et the best pictures and helped with coordinating our timeline to make sure we got all of the pictures we wanted. Our venue went through a management change shortly before our wedding date, but thankfully Mary had done weddings there before and she was very reassuring about our plans for the day. I cannot say enough nice things about Mary and her photography skills!
Mary was the best photographer we could have asked for. She was professional, kind, helpful and prompt. She helped me with my timeline and answered all of my questions quickly! The...
pictures were more than I could ever ask for. You won’t be disappointed
Mary was an excellent photographer. She embodies everything a type A bride could request: punctuality, great attention to detail and ability to control a busy bridal party/family ....
We were very pleased with everything from the engagement session to the reception. She took special care with some particular details, for example we wanted to highlight our personality during the engagement session and she caught some wonderful candid moments.
Mary was exceptionally thoughtful throughout the entire process. I won’t share the details for those considering her service because a little surprise before your big day is just an great added touch.
I was quite adamant that I didn’t want to take pictures during cocktail hour because I much prefer to socialize but Mary had the forethought of reminding me that I would want to ensure I had the best photos of the wedding.
She worked exceptionally well with the videographers. Although I had two videographers and two photographers you barely knew they were there. If you’re like me you hate to see wedding where the vendors obstruct the view or distract from the ceremony. She and her assistant were stealthy but thorough.
Lastly, Mary ensured we were pleased with our product. Unfortunately I selected a horrible color for my leather album. Mary kept on it until I was completely satisfied.
I cannot say enough great things. She came as a recommendation from a trusted friend and delivered more than we had hoped for!

r beautiful shots and engagement shoots. Mary was super professional and creative and I am so happy that we chose her. I can honestly say, of the 974 pictures that she gave me, there is not one bad one! They are all so beautiful and capture our special day perfectly, from getting ready, through the ceremony and reception and all of our formals. I am thrilled with what she did for us! Highly recommend!

Very pleased.
Mary did both our engagement and wedding photos for November 9th, 2019 wedding. She was very easy to get ahold of and very professional! She knew exactly what pictures were needed ...
and was quick day of for those brides like me who didn’t want too much time spent on pictures. We still ended up with 1,200! We LOVE all our photos and received so many edited photos to pick from both albums! We just received our wedding album and I’m so grateful her package came with that option as I never would have made the time to order an album. Thank you so much Mary for all your help and guidance!

e gets great shots and was able to capture moments I didn’t even know happened at our wedding. She has the experience you hope for in a wedding photographer and her pricing is exceptionally reasonable for her services. She is incredibly responsive in communication which was important to us trying to plan an out of state wedding. And although we had our wedding in the middle of the holidays, she had photos to us in 3 weeks. We love Mary so much that when we come back to Phoenix in future, we are hoping to snag Mary again for family photos. We highly recommend Mary!

ed to share our photos with friends and family and everyone has been very impressed with the quality and variety of wedding pics. We would highly recommend Mary to anyone getting married in the Valley!! We love you Mary!! - Art & Allie
Mary is an outstanding photographer! We were looking for a photographer who could capture everything we wanted, including many candid moments, limited post-production editing (natu...
ral captures) and complicated shots by the water. We purchased the package that included two photographers for 8 hours and were very pleased with the price, quality and results. One thing that really stood out was their patience and fun attitude throughout the formal moments. Also, our venue included a ferry ride over to a little island to take photos with family and wedding party during cocktail hour. We ran into some unfortunate issues with the sprinkler schedule on the island, but Mary still made things work and captured beautiful photos of us! To me, that was truly amazing, since it was completely unexpected and we were all unprepared for sporadic sprinklers. Mary's assistant photographer, Valerie, was also helping every step of the way. She even brought a couple of accessories that the bride ended up using while getting ready. Overall, we highly recommend Mary's photography services for any occasion. You will get many personal touches as well as professional services. Thanks so much for beautifully capturing our wedding!
Mary was incredible! Looking back on everything and how stressful some vendors made it, Mary sticks out as a breath of fresh air. She was respectful and kind and made me feel very ...

ctures that were most important to us, and every time we brought up a concern, she addressed it and explained how she would take care of that concern.
The day of our wedding, she kept us on track perfectly, directed everyone in an orderly fashion, and we got the most beautiful photos from our wedding day to remember this special day forever.
We really are happy with all 1200+ digital format photos she provided to us in under 2 months after the wedding so that we could share with family and friends this way. We can’t imagine anything more we could have wanted.

hat we wanted to forever hold on to. Mary was very easy to work with, PATIENT, went with the flow, and got back to us ASAP when we had questions. We plan on using her for any upcoming events we have in life (i.e. maternity, baby photos..). We would use her a thousand times again! My husband and the entire family are SO pleased with our engagement and wedding photos!
Mary was such a blessing to have as our wedding photographer! Not only are the pictures she took (both our engagement and wedding photos) absolutely spectacular, but she is such a ...
sweet and calm person. We felt totally comfortable with Mary. She is so knowledgeable about weddings, and when we'd meet for a consultation or even our engagement photos, she gave me a lot of advice that helped tremendously with the wedding planning. During the wedding, she was just an absolute joy to have around. She helped us pose in a way that looks totally natural and genuine. We received multiple comments from guests about how personable and talented our photographer was. I am just blown away by the quality of our pictures. She sent over 1,000 and there isn't even one that I didn't like. She knows her angles and will make you look absolutely gorgeous. :) I couldn't recommend Mary more highly, and look forward to booking her in the future anytime I need professional photos.
Every review for Mary is 5 stars for a reason! She was the photographer for our wedding at Desert Botanical Garden in February and she was able to capture the complete joy we felt...
that day with our family/friends. She was recommended to us by a family friend and I'm so grateful and thankful! Her experience shows in her professionalism, timeliness and creativeness! All this and she is so reasonable with her rates. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, professional, high quality photographer.

