rs, I was looking for a few very specific hues of pinks for my wedding flowers and NO roses. We went to the Phillip’s warehouse in Westmont and spent over an hour with Pamela going through options and colors. Pamela was very helpful and had great ideas. Because I was so nervous about the colors, I made another appointment to meet with Pamela 3 months before the wedding to go through it again. Pamela told me that she would send me a photo of the bridal bouquets the Wednesday of the week of the wedding to make sure that I was 100% happy. When I got the first photo of the wedding bouquets, I was not happy. Some of the flowers were roses and the peonies were light purple. I immediately texted Pamela and let her know the changes that I wanted. She let me know she would take care of it and get back to me the next day. I was very nervous, but very pleased with her second photos. The flowers arrived on time and were stunning! We also did a large spray of flowers for our chuppah and it turned out perfectly. Despite a little bit of stress the week of the wedding, we were very pleased with Phillip’s and the flowers were beautiful.

bove and beyond to do the things I wanted done in the most economical way possible. The company is big enough that they could get anything I wanted for my venue, including 10 foot specimens! The centerpieces were fabulous as were all the other floral elements in the venue, inside and out. All my guests commented on just how lovely everything was. All the personal flowers were very fresh and beautiful, delivered personally by Cyndi to our hotel the morning of the wedding. Our bride was delighted. She was also on site when I arrived at the venue and personally walked me through to be sure that I was happy. Indeed I was! Everything was beyond perfect. And the Phillip's truck was there at the end of the night to efficiently remove everything from the venue in a timely manner. I can honestly say that from start to finish it was a very satisfying experience. I enthusiastically recommend Cyndi and Phillip's Flowers for any of your needs.

on to achieve exactly the look I wanted. Walking into the room the day of the wedding, my jaw dropped. The room was breathtaking and the details were unlike anything I've ever seen. It was so magical! Dean and his team really went above and beyond to give me the wedding of my dreams. We received compliments all night. The bouquets were also so beautiful and done so well. I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out and highly recommend any future bride to use Phillips as their florist for their wedding!

bouquet with all large white calla lillies and received a bouquet smaller than my bridemaid bouquets with small calla lilies. I was so looking forward to my beautiful bouquet, and it was just not at all what I pictured. I also asked for a runner of greenery and white flowers all down our king's table which sat 52 people, and I walked into the reception to see no greenery at all. The flower topper on the cake was also an absolute eye sore. I ordered flowers for the cake, but was not asked what I wanted in terms of flowers, so this wasn't totally their fault, but I was still surprised because this topper looked nothing like any of the other flowers I ordered in terms of style. This wasn't a huge deal because I was able to remove it and no one could even tell, but the cake flowers were seveerely overpriced for what we received, especially after removing the hideous topper. The most disappointing of all was the curtain for the ceremony. We ordered floor to ceiling curtains covering the entire back wall of the chapel, and instead we received curtains that were about 3-5 feet away from the ceiling, dragging on the floor, and only covered the outer 3rds of the back wall, but left the middle open. The outcome could not have been more different than the picture we provided. The florist was also running late setting up the chapel, so our guests were stuck waiting outside because the florist would not allow them in to sit down. The ceremony started late as a result of the florist not being ready, and our guests saw my husband and I on our way back in from taking pictures because they were all stuck outside. I would not recommend Phillip's to any future brides.

just never got back to us with a proposal! We finally met with Beverly from the Elmhurst location and knew we had to work with her! She was SO helpful and gave us so many ideas and suggestions on how to get the look we wanted while staying within our budget. She always got back to us right away throughout all of our wedding planning and on the day of our wedding everything looked beautiful! We have recommended Beverly and Phillip's Flowers to everyone we know and are so happy we chose them to be a part of our big day!

I was so pleased with how well the bridesmaids flowers matched their dresses; it was as if we had stained the flowers to get a perfect match! Also, I absolutely LOVED my boquet-it was perfect and just as we had described! I didn't want to put it down at all that day. For the reception, we had high and low centerpieces that were just stunning and made the room look so classy and elegant. For the head table, Allison put together a floral garland that was beyond beautiful! I loved how Allison was able to look at some sample pictures I had brought in and really turn them into a reality. They were even better than the original examples I had shown. That day, people could not stop commenting on the flowers and how breathtaking they all were. They could not believe the attention to detail because the flowers matched our colors so well. To this day, we are still receiving compliments on the flowers at our wedding. Allison was great to work with as well! She is very flexible and easy to work with. It was always easy to call her up or go into the store to talk about the progress on the floral arrangements. We cannot thank her or Phillip's enough for all of their hard work and dedication to making our wedding flowers everything we could have wanted. I would highly recommend using Phillip's for your wedding; and if you're in the Hinsdale area, I would highly suggest you contact Allison to do your flowers!

in the Chicago area. Phillips was very reasonably priced, compared to other florists I met with. They had a huge range of vases to choose from, as well as many different options on how I could style my event. Upon my first appointment, I was able to discuss my wedding and select specific vases go with my vision. A few months before my wedding, I was able to go in and see sample centerpieces. I LOVED being able to see the centerpieces before the actual wedding. Based on this appointment, we were able to discuss any changes needed (although Pamela pretty much nailed it on her fist try)! Other florists I met with did not offer the preview appointment - meaning I would not have seen my flowers until the day of my wedding, Pamela listened to every detail, idea, and concern I had. She was very present throughout my planning process. She made sure the flowers matched my vision, as well as the exact color of my bridesmaid dresses. She even made a mini flower wrist-let for my 5 month old niece! I received MANY compliments on my flowers at my wedding. The wedding coordinator at my venue said that she had seen tons of flowers through her role and mine were one of the best she had seen. She kept RAVING about them and even took some pictures for herself! From set up, to take down Phillips Flowers was AMAZING! I will recommend them to EVERY bride I know! Thank you Pamela for your BEAUTIFUL work! You made my wedding (and pictures) absolutely perfect!

