Had a great experience working with Philly Photo & Philm for my wedding videography! Chaley and Keith captured so many special moments. My husband and I are so happy to have the video to watch and relive the day for years to come! Thanks guys!

I have avoided turning to social media, but I feel everyone needs to do their research prior to booking with this company. I was a 2020 covid bride who had to move their wedding to 2021. The company was excellent in helping me move my wedding date and accommodating my needs. I used their Photo Booth and videographer services for our wedding. I had a couple issues with the Photo Booth but I addressed the owner for them. Overall their Photo Booth was great. The videographer himself was awesome to work with. I paid for extra hours of footage because I wanted more footage from the day and him to be there from start to end and be able to rewatch it all one day. I was guaranteed thru my contract a usb, all raw footage, a highlight reel, and a 30-45 minute wedding video. My wedding was in April 2021. I had to reach out for the photo booth images bc I never received them, I was sent a highlight reel in June 2021, and finally in august 2021 I reached out asking about the wedding video delivery time. They said sorry they thought it was sent to me already and quickly sent me a video. The video looked like it was thrown together in an hour and I was so upset with it. When I reached out about that, it was slightly edited and even worse than the first video. Fast forward to now 2023. With months of emails back and forth over 2021 and 2022, I kept requesting the raw footage and my usb all of this time. He claimed to have “lost” my raw footage and said if the footage wasn’t found he would be sending me a check of $500 (he said this to me April 2022) for not receiving what I was contracted, when all I wanted was my raw footage of the day to fix my video. There is 10 hours of my wedding day I’ll never see again.. family members that have passed since then, moments that weren’t in the wedding video I wanted to see, video from the guys/kids getting ready and other special moments through out the night that I’ll never see. I last heard from them in April 2022, and I have sent multiple emails as well since then.. as I have my contract of what I was entitled to. My usb and raw footage. This is a warning to those brides out there.. please do your research on who you pick to film your day, because you may never see the footage again. It’s a different type of sadness when you can’t get something back from one special day of your life you’ll never see again and especially when you paid them and trusted them with your special moment.

I am so glad we found Philly Photo and Philm for our wedding. Albert and his team at Philly Photo and Philm were so easy to work with from initial contact to the big day. We loved all of their choices for photobooth options, as well as all that came with the photobooth (i.e. backdrop, props, attendant, photo book, personalization etc.). Our guests absolutely loved the photobooth and we have some of the best memories from the best day ever thanks to Philly Photo and Philm!

Highly recommend Philly Photo & Philm for your wedding needs! For our October 2020 wedding we used their photobooth, videographer and drone to capture amazing moments from our day. Al is such a pleasure to work with and he helped make our wedding planning easy. Al was very good at communicating and staying on top of things. Keith was our videographer and he was AMAZING. He was unnoticeably there (in a good way) and captured moments we will look back on for a lifetime. Overall: personable, friendly, professional and talented.
