Phillip Campbell was and amazing officiant. He took the time to go over what he can say, and we were able to personalize it based on us! I could not imagine anyone else marrying us.

Greatest officiant I could've asked for. A fantastic man who did a fantastic job. Very humorous and kind hearted and was very flexible with everything we asked. He's even quick witted and helped pad our runtime when we asked him to stall out our ceremony while waiting on one more person to show. Highly recommended. Truly can't go wrong going with Phil!

I have so many great things I can say about Phil! My husband found him on our hunt for an officiant & I couldn’t be happier! Phil helped calm my nerves with every talk. Was so reassuring, calm, and just really funny. He made the ceremony a breeze & so heartfelt. You could feel all his love & support every time we spoke. We had so many guests tell us how funny he was. Someone even asked how long we’ve known him & was surprised to hear we had only met him a few months prior. Phil has a way of speaking about a couple that makes it seem like he’s known them forever. He’s your guy!

Phil is amazing!! Prior to meeting to him in person on the day of our ceremony, communication over the phone and via email was easy, quick, and effective. He is extremely responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. Phil arrived early the day of our wedding and was organized and ready to go. He made us feel at ease during the ceremony, and we loved the fact that he read our emotions well and used laughter to help calm our nerves. We couldn’t believe the amount of compliments we received about Phil from our loved ones! For us, it was as though we had known him for years. Phil was exciting and joy-filled in every meeting. He readily worked with us at the initial meeting, rehearsal, and the ceremony itself. He was continually available even during COVID and all the changes that took place to make the wedding happen. His script for the ceremony was perfect for us. I’d highly recommend him.

Phil was the perfect officiant for our ceremony. He kept us at ease, laughing and allowed us to create the perfect ceremony for our day. He entertained our guests and our families enjoyed working with him as well. We used his outline and ideas and were aloud to make it our own. He was professional, reliable and had great communication with us during the whole process. We would definitely recommend Phil!

I had actually read previous reviews about Phil before we chose to have him be the one to marry us. I couldn’t find a single bad review! We are all happy with his professionalism, his positive attitude, and his tasteful humor. I had sent out an email to a few local celebrants, and he was the first to reply. I had only given about a 2 week notice before the date we wanted to get married. He’s been nothing but nice since then and we truly appreciate his work. Thank you, Phil!

Phillip was the best officiant I could have ever asked for. Ash and I are not serious by any means and he made the ceremony humerous and made us feel at ease...even reminding me to breathe at the end of the aisle haha. Phil made our wedding ceremony memorable and beautiful! We asked him to add a few things to the ceremony to match our Disney theme and although I’m sure he thought we were crazy, he was a real trooper and made the changes for us :). He was funny but also very professional. He’s super experienced and made everyone think he’d known us forever—nope! We met for the first time at our rehearsal ;). You can’t go wrong with Phil!!

If you need an officiant in the DC metro area, look no further. Phil was AMAZING. He kept us calm, gave great advice and managed to work the ceremony like he knew us forever. After meeting him we knew it was one of the best and easiest decisions we had made.

I highly recommend Phil to officiate your wedding. He was a very personable and entertaining guy who worked some humor into my ceremony. He was able to take the edge off of the situation and really calm me and my husband down so that we were having a good time rather than feeling nervous. Plus he's an officiant so the state laws make his rate really cheap.
