After our mass, the trolley driver let us know the trolley broke down and basically told us that she had no solution and wouldn’t let us call her supervisor. So we were stranded. My sister’s mother in law by the grace of god found us a bus, but WE had to put out over $600 for it. Our bridal party was split up and some of our bridesmaids and groomsmen needed to uber themselves or find rides to the venue, as not everyone fit on the new bus. We totally recognize that these things do happen!! But two things were wrong here, one being they had no solution for us when this happened and basically gave us the cold shoulder and told us we were stranded and two, while they refunded us, they refuse to pay for our replacement bus that WE had to find ourselves. This wasted a lot of time for pictures and time we had to spend alone with our bridal party that we won’t get back. Not to mention my sister used them for her wedding last August and they sent us a trolley with broken AC. While they did resolve that issue, I cannot believe both of us have had these experiences with the same company.

However, our driver, Patrick, did a great job. He got us everywhere in a quick and timely manner. We weren’t late to mass or the reception. Patrick was very friendly and made sure our ride was good. The trolley is also a fun place to take pictures and is very beautiful on the inside and outside. We had a great time driving from location to location with our bridal party and families!

Gina was great to book with and worked with us since we were slightly outside of their typical service area (our wedding was just outside Atlantic City). If you are thinking of booking a trolley I would definitely look into booking with PST!

There was no apology from the driver and someone on the trolley had to give her directions because she got lost. In my opinion, I would not recommend this company. I did give their information to my friend who got married a few weeks after me and they were 45 minutes late to her as well.
