She got the little glances and touches we gave to each other, the majestic first kiss under the ceremony tree that will go on our mantle, the intimate moments with our families and friends, even portraits of our two dogs which are a feat in itself for any photographer! There were multiple times while looking through the photos my husband and I gushed, "how did she get that?!" Not only is Basia an incredibly gifted photographer but she's an all around amazing person. She's one of those magical people who can click with anybody which I reckon is how she's so good at capturing moods and feelings. She added so much positivity to our day and put us at ease in front of the camera. She also works very quickly and is responsive to any questions, photography-related or not. Basia is the absolute best and we cannot recommend her enough.

I showed him a few different wedding photographers but he didn't even hesitate when he saw her work. We were both nervous about being in front of a camera all day but she showed up and made it so easy! She's encouraged us to laugh and have fun and enjoy the moment. y. Truly, Basia was a gift to us on our intimate wedding day, as it was just the two of us exchanging vows under the Bluemoon in October(Halloween), just feet away from the ocean. Our day was the most magical day of our lives and any couple would be ever so lucky to have Basia capture their special day and most precious moments of their life. We loved how she captured the surroundings, the dunes, the gorgeous sunset sky, the ocean, and all the encompassed and held us in as we exchanged vows. We can not thank Basia enough for all her work, her eye and kindness She is an absolute delight to work with and you can tell she is truly doing what she loves to do.

a VERY intimate wedding with just our parents in 6 weeks and Basia was available and SO excited to share this special day with us. On the day of the event, she was on time, energetic, met everyone and then went straight to work capturing AMAZING photos of our day at De Seversky Mansion. The Mansion is beautiful and the grounds are extensive but her work really was able to capture the intimacy we had and the love we all shared throughout the day. Right away she was receptive to our vision, style, expectations, and comfort level on the types of moments we wanted to capture. Basia was so professional. She dressed beautifully for our wedding, and arrived 20-30 minutes early which put us at ease. Once she started shooting, she nailed all the types of shots we were keen on and took the initiative to capture so many more moments and artifacts that we never thought to. When we saw the final photos, we were blown away. Like most couples, we are not professional models and find the whole thing a bit awkward but Basia put us at ease and helped guide the look. Honestly, we cannot speak highly enough of Basia as a professional, as a talented photographer, and as a true collaborator. She is exceptional and you won't be disappointed.

The pictures she took were natural and captured us in candid moments and we loved how they came out. The wedding album we received is beautiful. We got married in Montauk and she even got pictures of what was happening around us... i.e. boats pulling up and showing off their catches of the day. My husband loves to fish and these were so cool for him to see! The actual picture taking wasn't distracting from the party either, she took us away from the group for 5-10 mins after the ceremony and that was it. I was so unbelievably blown away by how much love she captured in each individual picture - they all make me cry. Thank you, Basia - you are a dream!! n getting back to me- never went more than a day without an email back from her. She took direction and shot lists well even though I suspect her style is more abstract but I'm a bit type A. We had our engagement photos and my husband was upset because he didn't see as much color in the photos as he wanted to in the background- I thought they were fine but he's weird i guess. Anyways, I emailed her regarding this and she quickly remedied the situation for our wedding and had beautiful colors. She was willing to try anything- from bikes at our engagement shoot that we found on the side of the beach to going all the way down to the end of TPCC to see the great south bay better. She truly produced beautiful photos and I got the most compliments on my photographs out of anything else. She also had great assistants both times I worked with her- Ken and her sister- they both were professional and helpful especially with my shot list making sure people were where they should be. Basia also took notes on my pintrest pages as far as photos I wanted taken for the wedding or engagement shoots and actually did them all. It was awesome. Basia herself is one of the sweetest people i've ever met and she made it so easy to get along- her energy was contagious. You're with your photographer the most out of anyone all day and you want to be with someone you can stand haha and like i said, i felt like i was hanging out with my friend all day with her. I have recommended her to so many people and she deserves it. Can't wait to see the albums she makes us. oh and the other thing that is nice is you have access to all your pictures via a private gallery so you can download them to your PC and put them on social media, make thank yous and print out pictures for friends- you don't have to buy them to do this and i like that. We feel so lucky to have had her as part of our wedding and we hope more people start to use her. She truly loves what she does and she puts that love into her pictures she creates for you.