When we inquired about where the design center was, she just kept saying "right behind us". She then said "it's the big yellow building behind us, you can miss it". My mother has bought flowers from Phillips for YEARS and has always been happy but due to this one bad experience, we left there and will not be going back. I would give them 0 stars if that was possible. Very disappointed.

We had asked for a single white rose corsage with a black dipped tip and rhinestones, instead we got 5 mini yellow roses with black paint splattered all over them, they were terrible. They also left a bridesmaid bouquet behind on the day of the wedding and had to do a second delivery. We also ordered a aisle runner which they failed to secure to the floor, we had to have guests stand on it so it would roll up while I walked down the aisle. They weren't worth the hard earned money we gave them.

Picking Phillip's as our wedding florist was VERY easy for us, because they came highly recommended from 4 couples we know who had used them for their weddings. We were lucky enough to work with Lee and I seriously CAN'T say enough great things about her. We met with her twice before the wedding so we could go over our thoughts-she listened to ALL of our ideas and if we needed suggestions she was readily available with them. The day of the wedding-my bridal party and I were running late getting over to our venue-Lee knew what time we were supposed to get there and was waiting for us still so she could show me everything herself. She helped with cutting loose threads off my dress, fanned out my veil for me, and even brought the rings down to the best man. I mean, she was SO great that after she left my photographers thought she was my wedding coordinator! The whole crew at Phillip's is phenomenal. They were there on time to set everything up and they come later and take everything down. They'll take anything you need them to at the end of the night and you can pick it up from their warehouse later-we were gone for our honeymoon for 11 days and they still had all our stuff stored at their warehouse! I just could go on and on about how wonderful Phillip's is, but save yourself some time and use them for your wedding (or any other floral needs!)

I developed a good relationship with Allison K, currently at the Hinsdale store. I'd referred some friends to her for their weddings and knew when it was my turn, she'd do the same for me as she had for them, create beautiful arrangements. There are no words to adequately thank Allison or the breathtaking flowers at our wedding. Her style & eye are unlike anyone else's. She was patient (even when I decided to change the entire color scheme...and call her a million times with questions) and listened, taking cues from things I said and interpreting it to give us the best possible outcome. The look, the textures, the aroma of each arrangement, bouquet, bout, and corsage were amazing. I will never forget the way my bridal bouquet smelled the day of the wedding - it was heaven! Pamela went right into damage control mode. She was determined to assist in any and every way possible to ensure the my daughter's wedding would happen! Pam went right into fix it mode. On the day of the wedding at the new venue Pam was able to use everything from the floral designs that she & I created. She was great at repurposing and improvising some of the designs to make them fit for the new venue! She and her workers were amazingly focused, professional and committed. They didn't just see my daughter's wedding as another business transaction, but as a major life event! It became personal for them, Phillip's Flowers! All of my family members and friends are still raving about how beautifully stunning the floral decor was. My daughter's bouquet, table centerpieces, and boutonnieres, and bridal bouquets was something you would see at a Hollywood wedding. The hydrangeas, purple orchids and roses were fresh and perky! These were high quality flowers. Even at the end of the night the flowers were still amazingly beautiful! I took some of the flowers home which kept for another 4 days! I will forever be in debt to your level of commitment to customer service and dedication to what you do!

We told her what we were hoping for (tasteful) and what our budget was (somewhat limited) and within twenty minutes we had a plan. Cyndi gave us some suggestions as she knew the room (Hyatt Lodge at McDonald's campus in Oakbrook) and gave us some ideas to make the room look special with just a few tweaks and without breaking the budget. We even used the flowers as a topper for our cake. On the day of our wedding we were so excited - the flowers turned out better than we could have imagined and the room was beautiful. We had so many compliments on our flowers from our guests. We can't say enough about Cyndi and the staff at Phillips. Our day would not have been the same without their amazing work - We would definitely recommend them!

At first, I was worried about using such a large business and afraid I would not get the attention to detail I was looking for, however, that was not the case! Laura Walsh and her amazing team were there every step of the way and dedicated to getting me exactly what I wanted. On my first meeting, she made a quick trial bouquet and even such a quick make up was beautiful! I went back months later for a more "real" look of what my centerpieces and bouquets would look like and it was stunning. They were willing to meet again, or as many times as I felt necessary. They were always there to anwser my calls or emails and just truly helpful. Planning the flowers turned out to be a very fun and stress free process and I couldn't have asked to work with better people.
