About this vendor
Phoenicia Diner is a rehearsal dinner, wedding, and party venue located in Phoenicia, NY. Situated amongst the rugged and natural beauty of the Catskills, this venue boasts a welcoming, nostalgic indoor space as well as a covered pergola and picnic table outdoor area centered around a vintage Airstream.
Built in 1962 and moved to the Catskills in the early 80s, the Phoenicia Diner has a long history of serving customers who are drawn to the Catskill’s natural beauty. The prior owners nurtured the Diner and its customers for nearly 30 years. Current owner, Mike Cioffi, continues that tradition by offering residents, weekenders and visitors fresh food sourced from Catskills and Hudson Valley farms when available. Our menu is carefully crafted to offer traditional diner favorites, sometimes with a modern twist, using seasonal and local fresh ingredients.
When it comes to your special occasion, the Phoenicia Diner team is happy to work with celebrants on creating a memorable and unique event.

e best wedding I have EVER been to was my own! From the very start, Courtney was phenomenal. Responsive with a (much needed) calming presence! I have several other friends planning their weddings and I had nothing to complain about while planning my own because Courtney made it so easy, stress free, and FUN.. and I had multiple people come up to me and tell me this was the best food they’ve ever had! Awesome find!!!

ter in the lot (small, cute tables are set up diner style with an Airbus for a bar)! Guests were cozy and the food was DELICIOUS! Not to mention the food, drinks and service. Thanks to Courtney and the team, we had such an incredible night that no one wanted to leave! We are all still craving that delicious summer meal and the good vibes. Oh, and we highly recommend for breakfast too… duh!
Phoenicia Diner was a dream to work with for my buffet style dinner at our outdoor wedding and I cannot recommend them enough. First, their food was amazing - shoutout Chef Chris! ...
Second, my point of contact, Courtney was exceptional. She was very communicative throughout the planning process, offering suggestions and alternatives for cocktail hour and dinner service, and when our bartender showed up an hour late, she and the staff even jumped in to cover bartending prep work to ensure my event went smoothly. My day of coordinator said they were the best vendor to work with throughout the day.
