Phil Gainer Community Center

The Phil Gainer Community Center is a large and extremely versatile event venue located just minutes from Downtown Elkins and the best lodging accommodations in the region. The facility includes the main hall and additional meeting rooms, that can be utilized for staging areas or dressing rooms. The main hall includes a large stage with LED stage lighting and an updated sound system, along with an updated kitchen and restroom facilities. There is also ample parking in a large lot adjacent to the building. Our Main Hall is truly an open canvas waiting to be adorned in décor that supports your own specific vision. Check out our photos for examples of how others have truly made this space their own. We are affordable and easy to deal with. We have 50 rectangular tables and 30 round tables, along with 600 padded black chairs - all of which are included at no additional cost with booking. We want to save you money on your big day. There is absolutely no other local venue that can provide to you what we can at the cost that we do. The PGCC does not have an exclusive list of vendors who we work with. That said, at your request, we are happy to provide you with a list of available food vendors in the region, along with helping to connect you with local event service businesses who may be able to help you achieve your vision on your big day. Simply put, we are here for you.
