Phillip's Flowers & Gifts

tion was an unreal experience. We received so many compliments from our guests as to how the floral arrangements turned out. The personal flowers were stunning! The whole Phillip's team was personable, helpful, and professional throughout the entire planning process, however, Laura made sure that anything I needed, changed, or had to add last minute was taken care of. She made the planing process so much easier, which put me at ease. I would HIGHLY recommend Phillip's!

up having them come put greenery on tables day of and switched where things were delivered leading up to the day. Carol was super helpful and provided great advice on what would look good. Flowers day of were beautiful, my bouquet looked exactly as described and everything lasted a long time. Highly recommend!

flower arrangements for both the church and the venue! They also made gorgeous bouquets and boutonnieres for our wedding party! They set everything up and cleaned everything up, so we did not need to worry about a thing! They took care of it all! Our centerpieces for the reception tables were stunning, especially with their floating candles. I wanted bold colorful flowers for the wedding, and they brought my ideas to life! Tina was so creative and helped me every step of the way! Phillip's Flowers was amazing!

g, Laura guided us through every step of the process, took detailed notes, and asked questions to help us think through every detail. She even made arrangements based on our wedding colors. At our second meeting, she created more bouquets and centerpieces, which really allowed us to visualize what to expect on our wedding day. Laura was incredibly patient and understanding of last-minute changes. She is knowledgeable, flexible, and truly cares about her customers. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks for everything!

ally nice job with our pew trims, centerpieces, and statement vase. They were also very professional and delivered and picked up all items in a timely manner. There are a few minor items holding me back from a five star review. First off, they forgot the loose flowers we ordered for detail photos so my coordinator had to pluck some off our bouquets. Our bouquets were also a bit underwhelming based on the inspiration photos I had shared - was looking for a bit more color and less creams/whites. My mom also mentioned that her corsage was dead by the time the day had ended. Overall, Phillip’s is a good option if you are not looking to break the bank on flowers, but still have something beautiful. I would just recommend watching out for their attention to detail.

xecuting our dream floral design the day of the wedding. She was kind, thoughtful, and patient with me throughout the process of initial phone call, floral sample showing, and of course the day of the wedding. I felt like she knew exactly what I wanted even when I couldn't articulate it completely. I also appreciated that there were no minimums or push to go over the top beyond our budget. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and the display elegant, complete with many candles to fit our vision. I would recommend Phillip's Flowers to any couple looking for a seamless & beautiful floral experience!

le with quantities and look. I was blown away by our preview and I was thrilled the day of!

les of cyclamen and azaleas shown on the website. I am so ashamed of it and had to apologize to my dear friend...it was that bad.

ng with LOTS of candles & roses and she took it to the next level - beautiful centerpieces & table runners, candles everywhere, bridesmaids/bridal bouquets and flower girl flower crowns! Not to mention she was so responsive, professional, and made the whole process so fun! She also worked hand in hand with our reception venue to make the execution of the evening as seamless as possible. Thank you for the most beautiful evening, Kim!!

uld highly recommend them for any event that you want to look absolutely stunning!! The administration staff was fabulous as well.

ared about my story, my ideas, and asked all the right questions to make sure the special day was everything we hoped for. During stressful wedding planning times, Phillip's Flowers was a breath of fresh air, leaving us confident and assured that we had chosen the best florist. Highly recommended!!

i and her team did throughout the entire process. Book them for your next event!!

owers are absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend them to any couple who’s in need of florals for their wedding. I will definitely be using Philips again in the future!

rough what I was envisioning and really brought it to life. Truly one of my easiest vendors to work with and obviously florals are a big part of the day so that was a huge relief and I didn't have to think twice because I knew Laura was handling it!

ms come true. She made suggestions that we would've never thought of ourselves, including using a lot of candles and greenery to offset some of the typical floral costs. The table arrangements were gorgeous, and the arrangements they made for our altar were so much more than what we were expecting in the best way possible. We received tons of compliments and best of all, we didn't break the bank to make any of it happen. We couldn't recommend Phillips (and Laura Walsh in particular) any higher. Thank you so much for helping make the day so special.

r for the whole day to get the most out of all the flowers we got. 10/10 recommend!

l always be our florist of first choice. Tom & Karen B

we had with the arrangements we were hoping for went above and beyond what we had hoped for.

