After our meeting we immediately booked him- we knew he was the one to tackle us at our wedding! He is so knowledgeable not only about the photography aspect of weddings- but all of the other parts that go into making the day a success. He was a dream to work with on the day of-- he put myself and all the girls at ease during the getting ready portion. We opted to have a second photographer (Harry!) which worked out great because he was able to get photos of the guys getting ready and groomsmen shoots to save time later since we decided not to do first looks and early photos before the ceremony. They were both so efficient but never compromised the quality of their work. The sneak peaks were TO DIE FOR! Tom has such an incredible eye and every photo he took you could tell he knew exactly how it was going to look. We had family reaching out to us almost immediately asking if he photographs other events because they were so impressed. He was so fun and nice and helpful to us and our family during the entire day- we could not have asked for a better experience. We got our photos back extremely fast given the amount of weddings he and his team do on a regular basis-- and no surprise- they were ALL AMAZING. Our biggest problem now is trying to find 4-5 out of the more than 500 beautiful photos he took and provided to us to keep on display. Tom and Photo Phrame are truly top notch and you'd be crazy not to book them for your wedding (or other event). It really put my mind at ease. Tom stayed with us girls to take getting ready photos, while his father went with the guys. What great moments to capture! After discussing our budget, vision and availability via email we signed an affordable, creative and flexible contract. A few weeks following my fiance and I asked if they would be willing to come to DC to shoot us(where we live), within minutes they eagerly said YES and the only cost that we inquired was their travel to the district. As the engagement shoot approached we flooded their inbox with excitement and concerns. WE RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO EVERY SINGLE EMAIL, as an excited Bride you can imagine how much that means. The day finally arrived and the father son duo traveled 364 miles to capture us in the place that we built a life together. From the moment they arrived at our house they made us feel comfortable and special. No request was to big or small they listen to all of our ideas for shots. The best part was feeling like they had known you for years and them sharing in our joy and excitement. The dynamic between Tom and Richard (father and son) is playful, professional and creative they bring out the creative in each other which yields amazing ideas and shots. Prior to leaving they outlined when we could expect the pictures and how we could access them. When they left following our shot we were filled with excitement that they would be there on our big day. I could not be more excited that Tom and Richard will be at our wedding not just as photographers but as friends. Even though our shoot ended late and they had been traveling since 4am they took the time to share a teaser photo for us to enjoy. I can not recommend PH3 enough.
