Sunny is the most unprofessional vendor that we have come across during my nieces wedding. We had booked him 7 months in advance and paid a premium price to cover the 3 day wedding and not miss any event. He not only missed a couple events but made excuses of not covering those important events which cannot be re-created ever again. He also promised a crew that would cover both the videography and photography; but came in with less crew members. Who so ever wants to sign him; make sure that you get everything in writing. His response time for getting back via phone or email was very slow and we had to sometimes email him a couple times or leave him a voicemail a few times to get him to respond back. Just remember that he is sweet in talking and showing good reviews; but he cannot digest a bad review.

Photography and Videography were at the top of our priority list when we were planning our wedding. We had seen Photographick's work previously through our friends and acquaintances and really loved the work we had seen. When we went to visit Sunny, the owner, sold us with his flowery speech and guarantees of how he and his team would capture every important aspect of our wedding. We booked Photographick over a year in advance of our wedding and continued planning with Sunny over the year leading up to the wedding. We had an engagement shoot which he photographed as part of the package we paid for. Throughout this whole time, Sunny was difficult to get a hold of and communicate with. On the day of my wedding as I was getting ready, a team of photographers came into my room to start photographing, and Sunny wasn't there. I thought maybe he's photographing my husband. I asked the team where he was and with a surprised look on their faces, they told me he wasn't coming. I was shocked. We paid a LOT of money for Sunny's talent and experience and planned for over a year with him, and he didn't even show up to photograph our wedding. Instead, he sent his team, who we have never spoken to before our wedding day. Although the team is talented in their own right, they're not the ones we planned with and they're not the only ones we paid for. We would have understood if Sunny had an emergency but he didn't even contact us to let us know he wouldn't be showing up. Even after the wedding he never even acknowledged the fact that he didn't show up for our wedding. The pictures we got turned out decent but a LOT of what we had asked for and planned was missed because the person we planned with didn't show up. This was highly unprofessional and not worth the amount of money we paid for the lack of communication and being misled. We were disappointed that we didn't get all the photos we asked for and the person whose services we paid for, did not provide those services. If you plan on hiring Photographick, I'd like to warn you he's difficult to work with and encourage you to get it in writing that he will, in fact, show up to photograph your wedding. If he's going to outsource his work or send other members of his team then the least he can do is be clear and communicate that to his clients from the beginning.

I’ll never forget when I received the link to watch our video highlight. I was work sitting at my desk at work. I clicked the link to watch and I couldn’t get past the first 10 seconds without tearing up. It wasn’t the beautiful shot capturing the weather and the venue where we were married that moved me to tears – it was Sunny’s artistry and the way he captured the setting, paired with beautiful music, that moved me to tears. I’d only seen the outside of our venue and I choked up! I felt the way I felt on my wedding day all over again. Needless to say, I had to wait to get to my car before I could finish watching the rest of our video. Pictures are important and we love ours, but nothing brings you back to that special day the way a video can. Sunny and the Photographick team gave us a special, artistic, unique, beautiful gift that we will treasure forever.

It’s so true what they say, “A picture is worth a thousand words” (and they were spectacular)… but my wedding video is worth a million! My husband and I knew from the very beginning we wanted a videographer to document our special day – but Sunny and his team exceeded our expectations immensely. We never imagined the final video would turn out the way it did. We truly worked with a creative genius and can’t imagine a more perfect way to capture our day. Everything from the communication, contract signing, and day-of interaction was professional and enjoyable. Sunny and his team were patient, kind and professional the day of the wedding. They never got in the way of the other vendors, yet they were always there at the exact right moment, catching every little detail of the day – it was really intriguing to watch them work their magic and see it all come to life in the final video. Sunny and his team were so fun to work with! They made us feel comfortable, helped coordinate multilingual families for portraits and let us be adventurous with all the spots we shot at! Our same day edit (surprise for us) pictures were amazing and perfectly portray the beauty of the outdoors while still letting us shine! I love Sunny's aesthetic!