I worked with Dean from the Westmont. He was awesome! Dean communicated well, offered suggestions and really brought my vision to life! I highly recommend as a floral vendor.

ings. She always had every detail 100% correct and put so much time and effort to make our dream come true. I don't think our wedding would have looked as amazing as it did if it weren't for Jan!

“small” event with immediate family only in 2021, and pushed our “big” event to 2022. We worked with Dean at the Westmont location for the small wedding, which was by far the EASIEST part of the planning process. Prior to our in-person meeting, I completed their questionnaire with details of our event, color scheme, flower arrangements we needed, etc. and brought photos of what I was looking for. Dean was very receptive to my vision and gave helpful suggestions on what we could do and how to make each item look its best throughout the whole day. All the flowers turned out to be an absolute DREAM, and picking them up the morning of was quick and simple. Because I was so happy with how the flowers turned out, I decided to use Phillip’s again for the big wedding a year later. After completing and submitting the questionnaire again (this time specific to the big wedding), Dean referred me to Kim at the Wheaton location since they were closer to our venue. Working with Kim was just as simple—we were able to quickly confirm what arrangements were needed and where everything needed to be delivered via phone and email, and her team at the Wheaton store was so very nice when I came in to drop off vases and complete payment. The flowers were just as gorgeous and we received many compliments from our guests! My husband and I recommend Phillip’s Flowers for your wedding and for any other special occasion!

little thing we said. The best part was that he had us come in for our consultation so that he could set out mock displays of exactly the color, material, size, and look that we were going for. That was such a game changer and much appreciated. We went to other florists who told us that light lavender roses and flowers could not happen for winter, and that we should only use white flowers everywhere. Imagine my joy and relief when Dean smiled and said that he could do exactly what I wanted and was confident. He gave me the gentle shades of white, lavender, and greenery that made the entire room feel like a wintery escape. His entire crew were so kind and accommodating, and I really cannot say enough wonderful things about Phillip's Flowers. INCREDIBLE WORK & I'm SO HAPPY we chose them!!!!!!

ntact with us to make sure our florals were what we wanted. He really understood my vision for our wedding flowers and everything from the ceremony set up to our bouquets was perfect. We got so many compliments on our flowers and centerpieces! I am so happy we hired Dean and his team for our wedding and cannot recommend them highly enough!

to make sure the vision of all the flowers were exactly what I wanted them to be. She provided bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and ceremony arch pieces. We received so many compliments on our wedding day. Thank you so much Kim for the exceptional work and being part of our wedding day!

as organized, attentive, and went above and beyond in creating the most gorgeous arrangements!! The whole process was easy, smooth, and fun! Would recommend Phillips to anyone especially for your wedding day! They took our vision and made it a beautiful reality!!!

st in Westmont. Anyone can sell flowers, BUT it takes talent, care, and patience to listen and to execute a vision to perfection! It also takes a professional vendor committed to excellence to deliver and set up flowers so stunning and fresh that I was compelled to touched to authenticate. The bouquets were stunning. The ballroom breathtaking! The memory of a room filled with perfect white roses and endless golden candlelight in an array of heights is one that will remain always. Look no further if you are planning a Chicago area wedding. Thank you Dean!

ea and worked to keep our cost within our budget. I highly recommend her!!

h!! Dean personally made sure each detail was covered and even created the "knock out" florals that adorned the Royal Doors at the church altar. We was so easy to work with and the Flowers so fresh that they lasted a week after the wedding. Thank YOU Phillips

tc. We had to change our date three times and he was extremely patient and accommodating. Venue even said it was the most magnificent the room has ever looked!!

