n's package included their engagement pictures which were FANTASTIC! Ellen is very thorough and works hard for her clients! She has an incredible artistic eye and as a result, she captures the most BEAUTIFUL pictures! I was very impressed with her work and my son and his new bride LOVE their photos from their wedding and the engagement pics as well! This is one area where every penny you spend is well worth the results and with Ellen you get what you pay for and more!! I very HIGHLY recommend her services for any occasion!!

asy to work with. On the wedding day, Ellen really made sure that we got the unique types of shots that we were looking for by scoping out spots to take shots. She really has an eye for what will make a great photo. Could not be happier with all of our wedding pictures. We can't stop looking at them!! Also- we didn't get a chance to do an engagement session that was included in our photography package before the wedding so Ellen made sure that we still got an extra shoot with a "trash the dress" type shoot after the wedding. Her ideas were so creative and she didn't hesitate to drive us all around to get different sceneries into one shoot. We highly recommend Ellen!!

y far the best investment. I only wish we had had more time to spend with her between ceremony and reception, because the shots we've seen so far have been breath-taking. She takes the kind of romantic photography that will have you and your husband saying, "that's us?" and "how did she get that shot?" Ellen is very creative, but she's also laid-back and just plain fun to work with. She will not take over, boss people around, or try to run the show. She will be conscious of your timeline, though, and we were on a pretty tight one. Almost all of her packages include an engagement photo session - I would highly recommend purchasing one of them. The engagement session gave us a chance to get to know her a bit better, find out what she's like to work with, and know more about what to expect on the wedding day. When I was planning and trying to work out the budget, I talked to 4 or 5 different friends who hadn't hired a professional photographer for their wedding day and all of them told me, "Don't skimp on the photographer - I wish I had spent the money to hire one." That convinced me that I would probably regret not hiring someone, and so it became a matter of finding someone within our price range whose photography we loved. I would recommend Ellen hands-down.
