She has a great artistic eye for capturing people and scenery. It was a pleasure to work with her and a delight to see the finished results, which brought back so many wonderful memories of our special day. I would highly recommend her and must say that her pricing is phenomenal, which was a selling point for us as I had to convince my fiance that it was worth it to spend the big bucks for pictures! My Fiancé & I used Photography by Donna May for our engagement photos in Summer 2015. Donna was so flexible with us - I travel A LOT for work & she was willing to help schedule around that, plus the initial weekend we chose ended up getting completely flooded out & she was able to reschedule for us. She was also really helpful with tips before the session as we'd never done portraits together before. On the day of, Donna was so fantastic to work with! She kept us laughing & having fun the whole time! The photos turned out great & we were so excited to share them with our family friends. If you're in the Columbus area & need a photographer in the next couple months or are in Richmond once Donna moves there - I highly recommend her as your photographer, you won't be disappointed!

Donna was an amazing addition to our wedding!!! I give her the highest recommendation as possible!! She also did our engagement photos and did an incredible job on those as well! We only waited for a month after the wedding and got our photos and they all turned out absolutely beautiful! She did such a great job! Our wedding inside/outside and it called for rain that day so she brought her husband along to help with lighting and to hold umbrellas if needed! She did a wonderful job although we didn't exactly stick to our timeline she went with the flow! We were really excited to see the candid photos she took and she captured every moment we could have hoped for! Easy to work with and a pleasure to be around! Thank you so much Donna! I would 100% recommend Donna to another bride! She is so sweet and our pictures are excellent. I am so excited to print them out and share them with my family and friends! She is very good with follow-up throughout and after the entire wedding process. She is also extremely efficient in getting the pictures edited and back to you. Our entire wedding portfolio was done in about a month after the wedding! And between that she also posted some pictures as a preview for us! She is very good at directing the bridal party as well, which I really appreciate because I have no idea what I'm doing in front of a camera. That was extremely helpful, especially because I had 9 bridesmaids! You can tell she really wants to capture the day for you and all of the details of your wedding. Five stars!

As a graphic designer my bar was very high when searching for a photographer for our wedding. Donna did an amazing job. She was very open to hearing what look we wanted for the photos and delivered EXACTLY what we asked for. I can't say enough nice things about her and her work.
