Photography Anthology

Oh my goodness— it’s tough to know where to start with Ashley. She has been with us through so many important moments over the past two years of our lives! She flew to Paris to do an engagement shoot for us, did my boudoir photos, joined us for our rehearsal, and then spent our whole wedding day with us. Ashley has such a fun, laid back, and calming presence. She gets absolutely everything DONE, but never makes you feel rushed or stressed. My partner *really* dislikes having his photo taken, and often starts to feel nauseous smiling for pictures. Not with Ashley though! She put us both at ease throughout the whole process. Our wedding party and our families raved about her as well. Even solely based on her personality, I couldn’t recommend anyone more highly to have by your side on one of the most important days of your life. And now for her WORK— it truly speaks for itself, which is why you’re here checking her out. Don’t worry— I did the research for you. There were 37K posts on instagram tagged “#ohioweddingphotographer” when we started our wedding planning process, and I joke, but I really did look through the majority of them, narrowing down to a top 40 favorite photographers in Ohio, then to a top 10 who I contacted. Ultimately I gravitated toward Ashley because she has such a knack for capturing the “in-between” moments. Her portraits are also incredible, but I especially love all the real, raw emotion she captures when you’re not looking. So, save yourself the trouble of looking any further— I did the research for you and can tell you Ashley is the best of the best :). One of my best friends in California even hired Ashley for her wedding near LA this summer!

We hired Ashley/Photography Anthology for our 5/8/21 wedding for 10 hours wedding coverage and we absolutely LOVE her!!! Ashley's bright and bubbly personality was so infectious and absolutely MADE our getting ready experience so fun!!!We found her on instagram and were blown away by her website and portfolio, so we can only imagine how beautiful our wedding photos will look!!

We used Ashley for our 10/17/20 Wedding and I can not rave enough over how beautiful her photos came out! We reached out to many photographers before Ashley and she was the only one available on our date but I am more than sure it was fate that we landed her! Even with COVID happening and all the un sure in the world, she was exceptional to work with, quick responses and made sure to get every photo we wanted on top of hers! Look no more for your wedding photographer because Ashley is amazing and well worth every penny! I mean just look at her portfolio it is amazing!

I cannot recommend Ashley Posthuma highly enough. I booked her after a friend attended a wedding she had photographed and sent me the album. I was enchanted with her elegant, romantic style and her ability to capture candid moments of joy and emotion. Her pricing was straightforward, and she was SO fun and down-to-earth, all of my bridesmaids and family loved her, and the album she sent us three short weeks after the wedding absolutely blew me away.
