Our venue went through a management change shortly before our wedding date, but thankfully Mary had done weddings there before and she was very reassuring about our plans for the day. We were very pleased with everything from the engagement session to the reception. She took special care with some particular details, for example we wanted to highlight our personality during the engagement session and she caught some wonderful candid moments.
Mary was exceptionally thoughtful throughout the entire process. I won’t share the details for those considering her service because a little surprise before your big day is just an great added touch.
I was quite adamant that I didn’t want to take pictures during cocktail hour because I much prefer to socialize but Mary had the forethought of reminding me that I would want to ensure I had the best photos of the wedding.
She worked exceptionally well with the videographers. Although I had two videographers and two photographers you barely knew they were there. If you’re like me you hate to see wedding where the vendors obstruct the view or distract from the ceremony. She and her assistant were stealthy but thorough.
Lastly, Mary ensured we were pleased with our product. Unfortunately I selected a horrible color for my leather album. Mary kept on it until I was completely satisfied.

ral captures) and complicated shots by the water. We purchased the package that included two photographers for 8 hours and were very pleased with the price, quality and results. One thing that really stood out was their patience and fun attitude throughout the formal moments. Also, our venue included a ferry ride over to a little island to take photos with family and wedding party during cocktail hour. We ran into some unfortunate issues with the sprinkler schedule on the island, but Mary still made things work and captured beautiful photos of us! To me, that was truly amazing, since it was completely unexpected and we were all unprepared for sporadic sprinklers. Mary's assistant photographer, Valerie, was also helping every step of the way. She even brought a couple of accessories that the bride ended up using while getting ready. Overall, we highly recommend Mary's photography services for any occasion. As for the nighttime pictures, Mary totally took on the mission to locate backdrop with minimal light noise and she did just that. Her son was also so kind to allow us to use his motorcycle as a prop before he sold it. I was very happy with the results! As for the wedding, Mary and her photography partner, Dina, did an incredible job capturing all of our important moments. They were so open to different ideas I had including taking sunset pictures on the golf course near the resort we were at. She stayed throughout the entire wedding and reception and was able to capture our exit at the end of the reception. Just as others have stated before, I can't say enough good things about Mary. we are ecstatic we decided on Mary for documenting our Big Day. We chose not to do an engagement session as a trial run with Mary but instead trusted our gut and went straight in on the day with the getting ready photos, ceremony, portraits and of course, the reception. My husband and I are not the world's most photogenic people, we tend to freeze up in front of the camera. Mary made us feel completely comfortable and we couldn't be happier with how the photos turned out. She did an incredible job with BOTH the portraits AND the candids. enior portraits 7 years ago, engagement photos (knee deep in snow!), and then my wedding just last October. Each time Mary took care to make sure everything was executed perfectly for our vision. She confidently takes lead but also listens to what you're wanting. Mary's pricing is very competitive for the incredible quality she puts forward. For or wedding, we received almost 1,000 photos (8 hrs of shooting) on CDs and they're all wonderful! on top of all that, Mary and her 2nd photographer are so easy and fun to work with, you can tell they love what they do! h it RAINED on my wedding day. As a panicked bride I wasn't sure what I was going to do. I was in Sedona, the wedding was to start in an hour and I didn't have time to go searching for an umbrella. But here comes Mary with such a calm friend smile who just so happen to pick up an umbrella!! Not even kidding. Photographer goals for sure.
