If I could give JM Leach Photography more than five stars, I absolutely would! From start to finish, the entire experience was incredible. They made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and captured every moment of our wedding day so naturally and beautifully.

They somehow managed to be everywhere at once, catching all of the big moments as well as the little candid memories that we will treasure forever. Choosing J-M as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made. We don’t typically love being in front of the camera, but he made us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process—especially on our wedding day. J-M also handled everything the day threw at him like a true professional: snow, the lights going out during our ceremony, my young nephews running around, and even the lack of a center aisle. He captured all the little moments that made the day feel so magical, including our dog being a part of the ceremony! And the photos are STUNNING. Aside from being incredibly talented, J-M is also so kind and easy to work with. We can’t recommend him highly enough!

I’m a Boston-based photographer and filmmaker drawn to the real stuff — the moments that happen naturally, the people who make the day meaningful, and the little things that are easy to miss while everything is moving fast.
My approach is documentary-inspired and rooted in authentic storytelling. I’m not here to turn your wedding into something it’s not. I’m here to notice, document, and preserve it in a way that feels true to you — the big moments, the quiet ones, and everything in between.

To me, wedding photography is really about being present.
Of course, the big moments matter, but so much of what makes a wedding meaningful happens in between them — the deep breath before walking down the aisle, your friends losing it during speeches, your parents hugging people they haven’t seen in years-- you know the quiet moments in between all the big ones. To me, that’s the story of a wedding!
I’m there to take all of it in and tell the story honestly, in a way that feels true to you. My hope is that when you look back on your photos, they feel familiar!
