Where do I even begin? Cambrae is more than a photographer. She is a treasure trove of wedding knowledge and made me feel reassured and in the know from the start. Cambrae was amazing! She photographed my wedding in May 2024 at Ainsworth House and Gardens and I would definitely recommend her! Besides providing professional and affordable photography of our ceremony and reception, Cambrae provided experienced support on the planning side, from our first schedule of the big day to periodic emails with tips and noticing minutes before the ceremony that the coattails on the new suit were still connected by a bit of plastic. We got hundreds of clear and well-lit photos with download and print rights, including thorough documentation of the process, candid shots of all the guests, and after-ceremony shots of every key group. I can not recommend Cambrae enough! Not only are our pictures absolutely beautiful, she is so great to work with. Going into wedding planning i had no clue what I was doing and finding vendors was getting overwhelming. I stopped by Cambrae's booth at the Portland Bridal Show and really liked her presence and style. After our first meeting with her I knew the search for a photographer was over, she asked questions about things that hadn't even occurred to me. She made the whole process so easy and straightforward which for me was everything. The day of our wedding came and everything ran so smoothly because of Cambrae. we had a large wedding with a lot of family and she maneuvered the whole thing without batting an eye. We got all the pictures we wanted and more, she made sure we had time to sit and eat without being bombarded by family and friends and kept us on track. After our wedding family and friends all had various comments but everyone was completely impressed with Cambrae and went out of their way to tell us what an amazing job she did!

Cambrae and Stevie were FANTASTIC! A bit pushy, but they have a timeline and LOTS to cover in a short amount of time. We could not ask for a better photographer for our wedding. Both my husband and I were a little nervous about photos, not being the "pose-y" types. Cambrae made us feel super comfortable from the very first meeting, all the way through the day of the event. The images she captured take my breath away and I especially love how she captured some little moments between us when I don't think I knew she was snapping away! Cambrae helped out so much with our wedding. Her experience and knowledge in the business made her the perfect guide as we were doing a whole lot of planning on our own. She worked with us on our wedding day timeline from arrival to departure. She even gave some pointers to our officiant, being her first time. Come wedding day, we had a ton of rain at an outdoor wedding. We had the change a lot of things around. There was never a break in the rain once it started. Cambrae, with a big smile, soaking wet after a few hours, was helping people stay on schedule, and proceeded to take a lot of photos. We originally had planned sunset photos, but due to the weather, wasn't going to be a thing. Cambrae got creative and we got some wonderful shots, backlighting the rain so it looked like we were among the stars. Cambrae stayed calm, cool, and collected, and had a blast throughout the whole event. She was cracking jokes and giving us tips and directing us for the best pictures. She knows her stuff! We would highly recommend her. We haven't gotten the photos quite yet, but the way she handled the event alone was worthy of a great review. We're excited to see how it a turned out.

My partner and I decided to get married in under three months and Cambrea was able to make this, seemingly impossible task, a reality. We booked the full elopement package via her website and it was the best decision we could have made. She contacted and coordinated all the vendors (something I found to be the hardest thing to do when planning a wedding) and made everything go so smoothly. We just viewed our photos and saying how beautiful and amazing they are is an understatement. She really captured our love. Despite only having one zoom session prior to the wedding, she had such a warmth and lovely presence about her that really made us feel comfortable. She is amazing and I can’t recommend her enough!

Cambrae did out Christmas wedding December 2021. It was beautiful as it had snowed just the day before. Cambrae was very accommodating for the our large family and reorganized photo plans as some essential guests couldn’t attend due to weather. They are very experienced with lighting and the venue which made me feel confident in her pictures and listened to everything she suggested. She came fully prepared and was willing to add any extra time we needed. Would highly recommend.

I can’t speak highly enough of Cambrae. From the very first interaction with her, she was warm, friendly, responsive to all our questions. She met (virtually!) with the 60th anniversary honorees, to get to know them and help them feel comfortable. They were won over just like I was! In the days leading up to our event, she heard and addressed each of our concerns. How much time was needed? How will we “fix” the lighting issues (sun would be blocked by the Lodge at the time of our event) and still get the spectacular Columbia Gorge backdrop for our pictures? On the day of our special celebration, she quickly became a part of our family. She came prepared with additional lighting. We had a list of family shots we wanted; she made sure to capture each image we wanted, plus all the extras we didn’t know we would treasure forever. She was warm and friendly and fun in her interactions with the family, helping each to be comfortable and as a result, to look their most beautiful. Small children were no challenge for her—our one-year-old responded to her with all smiles. And the final result? I have to tell you—there are a couple of us that really don’t like having our photos taken, and we came to the “showing” with a bit of trepidation. However, our fears were quickly put to rest. Because of her combination of professionalism and warmth at the event, each family member was relaxed, and every photo captured each individual at their very best. Bottom line: we could not be more impressed with Cambrae as a person, and as a photographer. She will be our first and only choice for any future events.
