d my wedding day suffered. I received many complaints from my family members who noticed certain aspects leading up to and on the day of the wedding were disorganized. Tiana showed up extremely late to the rehearsal and I remember asking her about rehearsing the reception entrance and she told me no one rehearses the reception entrance. During the reception, the wedding party ended up being confused on where to go while dancing in because of the reception setup, all of which is visibly captured in the wedding video.
I also received many complaints from guests due to seating arrangements being messed up. Couples weren't seated together due to misplaced tags, while others had missing or broken name tags. Something that could have been avoided with simple double-checking. This was frustrating for me because I spent time working on the seating arrangement chart which I sent over to her.
The vendors she recommended were highly unprofessional and did not deliver as expected. This is mainly because Tiana failed to disclose details she discussed with vendors on my behalf; which led not only to me being immensely disappointed but also to unpleasant exchanges between myself and one of her recommended vendors.
When discussing with Tiana about the issues I had with her service and her vendors, there was no apology or ownership, instead, she kept talking over me and tried to gaslight me into changing my review. stiana exceeded all of my expectations. She's organized and detailed. Christiana was always a phone call or text away. In fact, I was impressed by how promptly she always responded. Christiana's experience with vendors and contract management proved useful. The work ethic displayed by Christiana was impressive. My wedding day was beautiful because of Christiana and her team's dedication to excellence. My husband and I will always be thankful to Christiana for making our wedding memorable. It's a shame to only be able to give Phoriah Events a five star rating. Christiana deserves twice as many stars. I highly recommend Phoriah events. Enlisting this vendor's services will be money well spent.

cted and confirmed all of our vendors, she helped us create a detailed timeline for our wedding day, communicated with our venue to answer any questions from our vendors, and kept us on track for completing all the things that needed to be completed in the weeks leading up to the wedding. My husband and I had an Indian wedding ceremony and Tiana made sure that she asked any questions that she had about the ceremony and traditions so that everything went exactly how we wanted it to on our wedding day. Tiana also attended our final meeting with our venue and our rehearsal and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our liking and more importantly that we were not stressed and that we were enjoying the process. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we really do credit Tiana and her team for making all of our plans come to fruition that day. We did not have a worry in the world because we knew Tiana was there and we are so grateful for her time and efforts. All throughout, Tiana showed us professionalism and also kindness - she truly wanted us to enjoy our wedding day and we absolutely did, thanks to her and her team. Thanks, Phoriah Events! fore the day just for "day of" coordination. From the moment I hired her she took over with contacting vendors and working out details I had not thought of. She attended the rehearsal for our outdoor wedding and when we realized the weather wouldn't cooperate, which we didn't plan for, she jumped into her contacts and got me beautiful decorations for our indoor backup room at a great price. I definitely appreciate her help and support and will be recommending her to a few of my engaged friends.

r first meeting, she asked us for a vision of the day and took note of everything we articulated. A few months later, I was vacillating between 2 colors and she reminded me that I had mentioned that I didnt like one of the colors during our initial meet. I was surprised that she remembered and that was only one of numerous instances where she helped us to stay true to the vision for our wedding.

big bomb on her by telling her my wedding was only 2 months away and it consisted of three important events and there was no room for cutting corners: Traditional African ceremony, Wedding ceremony and the evening reception. I just knew this will be challenging for anyone but Tiana took on the task with no fret. Always consistent, persistent and encouraging even when I tried to give up on things that meant something to me but seem impossible, she always found a way. She helped nail down almost all our selected vendors within a week after meeting. She worked diligently with our budget and strive to stay within our limits. What can I say the girl got MAGIC TOUCH! Because on April 4th, I was not disappointed one bit. I could have turned around thinking this wasn't my wedding because that was how good it looked.
While getting prepped for the ceremony, two of my glam squad made a comment that really is a testament of God and a God sent event planner. They said "this is the first CALM bride they have worked with" Well my mind was at rest because I was rest assured Tiana got everything under control. It was a TRUST and CONFIDENCE built over a little short time and I will forever owe a big part of our wedding success to Phoriah events. If you want her now, better not hesitate because she already won the hearts of many of my guests who will be booking her services for their upcoming events.
