WOW! Where do I begin? I called to find out details about what the photo/video package within my entire wedding package was. The speaker sounded annoyed that I was even calling her...
and put me "on hold" for 5 minutes while she debated with her coworker. Then finally she argues with me saying that the included photo/video package did not exist, when I literally had the contract in my hand stating that it did. Horrible customer service!! Stay away!

I have to say Luis' work is amazing. I took my engagement and wedding pictures with him and I'm very pleased with their work. They are really nice to work with and affordable.

He was good. Did all of the poses I wanted. Only bad thing was that he doesnt speak english making it hard for him to communicate with my husband and some of my groomsmen.
