Having my wedding at Picchetti was an absolute dream! The ground are just beautiful and there are many different sites on the grounds for each part of your wedding . A huge, huge...
plus to this venue is that you have access to the yellow farmhouse on the day-of to get ready in, leave your stuff in there during the wedding, do hair and makeup, etc. This made things so un-complicated and breezy on the wedding day. For the guests, there is ample parking. We did not use any bus transport for the guests, and it was totally fine. Uber and lyft will come to the venue to pick your guests up. Working with the staff for a solid year from when we signed the contract up to the wedding day, was just wonderful. They are so kind, helpful, and very responsive via email. I always felt so comfortable with them and felt like they truly cared that we had a great experience (which we did!). They made everything feel very special and personal to us. On the day-of, the staff were very attentive and checked in on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend checking out Picchetti for your wedding! The staff are wonderful and there is a "wow" factor for your guests between the mountains, trees, creek, and lovely wine. We're looking forward to continue visiting Picchetti in the future for hikes, picnics, and wine-tasting.
We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Picchetti winery a couple of weeks ago (in August) and it was the most magical day. Picchetti is such a gem, they have plenty of green ...
space, the beautiful yellow house and antique barns, big gorgeous oak trees, and the tasting room decor is adorable. You can get away with purchasing very few decorations at this venue, especially inside the tasting room, as it already looks so nice with the twinkle lights and exposed brick walls. They have a bridal suite and are super flexible about letting you use that space for storage, and even let us leave all our stuff in there overnight the night before and after the wedding, since there were no other weddings going on those days. The best part is that the venue coordinator Julia is so sweet and easy to work with. She always responded to my emails promptly during the planning process, and she really ran the show on the day of our wedding. There were some small hiccups during the reception and Julia handled all of it so seamlessly and calmly! Also their wine is really yummy :). I loved getting married here and I highly recommend it!
We found this cute little gem last October and decided it would be our wedding location in November. It has every element I like, winery, vintage yellow house, mountains surroundin...
g, very old barn, and some trails and beautiful oak trees. I see this frame of pictures "vintage farmhouse style with natural and organic feel".
During the preparation stage, Julia has been very helpful, friendly, accommodating, and creative. We met twice to work on details about the floor plan, timeline and vendors confirmation. She has a great personality and stayed calm during stressful situations (I don't know the details, but I know every wedding could have those moments). She had everything under control and proved herself an amazing day of coordinator as well. Without her, we couldn't have a successful wedding.
Thanks a lot, Julia and her team. We will come back many times for hiking, tasting, and maybe anniversary photo sessions :)

sting room, it was the perfect special venue for our wedding of approximately 70 people. We had many out of town guests, and they all commented on how unique it was and how they loved the wine! The staff were very easy to work with-- we worked with both Christine and Mattie and both were fantastic. No need to hire an outside coordinator for the day of the event. We received a discount for having our wedding the Sunday of a holiday weekend, which was an added bonus for us and great for our guests who traveled. This is a perfect, intimate venue from 50-100 guests, but many more would be tight in the tasting room. Of all the venues in the area, we found this to not only fit exactly our taste but also be the best value. I cannot say enough good things!! Thank you Picchetti for making my wedding dreams come true!
I was able to interact with very flexible people who truly gave their best to make the event a success.
I had only a few short months to schedule a wedding and picking a venue was perhaps the most stressful part of the process...until I found Picchetti. What an amazing experience it ...
was to work with this talented and friendly team. Christine was our venue-provided coordinator and no matter what curve-ball I through at her, she just said, "sure...not a problem." This was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. We had both our ceremony and reception here and the resulting photos and videos were magical. As others have posted, the per-person fee included unlimited wine and if you haven't tasted Picchetti's wine, just go for a tasting. It's pretty amazing.
The venue is in an open space preserve which means you might just get lucky and have a peacock or a couple of deer play a guest starring role in your event like we did. Seriously...a peacock walked down the aisle right before we did!
This place is magical. Check out our wedding highlights video to get a taste of what you're going to experience: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UifUB_Hm61s&feature=youtu.be.
We used both a caterer and a DJ recommended (but not required) by Picchetti and we loved both. Their lists are very well vetted.
I have my wedding planned at Picchetti for next May, 2015. I love the location, my fiance and I were looking for a smallish, rustic winery setting and this totally fits the bill. W...
e are definitely on the budget and couldn't to the Napa or Sonoma route but Picchetti has just the charm I am looking for. Their wines are delicious and the packages they offer are very reasonable. They only charge a small site fee on Saturdays I believe. They have no required vendors, however they do not have a kitchen at all so catering can be a little tricky. We just signed out caterer today however, they have a list of people they work with and its a good selection. As my title states, so far I'm very happy... we will see after the wedding in May!
Picchetti is a very special place for our family and I knew the first time that I walked in the historic building that I wanted my reception there. Everything is beautiful. With ...
your reception there, guests get unlimited wine by the glass (!!) and they charge by the head. Mattie, the events coordinator, was responsive, helpful, and very easy to work with. The staff was easy for us to work with and took extra steps to make sure that we were taken care of. I highly, highly recommend it!
