Communication was absolutely terrible. The company messaged me on the Knot app 12 minutes before I was supposed to walk down the aisle saying "hey, issue with the 2nd of two buses,...
please call this number." The company had been given my phone number and the day of coordinator's number. We had to delay the ceremony. (Turns out the second bus hadn't left because it was empty, we had over estimated the amount of people taking the busses. So that's an alibi, but the improper communication delayed us figuring this situation out in time to keep the original wedding timeline.) Then at the end of the night, the bus left 13 minutes earlier than the scheduled time in the contract, stranding the bride and myself as well as several of the bridal party at a remote venue.
