s, some stuff that my wife and I don't really remember (it's all a blur, etc.). We had a huge wedding and our ceremony was perhaps a bit more complicated than the usual, but Eva really captured all our people and their interactions, and all the love in the room. And she made us look good! We also had pre-wedding photos taken a couple of weeks before the wedding. I think those photos and the opportunity to talk to her before the wedding was a really valuable and put us at ease with her approach to her work. Highly recommended!

Eva was always responsive and easy to reach, she really eased the stress of planning a wedding from the other side of the country! We talked a lot about my vision for the day and she got it! Her pictures are so beautiful and full of life. I love my wedding photos and can't imagine having used anyone else. Eva's style is so genuine and natural, capturing all the emotions of the day. Hands down, Eva was the best vendor decision we made for our wedding day.

Before the wedding, Eva also asked me to send a list of all formal photos we wanted and any special moments we wanted her to capture, that way nothing would be forgotten on the wedding day. I distinctly remember seeing a photograph of a family member shedding a tear during a wedding ceremony and I said "I want that!". On our wedding day, Eva brought such great energy to our bridal suite, where we were getting ready for the big day. During our ceremony and reception, I loved that she was so skilled at documenting each and every special moment, all while remaining so unobtrusive that you could barely notice she was even there. However, when we saw our photographs, we couldn't believe all that she captured! So many details and moments were revealed, that we otherwise would never have had the pleasure of experiencing, had it not been for her. Also, family photos after the ceremony went so quickly thanks to her organization and speed. We had an engagement shoot with her about 6 months before our wedding and she was exceptionally easy to work with and made us both feel super comfortable. Her creativity came in finding amazing locations and utilizing everything at her disposal to create incredible photos. She even planned out the day specifically so we would finish perfectly to have an amazing sunset photo. On the actual wedding day, she was just as amazing as she was for our engagement shoot. She took the time to visit our venue prior to the day to scout locations and had a plan laid out before the day began. Working as our lone photographer, she managed to capture every key moment from getting prepared, to our first look, to the ceremony and reception, and every photo came out even more beautifully than we could've imagined. She was incredibly enthusiastic about capturing our day and we truly felt like she was invested in our event and that she would deliver photos we would look at for decades to come. Her photos now cover most of the walls of our apartment and we comment on how unbelievably incredible they are daily. Everything about our wedding came together perfectly but Eva was definitely among the best choices we made and we have since recommended her to everyone we can and would absolutely love to use her again in the future for family photos or other important events. We were nervous at first, but she was fantastic at putting us at ease and getting the best shots of us. She captured us and our relationship exactly how we see ourselves as a couple. She really got to know us, and her work showed that. On the wedding day, she was simply spectacular. And besides the wonderful photos that she took, she's such a lovely person! We hope to have a baby one day and she'll definitely be the one we call to capture special days like first birthdays. I'd work with her again without hesitation, and I feel like we made a friend in the process!

Not once did I feel like she was ever obtrusive or in the way. One of the challenge's of my wedding was that it was in a backyard, there aren't many places to take pictures. That wasn't an issue for Eva; she was very creative in finding different backdrops and settings. We recently got the photos back and they are fantastic; couldn't be happier with how they came out. Eva really captured who we are, our style and our day perfectly. I was lucky to have found Eva and I highly recommend her.

Isn't return business the best feedback out there? In searching for a wedding photographer, my now husband and I really didn't look past Eva. She was an obvious choice as her work speaks for itself. Throughout the course of our planning process, I came across a posed picture that I fell in love with and wanted to emulate on our wedding day. Naturally, when it came time for pictures after the ceremony that was the LAST thing on my mind. Well, out Eva pulled this photograph, posed Phil and I and on we went. I don't think my shocked look from her preparedness ever went away. She took my crazy Uncle's need for 1000 family pictures with stride as he waltzed around the room making sure he got every last combination of the family clan. Eva was worth every penny and MORE. I am so thrilled to continue to see her and call her a friend. Those are the best wedding relationships!

really traditional southern winter wedding and needed a photographer that had a little more edgy style to offset all the lanterns and such. She did such a great job capturing the faces of our friends and family at our wedding. She took so many photos and spent so much quality time with my husband and I and the guests! We also loved our engagement session with her and she is GREAT with pets!! There is something about her photos that is just so real…I look back at them and feel like I am there again! I would truly recommend Photo Lady Love!

ion of the day. She totally "got" what we were going for--short and sweet but also fun and goofy. I was worried when finding a wedding photographer that s/he would force us into awkward, not-us poses (reclining on each other, staring intensely into each others' eyes); Eva didn't do that at all. She gave us excellent suggestions and already had locations scouted out and ideas for cool shots. The perfect mix of freedom and direction! Eva was a joy to work with--sweet, funny, and totally professional. She slogged her gear through the rain and split up the scheduled two hours of shooting to accommodate clear weather in the afternoon. I cannot recommend Eva/PhotoLady Love highly enough! 5+ stars.

Her easy going personality and passion for photography shined from our original meeting and to (our final meeting) her in-person delivery of our album. She went above and beyond what I ever imagined by meeting with me before the wedding to checkout potential photo op locations at the church, reception venue, and surrounding areas. I explained to her that I love the look of DC architecture but feared that we wouldn't have enough time to go into town between the ceremony and reception. Eve secured a permit to take shots at the Jefferson Memorial and they turned out beautifully. I couldn't be happier with the photos she took and highly recommend her to anyone and everyone in the DC area looking for the perfect wedding photographer!

From our first coffee meeting, to engagement pictures in downtown Richmond, to the whole wedding day, it was so fun and comfortable working with Eva. She does amazing work- she arrived early to scout out great spots for pictures in our engagement session and wedding, and she somehow managed to be in about 5 places at once without being seen during the ceremony and reception. We recently received all of our wedding pictures and we are so happy. She captured everything perfectly and we love remembering our big day through her awesome work.
