My background in both allows me to capture moments as only an artist can and help navigate the production of your wedding day seamlessly so you and your partner can enjoy every moment! I'm very scheduled and often on time or ahead of schedule while making the day feel like it is running smoothly with many moments built in for you to take in the moment. Weddings are a huge part of my life. I've photographed over 7,000 sessions in the past 18 years as a professional photographer, which has given me ability to perform in many scenarios. I have confidently captured almost 300 weddings in Central Illinois and beyond since making weddings my primary focus over the decade. I love meeting new people, traveling (specifically to the East Coast), and dogs!

significant other on your wedding day. After seeing the pictures Erin captured at my sisters wedding, I hired her to do mine. Here, she again provided a warm and comforting presence. You will never feel awkward or uncomfortable with Erin. One of my biggest draws towards Erin (aside from her photography skills) was that instead of forcing the environment to fit her specific editing style, she edits her pictures to fit the environment. (Ex: if the wedding is in a darker themed barn, she will edit the pictures to match the theme. If the wedding is outside and whimsical, she will edit the pictures to appear light and airy.) To me, that proves that she's dedicated to providing the best content to her clients. I cannot recommend Erin enough!!!

ly, it being for over a year now. If you’re thinking of other photographers for your wedding… look no further. Erin is THE best and WORTH the money we invested in her. Her pictures on my wedding day came out GORGEOUS. Just what I envisioned. I wanted a “dark” theme on my wedding pictures and boy did she deliver. I wish I could attach some of my pictures on this review. Not only were the pictures amazing, but Erin is so very nice to work with. I am the type of person who is super camera shy. I’m so awkward. I do not know how to pose. Erin literally does everything for you. She poses you and she is SO patient with you. She always took us out to take pictures throughout the wedding to get the sunset and good lighting. I will also NEVER forget about the time she literally helped me bustle my wedding dress because I was freaking out and forgot how to do it. She said “I’ve never done this before, but we will figure it out together” I was on the verge of a panic attack, but she literally saved the day. o move! I'll never forget how she cared about us, about our feet (who knew brides and grooms stood so much), about our energy, and about what we wanted. She was also quick to suggest ideas and offer her creativity but cooperative if I didn't want to do something. I never felt pushed or rushed. She also took the last pictures I have of my grandma and I together and I'll forever be grateful. As for her work—stellar! She can do dark and rich old school vibes or light and airy modern vibes depending on what you want. Her style fits whatever your style is. Her work is so compatible with your taste it's like she's known you for years. She takes advantage of all types of photography basics, like depth of field, she can direct you eloquently to produce the right shot and overall she knows her stuff. I also applaud her personal editing skills and how she edited our sneak peak photos and sent them that night. I highly recommend Erin for your wedding.