ures were taken in Sedona with Cathedral Rock as our background- the pictures were INCREDIBLE! As for the nighttime pictures, Mary totally took on the mission to locate backdrop with minimal light noise and she did just that. Her son was also so kind to allow us to use his motorcycle as a prop before he sold it. I was very happy with the results! As for the wedding, Mary and her photography partner, Dina, did an incredible job capturing all of our important moments. They were so open to different ideas I had including taking sunset pictures on the golf course near the resort we were at. She stayed throughout the entire wedding and reception and was able to capture our exit at the end of the reception. Just as others have stated before, I can't say enough good things about Mary. She's truly an incredible person & photographer. There's a multitude of reasons why she's won so many awards. She is someone I would highly recommend to capture the special moments leading up to your special day and on your special day!

d she was really great at giving us direction (which We needed!) we haven’t gotten our photos back yet but I know they will be great! She was great at posing us and got along great with everyone. She even gave us a few polaroids as a sneak to hold us over until the photos come in! We thought that was a really great touch!

Mary was fantastic - she picked the perfect spot for our location and came so prepared (brought props, ladder so she could better angles, etc.) It really made the pictures look so amazing and different than any engagement shots I had ever seen! Mary is incredibly creative, talented, and she will give you a set of incredible photos.

picture I hoped for. Throughout the wedding day Mary didn't miss a moment. She kept us on time, while never missing the shot. Beyond that, her fun and peaceful presence was such a blessing on the busy wedding day. I didn't feel stressed having her there, but felt I had a smoother day because Mary was our photographer. She was also very quick to turn our photos around following the wedding, which I absolutely love! I can't reccomend anyone more highly than Mary. We've found our lifelong photographer because of this experience!

Mary was an absolute joy and pleasure to work with! You can tell how much she loves her job by the way she lights up with camera in hand. After meeting with several photographers, ...
we are ecstatic we decided on Mary for documenting our Big Day. We chose not to do an engagement session as a trial run with Mary but instead trusted our gut and went straight in on the day with the getting ready photos, ceremony, portraits and of course, the reception. My husband and I are not the world's most photogenic people, we tend to freeze up in front of the camera. Mary made us feel completely comfortable and we couldn't be happier with how the photos turned out. She did an incredible job with BOTH the portraits AND the candids. We are not even sure how she was able to capture several in-action shots of the dancing and our intricate ceremony with perfect clarity, but she did...She captured all the emotion and all the key moments (a lot of which we didn't even remember, hehe) beautifully. We had quite a few teary-eyed moments while looking at the photos. We get to relive the day all over again every time we go through the photos. We highly recommend Mary and her talented assistant Beth!

enior portraits 7 years ago, engagement photos (knee deep in snow!), and then my wedding just last October. Each time Mary took care to make sure everything was executed perfectly for our vision. She confidently takes lead but also listens to what you're wanting. Mary's pricing is very competitive for the incredible quality she puts forward. For or wedding, we received almost 1,000 photos (8 hrs of shooting) on CDs and they're all wonderful! on top of all that, Mary and her 2nd photographer are so easy and fun to work with, you can tell they love what they do! We fully intended to hire Mary again for future life events.
We have used Mary Sandy for two weddings, our daughter and, most recently our son's wedding in October 2017. Mary is a creative, thorough and conscientious photographer who knows ...
what to shoot and more importantly, when to shoot a picture. Our most recent wedding was in a rustic, country venue and the pictures of the first reveal, ceremony and reception were simply beautiful and captured the event perfectly. She has the ability to capture a scene in a picture that others would not even see. After, the event, Mary takes the time to review and adjust each photo the wedding and provides the wedding party with a CD for future use as desired. I highly recommend Mary Sandy if you are looking for high quality at a reasonable price.

iration boards for both our engagement session and wedding to understand the poses and types of photos we wanted. We had a lovely time with Mary during our engagement photo shoot at Red Rock Crossing in Sedona, AZ. She made us feel comfortable during our session and captured so many special moments and beautiful photos. While we had fun dancing on red rocks, lounging in the grass, and splashing through Oak Creek -- we were even more impressed by the wonderful photos Mary took of our wedding.
We love working with Mary! She is a very talented photographer and we found her to be incredibly responsive to our needs. She is quickly becoming our family photographer and we look forward to her capturing many more wonderful memories in the future. We highly recommend Mary Sandy to anyone looking to hire a professional photographer!

h it RAINED on my wedding day. As a panicked bride I wasn't sure what I was going to do. I was in Sedona, the wedding was to start in an hour and I didn't have time to go searching for an umbrella. But here comes Mary with such a calm friend smile who just so happen to pick up an umbrella!! Not even kidding. Photographer goals for sure.
But not only is Mary an amazing person she is an even better photographer. The proof is in the pudding. Will try to post pics of my big day below.
With that state I highly recommend and will go back for 1 year anniversary photos and blog photos ❤️❤️❤️
