We had not heard from Michael throughout this process and reached out to confirm details for our wedding. He informed me that he had moved to Romania, but to rest assured that his freelancer Zach De Silva would cover our wedding. I informed him that would not work for us and requested a refund, which he declined stating he no longer had our money due to his move. I asked again to cancel and he stated Zach would cover. My family, who knows Zach, spoke directly with him and he was unaware of any of the details of our wedding and stated Michael had not spoken to him about this. I told this to Michael who kept reassuring me, while continuing to refuse to accept we were canceling the service or to refund our money. No one showed up for our wedding photography, not Michael or any freelancers of his and we had to hire a new photographer. We have only received $600 back from the funds we paid as Michael lied to Capitol One and told them the services were provided to us, which did not happen. I would like to have the full amount refunded, but know this will not happen and just want to caution others seeking his services.
