Rafael & Laura are Founders and serial entrepreneurs who are a family owned business who take pride in every detail and never settle for mediocre. Over 15 years with multiple ventures in the entertainment world including Co Founder Rafael owning a DJ & entertainment company & Laura has been part of designing party themed settings for clients. Photo Glam Booth was fun and provided a good experience for our guests. But there were some issues. Prior to our wedding, I was not contacted to finalize the details as promised. I...
ended up having to reach out myself to make sure things were in place. I also ended up paying extra for the photo booth to arrive early for setup so that they would not be setting up during our ceremony. Despite paying extra, the attendant arrived late and I happened to glance over during our ceremony and saw the attendant setting up the booth, which I had paid extra for them not to be doing. When I contacted Photo Glam after the wedding telling them the situation, I was met with resistance and there was no resolution.

I was unaware that you wanted the attendant to be done setting up within 30 minutes which is almost impossible. I was also unaware of the layout and that the attendant would be in your direct line of site. I would have recommended that the attendant arrive earlier if that was the case. Specially because of the difficulty to get to the set up location at the San Diego zoo. I also showed you photo receipts that the attendant arrived within time, but she had to wait for the staff to pick her up in a golf cart.
I also talked to the coordinator after and she mentioned that she was also unaware you didn’t want the attendant in your line of site while setting up even though it was far. She also mentioned that the attendant was very quiet and did not disturb.

essly! They printed enough photos for everyone in the picture to take one home. We received a link to our photos just days after the wedding. These were so fun to look through and see how much our guests enjoyed it. We had a guestbook for people to post their photos in and sign. It was the perfect way to capture the night. I’d recommend them for any event!!