e envisioned our wedding to look like. Before our next meeting, Covid had begun and Joe helped us start from scratch and navigate through all of the changes. Another curveball was thrown at us the week of our wedding, turning our indoor wedding into a complete outdoor event. Joe worked with all of our vendors and completely transformed our reception into pure beauty! We continue to receive compliments about our florals to this day. Working with Joe and Phillip's Flowers was one of the best decisions that we made during wedding planning. We are so grateful for all of the endless hours that were put into making our wedding perfect!

to the centerpieces for our wedding reception, but she was able to take both of visions and create the most stunning arrangements. Unfortunately, our wedding reception was impacted by COVID so we no longer needed her beautiful creations. However, my bouquet, the bridesmaid bouquets and the groomsmen bouttonieres were gorgeous. Not to mention, Cyndi was extremely flexible, supportive and empathetic of our situation as our plans changed multiple times between our original wedding date of 4/25/20 to ultimately 11/21/20. She was also very honest about where we could potentially save some money with our flowers. We would highly recommend working with Cyndi and the Phillip's team again!

flexible with everything we asked of him. We are looking forward to working with him again for our April wedding!

explain what I was envisioning and provided only a few sample photos. After deciding to move forward with this company, we had a second in-person meeting where Cyndi put together samples from the initial meeting. EVERYTHING was MORE than I could have even pictured. I highly suggest this company (and Cyndi) as they were so great to work with and exceeded my expectations!

rk and were able to meet the guidelines set by the church. Everything was so pretty and added to the special feelings that go along with a December wedding! Thanks, Phillip's team!

ught of, she went over and made every easy to understand and stress free! You don’t really see the finished products until the wedding day however when my day came the flowers were beyond beautiful! I would have gave 5 stars but I dropped it to 4 only because I asked for the flowers the be wrapped with ribbon all the way down because I didn’t want the end of the stems to snag the girls and my dress, and it wasn’t done. Otherwise everything was perfect!

ns like even a forgotten boutonniere. But when you work with pros who are passionate about what they do and really know how to deliver on the details, you are in excellent hands. I even added a little Cinderella carriage, and because I trusted their work I gave a high level idea of what I wanted and let them work their magic. NO REGRETS! Had so many compliments on our bouquets, did not have to worry about delivery or how to preserve for a second day ceremony use, and just loved our experience.

everything we did for our wedding, we received the most compliments BY FAR on our flowers. The quality of the flowers are top notch, and the service is even better. The flowers were delivered on time, and the team who delivered the flowers were very easy to work with. Dean is extremely professional to work with and creates a flower display that will take your breath away. Dean is work every penny, and he is BY FAR the best. I would recommend him to anyone getting married or if you need him for a different event. I look forward to working with him for future events!

uvaeu theme and it worked perfectly. The delivery and pick up teams were super fast, too!

a florist for 80 years and flowers were a very important part of the wedding for us. Cyndi is absolutely the best!!! She truly cares about her clients and makes sure she gives them what they want. She went above and beyond to create exactly what we envisioned. She channeled my Dad and it was like he was there with us. The flowers, greenery, and candles were stunning!

and all due to the beautiful centerpieces created by Dean and the team. Lemons were perfectly placed throughout each table, sweet table, head table...a beautiful lemon tree greeted our guests when they arrived and picked up their place card. I can’t say enough great things about the execution of our florals, working with Dean has truly been a pleasure. He’s creative and responsive, and provided excellent suggestions. We cannot wait to see the florals on the day of the wedding, I’m sure they’ll be nothing short of amazing!

d one for the reception. It was wonderful to see my vision so early on in the process and Laura easily took out flowers I didn't like and replaced them with the ones I did. We met with her a second time to go over the vision for the reception and discussed how we could bring down the price. Laura was able to show me the different options for tall arrangements and we agreed on an arrangement and a price I felt comfortable with. Laura was so easy to work with and zero drama. The reception space and all the bouquets turned out perfectly and turned out exactly the way I had always envisioned.
