work with because they truly help you throughout the whole process. They are so professional and give you the best suggestion, multiple options, and advice over your food. They do not push you because they make the whole day about you and your needs.
Their professionalism, organization, kindness, and customer service is top notch, plus they are so down to earth.
They take the time to explain the whole process from beginning to end. They take the time to explain all the details of the proposal so there are no surprises in your bill.
PG Special Events really made my wedding tasting special and enjoyable. I am so excited that they will be a part of our big day. I know they will go the extra mile to make everything perfect and to the highest degree possible.

We used PG for our Sept 2022 wedding and could not be happier. From the initial tasting to the wedding day, they were so professional and friendly and communicated clearly with usthrough the entire process. The food was OUTSTANDING, so many compliments.

Jesse and his crew did an astounding job at my wedding. Before hand he invited us to have a tasting at his location. His food is amazing and he is very versatile in what he can make for you. An added plus was that we were able to hire our bartenders through this caterer which meant one less task for me to have to complete. Overall we were super impressed and satisfied with the services provided.

I found Jesse and his team at an open house event at my venue. They were warm and kind people from the moment we walked up to their table. The food was delicious and I could tell they take pride in what they do. We scheduled a sampling not long after and booked them without tasting anywhere else. Jesse was so personable, honest and genuine. The day of the wedding the dinner not only tasted amazing it was beautifully presented and all the guest loved it! I cant thank PG Special Events enough for making sure our wedding dinner was nothing less than perfect.

Jesse was amazing! Everything we wanted PG special events executed! The presentation, the food was hot and it was delicious! Jesse was extremely reliable and any question I had he got back to me in a timely manner! We also did street tacos for a snack to allow people to sober up. OMG it was such a HUGE hit! Everyone continues to talk about it and they were so good! I highly recommend them!

Jesse and his crew were so amazing. We got so many compliments on not only the quality of the food but the quantity as well. We used Jesse after we attended a friends wedding and loved his catering there! Jesse was easy to work with and let us do a tasting beforehand so we could try multiple dishes before we made a final decision. Don’t skip out in his delicious appetizer options! PG is AMAZING! Our wedding was over 200 guest and the food and presentation was exactly what was presented to us at our tasting. We have received so many compliments, and the bacon wrapped quail during cocktail hour was a HUGE hit. Jesse and his team went above and beyond to make our day PERFECT!

The food is amazing!!! PG Special Events was our first and last tasting! I knew from that day it was the food I wanted at my wedding. This Saturday Jesse and his team catered our wedding. My sister's wedding was April 2021. We met Jesse and Lidia at a wedding fair and instantly had a great connection with them. They invited us to their open house to see all the types of food and drinks they can supply for her wedding. We booked with them right away and we were so happy with their kind service and wonderful food. The food presentation was spectacular, we had plated meals for 150 guests and they got everyone served in under 10 minutes. It was quick, efficient, and smooth.
The food quality was off the charts. The taste was fantastic!!!
People at our table wanted seconds, and there was other folks literally licking their plates. Biggest compliment to the quality and taste of the food.
Jesse and Lidia are top professional yet caring owners. While Jesse was busy with the food preparations, Lidia led the servers on the floor. She made sure the bride and groom as well as the parents received their food first. She was so sweet she made sure that the bride, groom and the mother of the bride got a special slice of cake with a juicy strawberry in it. That extra kindness and gesture really made them feel special on that day.

Jesse and his team went above and beyond. We had scheduled tasting with three other companies. We had to wait upwards of months to get in for our tastings. PG catering responded to our request for a quote quickly, got us in for our tasting fast, created a menu that accented the venue, and delivered high quality food and service. Multiple guests complimented the food and attentiveness of the serving staff. The street tacos towards the end of the evening were unlimited and blew the guests away. I highly recommend PG catering for any event.

We were lost when it came to deciding on a food caterer because we wanted to provide our guests with a memorable experience. We were set on the theme and we tried different food caterers but they did not give us the personal touch like PG Special Events did. The moment we met with them we were sold because not only did they cater to my bride but Jesse did a great job to make sure I was included in the decision making as well. I can’t say enough about the experience they provided the day of the wedding because Lidia went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our special moment. I have and will continue to recommend their services because they will always make sure to treat your event as their own!
