In early 2021, Phase 2 Coffee was founded by a small team of entrepreneurs who saw a gap in the market for portable coffee carts. Meg Gasper, head coordinator of the business, is in charge of organizing the cart rentals. She is passionate about delivering top-quality refreshments to coffee lovers. Meg and the team are friendly professionals who love interacting with customers and chatting about coffee.
Phase 2 Coffee offers a range of services for your wedding celebration. The team can deliver and set up the coffee cart at your chosen location, before serving each beverage with a smile. A wide variety of coffee is available, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, americano, and chai. Each drink can be customized with a homemade syrup to add a touch of sweetness. Vanilla, honey, and caramel are just some of the mouthwatering options on offer. Your guests can keep it simple by choosing a traditional flat white or sample the team’s signature cinnamon toast syrup in their coffee. Almond and oat milk alternatives are also available.
