Phil made our entire wedding experience perfect! Starting with with engagement photos and continuing on until after the wedding, he was very accommodating, professional, and all around put our minds at ease. He was very helpful and timely with the planning process and was always going to the spots we were thinking a bit before hand to scope out great areas for us. He had great visions in mind, but also made sure the shots we wanted were taken. Our pictures came out beautiful (for both engagement and wedding), capturing the perfect moments and are very grateful to have these for the rest of our lives. I especially liked his artistic angle in most of our pictures, stopping candid moments in time. Thank you Phil (and BJ, our second photographer) for the wonderful pictures! We can't stop looking through them all!

I saw Phil at an open-house at our venue, and his photos immediately drew me in. Phil was not pushy or trying to sell himself, which was nice in the constant barrage of people vying for our attention at that event. Instead, he was professional and let his photos speak for themselves. When the day of our wedding arrived, it was a torrential downpour. The whole week I had been looking at the weather, hoping it would clear up for our wedding day. But despite many glimmers of false hope, the day of the wedding came and it was pouring! I was starting to feel a bit gloomy, thinking about how horrible all the pictures were going to come out, but Phil immediately laid my fears to rest. Despite the rain, he took absolutely incredible pictures inside our venue in addition to some fairytale photos in the rain with incredible lighting and artistic angles. Phil also had a wonderful way of making even my camera-shy husband comfortable! We are so happy with our photos and would recommend Phil to anyone looking for amazing professional photography.

Phil and Bob did a fantastic job shooting our wedding. My wife and I really liked his style of photographing and editing, which is what drew us to Phil. He was great to work with, very accommodating, and adapted to any situation making the most of it. I would highly recommend his services and look forward to working on our wedding album with him!

Phil was so great to work with for both our wedding as well as our engagement photos. He's relaxed and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable or forced in your pictures. He has a way of capturing you at your best moments. I was referred to him by a family member and would absolutely continue to recommend him to any other family and friends.

Phil was GREAT!! I just got my pictures in and I am in love. I received my photo's in less than 3 weeks. He was there along the way with any questions that I may have had and on the day of the wedding he directed us for poses and made us all feel very comfortable. I would def refer my friends to him!!

Phil is amazing! He was the perfect balance between guiding us to take better pictures or in different spots, and letting us enjoy the day. He was so patient and kind with us and guided us through photos with great suggestions and tips. He was never pushy, never in the way, but always there for help. Would 100% recommend him any time. His prices were also super reasonable and allowed you a lot of leeway to make your own package based on your budget.

Phil did an amazing job throughout the entire process of our wedding! We first met Phil at an Open House at our venue. He was very friendly and had beautiful albums displaying his work. We really liked his photography style and personality. He wasn't pushy like some other photographers and let his work speak for itself. We did our engagement photos with Phil in February during a snow storm! We hadn't been expecting the amount of snow, but it worked out beautifully. He had no problem being out in the snow with us (I think Phil was even more excited than we were!) During the wedding, he was wonderful. He allowed us to do the shots we wanted, and had some really creative ideas. We absolutely love our photos, and so do our friends and family. We highly recommend Phil Fox!

Phil Fox is a perfect photographer. He is friendly, flexible and fast to provide your portfolio. Phil's style is a beautiful blend of taking traditionals and capturing candids. The result is a stunning story that evokes emotion. Picking your photographer is an important decision. There's *one* opportunity to snag shots and Phil doesn't miss a moment! Phil Fox was a pleasure to work with and delivered an exceptional product for a reasonable price. As someone who is a photography enthusiast/hobbyist, I found Phil’s photos to be very well composed and tastefully edited. He truly is a talented photographer with a humble knack for capturing the candid “moments.” Phil was quick to respond and easy to work with. We arranged all the details from overseas over email/skype. Phil then made the time for us to visit and meet in person about a week before the wedding, where we discussed different shooting locations and just general tips for making the day go smoothly. On the day of Phil arrived early and immediately started shooting little details before guests arrived. During the ceremony, which was in a Catholic church, I only noticed him a couple times. He was very unobtrusive. His equipment worked well for the low lighting of the church, mostly non-flash photography, but still sharp. While he was doing portraits, Phil worked very quickly and we were able to get in all the shots we wanted. He has obvious talent and experience in composing under pressure because he seemed to know exactly which spots and positions to direct us to. At the end of the day he even hung around to see if there were any more shots we wanted. After the day was over, many of my relatives, my mother and mother –in-law included, commented on how they thought Phil went above and beyond. Finally, Phil delivered the photos really quickly! We had the digital proofs just a few days after the wedding and it was a definite treat to see how the day went while we were on our honeymoon. The final digital copies were waiting for us when we got back from our honeymoon. We received about 500 photos from Phil, all of which were top notch. Beware when you’re hunting for a photographer because price does not equal quality. Take it from someone who systematically scoured the entire list of Boston wedding wire photographers, Phil is a great find. Thanks Phil!

Phil is a very kind, thoughtful photographer who clearly loves his craft. My fiance and I were pretty sure we wanted to work with him after seeing a couple of his albums at our initial venue tour. After meeting him there was no question he was the photographer we wanted. He and his assistant took great care of us on our wedding day, were attentive to our personal requests, and managed an attention to detail and creativity that I didn't fully appreciate until seeing the proofs and realizing how critical his eye was during the entire day. Phil captured beauty and happiness and fun, and his pictures were stunning.

We knew we wanted a photographer for our wedding day that would understand our vision to document the artsy details of our day as well as those special candid moments we would want to remember forever. Phil Fox Photography captured everything we requested and more. The first moment we met Phil and saw his journalistic and artistic style we knew he was the perfect fit. Phil is approachable, timely with correspondence and thorough. On our wedding day, he came prepared with a list of photos we requested plus he (and Bill) had great ideas for unique perspectives to capture all of our guests and us as a couple. I could relax and felt comfortable knowing Phil had it all under control with his stamina and enthusiastic energy. During the whole evening, he would appear and disappear at all the right moments and he never stopped moving! That first night we were able to view the photo proofs online, we were all blown away from Phil’s talent and expertise. Phil allowed us to relive the whole day all over again and take our time to reflect on all aspects of the celebration…getting ready, ceremony, reception, and dancing. I was most impressed and touched by the photos of moments I was not able to see or experience physically on the actual day because along with these new snapshots I was able to hear new stories and see the joy on our family and friends’ faces. My husband and I had our engagement photos and wedding photos done by Phil. We were drawn to his artistic view and bold images. We knew we had hired the right photographer when we received our engagement photos. There was a wide range of traditional portraits to very edgy images which we loved. Phil captured all of the emotion and beauty of our wedding day. We relive our wedding everytime we look at our photos. He captured amazing moments and we will cherish our albums forever.