This review is long overdue--we got married in late June 2017 and I picked our photographer shortly after getting engaged. I knew it was going to be one of the most important vendors to get right. And we did get it right, so right!! Sunny’s whole team was absolutely spectacular—they all have a fun and spunky personalities that not only put me at easy but also my conservative Indian parents (not an easy task). Most importantly, Sunny and his team listened to what we wanted in terms of photography style and nailed it. The team surprised us with a photography same day edit and the images went beyond any of our expectations. My husband and I have an album filled with photographs that we will cherish for our lifetime. I cannot thank you enough for documenting my dream wedding so perfectly.

If we could give the Photographick team more stars, we would. We booked Photographick for our engagement session love story, wedding film and photography. What a fantastic team. The photos were beautiful as portrayed on the website and sample weddings he showed us but it was the film that really blew us away. Not only are they extremely proficient in the science and art of videography, but he is also communicative, personable, and professional. Sunny's highlights video of our wedding is a masterpiece. The video flows very smoothly. He picked music that is very thoughtful of our personal style; it’s perfect for “who we are”! In short, his video exceeded what we expected. It’s obvious to us that Sunny spent much time and effort to craft an expressive video, which combines the visual lushness of our setting, speeches, our ceremony, audience reactions… the list goes on. We can't thank him enough for helping us relive our special day through his creation! Thank you Photographick!

Sunny is incredibly communicative and responsive via email and phone. He is so detail-oriented and has helpful tips and sample shot lists and schedules, which I found extremely helpful-the timeline was so detailed! He has an amazing eye and as we were walking around he occasionally asked us to stop to take a quick photo -- these unplanned photos were some of my favorites! He also takes a great combination of "artistic" photos, candids, and portraits. Simply put, I cannot recommend Sunny and his team more highly. I believe all future brides would be thrilled with his work.

Horrible customer service, unprofessional, cowardly! My fiancé and I booked Photographick 7-8 months before our wedding. After we booked him any time we had questions or wanted to speak to Sunny Mathur (owner of photographick studios and the person we had been speaking to the entire time leading up to booking) we could never reach via phone or email, nor would he respond back. It would take weeks, and at times months for him to respond. 5 days before he was supposed to do our engagement shoot and 2.5 months before our wedding, Sunny Mathur emailed us with a lie. He told us he was having surgery at the end of the week and recovery would be 3-4 months making him 'inoperable' for our wedding weekend. We are the only one of his current clients that got this email. He is also doing my friends wedding 2 weeks before mine. He is still doing hers, and did her photo shoot the same day my fiancé and I were to have ours. No mention of surgery or being 'inoperable'. When I spoke to him the day he sent us the LIE of an email and called him out on his lie because I had already spoken to my friend, he told me another lie and said 'I haven't gotten around to everyone yet'. That was a lie because he had just spoken to my friend less than an hour before and confirmed their location and time for the engagement photo shoot. He is even doing another wedding this upcoming weekend. Sunny Mathur and His company are extremely unprofessional and simply put, a coward. If you can't do something say so, and say so upfront. Don't accept a contract you can't commit to and don't lie about it! Anyone looking for photo/video for your special day don't use sunny or his company, you will be upset you wasted your time and money! People like him do not deserve to be in this business. Ladies and gentlemen, take your business to someone who is professional and will make your day and journey leading up to your day enjoyable and nothing but the best. Sunny and Photographick studios are NOT those people!

Once the excitement dies down, the last song plays, and the final guest leaves - the memories Sunny and his team capture help you relive your day in ways you won't imagine. The moments after my fiancé and I were engaged, honestly, I think we may have contacted Photographick Studios to see if our potential dates were available for them so we could ensure they would be our photographers. They provide the highest quality of images and an amazing overall experience before, during, and after - and they are much more than just a "vendor". Sunny makes you feel comfortable and the atmosphere is always friendly and easygoing during his sessions.
