He had a great announcer voice, kept us on track and made sure the guests knew what was happening and when, and was so good about checking in with us when someone would request a song. Right away, I knew I would be making the best choice by getting them. Our wedding coordinators were also so excited for us to have Conway as part of our day, as they have an excellent reputation and knew we would have a fun reception. I loved the online portal they gave us to fill out our song choices and it allowed me a lot of time to make changes, etc. We had Fernando who was AMAZING!! He had so much energy, was so engaging, and nailed everything the day of. We found all of the songs we recommended for our ceremony and played an amazing variety of music for our guests of all ages. He also helped us with our reception entrance which we had a specific idea for, as well as worked with our first dance wedding singer in making sure she was equipped with what she needed. e night of our wedding, Fernando was not feeling well. He still showed up to do introductions and formalities and tried his hardest to continue but was just unable to make it through the night . Luckily, the owner of the company was there and was able to step in for Fernando. All the details we discussed with Fernando were carried out and the DJ kept the crowd dancing all night long which was exactly what we wanted from a DJ at our wedding! We spoke with the owner at the end of the night and had conversions after the fact to bring us fully up to speed on what happened as they did not want us to worry during our wedding celebration.

We hired Conway Entertainment for our wedding in Saratoga Springs for our August wedding and felt that we found the perfect team to make the day completely unforgettable! From the start, Conway Entertainment responded to our requests for quotes...
and detailed descriptions of what services were offered.
After choosing to go with Conway for DJ services for our reception, they made it easy to add on services like uplighting and ceremony sound support. Although we originally thought we could work out ceremony sound ourselves (as we had friends play the ceremony music), Conway Entertainment was eager to work with us to provide sound for our musicians, officiant, and us. They were happy to experiment with the setup so that everything sounded perfect without any technology issues.
Closer to our wedding date, we met with our DJ at Conway, Bill Teller, who did an amazing run through our song list and special requests (like a prank we planned on pulling on the best man!). He was incredibly responsive, and worked with us to decide how involved we wanted him to be in communicating with guests throughout the evening, as well as when we hoped to partake in specific aspects of the evening (like parent dances, cake cutting, etc.). He really made the evening special, and warmed up the crowd for a good time, and he was respectful of other requests we made (like not wanting to play cheesy music like the YMCA or chicken dance).
Going into cocktail hour, music was played for our guests; this was followed by introductions of the bridal party and ourselves, and then a night of dancing. Bill worked with us to get a feel for what kind of music we liked, and took additional song requests even though we exceeded their 20 song maximum on the planning form. Additionally, he brought props to the reception for guests to use (like sunglasses and light up wands) which were a huge hit! For anyone who hires Conway, I highly recommend the props!
Overall, we highly recommend Conway Entertainment and Bill Teller for your next big event. We felt that all our sound and music needs exceeded expectations, and made for a wonderful and stress-free day!

We also needed a CD made up for our ceremony music, and while they normally do not provide this type of service if they are not setting up at the ceremony, the company went above and beyond to burn us a CD and help us out. They went the extra mile and we are so appreciative.

very penny. Our DJ was Graham and he did absolutely amazing. He spent time talking about the day and our vision with us a couple weeks before the wedding to make sure we were on the same page. We only requested one song (besides the formalities) and told him we just wanted guests to have a good time. Our dance floor was PACKED until the end of the night and everyone from our youngest guests to our oldest guests were dancing. Graham definitely threw us a great party and was so kind and sweet to work with. Diana was also super helpful throughout our whole planning process and always so responsive. Also, I would be doing a disservice if I didn't mention how incredible the lights were at our reception. Mark did an amazing job with the lighting, creating the perfect ambiance during the first dances, speeches and dinner. It's kind of weird to describe, but the room had a warm feeling and added to the environment. Then during the dancing, we told him we wanted full lights like we were in the club and he went for it! We have gotten so many compliments from people on how well the lighting played off the mood of the room and that they never realized that it really made such a huge difference in the vibe! I would 100% recommend doing a full lights package, you will not be disappointed.

he wedding. The online forum the company uses is very easy to navigate and can be changed up to a week before the wedding. We had fun picking songs and filling out the forms. The day of the wedding Nate was awesome. He came right up to us before it even started just to make sure we were doing ok and asked if there was anything he could do to help. The whole night he played music that kept our dance floor alive! We even had some annoying guests that kept going up to him with requests but he was a trooper! He was so fun to work with and accommodated all of our needs and wants. Rather than doing the guarder/ bouquet toss we did the "newlywed shoe game" which we had planned out beforehand with Nate, and our guests loved it! We needed advice and suggestions on certain songs for the main dances, that would work for us, which she gave. We did actually pick at least one of her suggested songs. We are beyond greatful for her help.
Nate was our DJ and he was just as impressive. He also helped us picking out some of the main dances songs. We met with Nate before the wedding to talk about our vision for the big day and he completely understood what we expected. When we asked for suggestions on how the wedding flow should go he gave his input and when we knew exactly what we wanted he went along with our vision. The day of the wedding he played everything that we had planned in the order we talked about. I got compliments from some guests about how great Nate was. What they did was worth every penny.

ho customized a father daughter dance for our wedding. The DJ we worked with, DJ Jeff Richards, was phenomenal! I cannot say enough about how great he was. Jeff made sure everything was running smooth during all the formalities. Once the dance floor opened, he kept it packed all night. So many guests complimented how right from the get go, Jeff got everyone engaged and dancing. Great experience!
