The Piccola staff were amazing! They made everyone feel comfortable and they did such a great job on our hair and makeup. I would highly recommend them.

I couldn't have been happier with all of the lovely women at Piccola on my wedding day! We got ready at the salon and they truly feel like your girlfriends as they help you get ready. They take feedback so well from your trials, that you will get exactly what you are hoping for on your wedding day.

The salon traveled to my wedding venue which took so much stress out of the day. The ladies were kind and professional and stuck to the dedicated timeline.

I booked with Piccola Salon for my wedding day and I couldn't have been happier with my choice! Alex did an amazing job with my hair, as well as my 3 bridesmaids. She was responsive, timely, and a blast to work with! As a side note, I have also gone to the salon on multiple occasions for my routine cut and balayage, and they have always done an amazing job! In fact, I recently moved to IL and have considered driving back on multiple occasions because I love their work. I highly recommend going in with a vision of what you want for your special day and ensuring they can meet your goals. It is well worth it in my opinion to pay for the wedding hair trial! Overall, Alex was super accommodating throughout and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend working with her if you can!

In short, the salon can get the job done at an amazing price. Everyone will look pretty but check the hair styles the salon has done previously before booking to see if you like them. SCHEDULING- I booked Piccola Salon because I had a large bridal group (10) to get hair done before 11:30 am and I was promised I would have two stylists. I was assured that this bridal party size and early timing would not be a problem. However, come a month out from the wedding I find out they only booked one stylist for my party and had no schedule of how one stylist would complete everyone on time. After discussing with the salon about how long it would take to do each lady's up-do, I quickly put together my own schedule and determined that multiple girls would not be done in time, if at all. After high stress and multiple conversations the salon was able to secure one more stylist to complete the job. ADVICE: Require them to put in the contract how many stylists you will have and require them to create a schedule and provide to you at least a month out of what time each girl will be done. Even if its general - it's at least evidence that they can fit everyone in the time slot! HAIR - I highly recommend asking for additional photos and looking at their past hair styles before booking. If you don't like what you are seeing, this vendor is not for you. I wrongly assumed that although my hair style (a simple twisted low bun) was not one of the styles, that it could easily be done. The style of the salon is piece-y up dos with tighter curls rather than a softer and simple look with larger twists. I ended up doing two trials and still did not get the look I was looking for. RESULT - My wedding day hair looked pretty but was not like the pictures I showed. ADVICE - Book a trial before signing the contract PROFESSIONALISM- Savannah is professional and responds in a timely manner. Although we had some stressful conversations, she found solutions and followed up on the communication when needed. TRIALS: I left the trails feeling like I was somehow to blame for not liking the hairstyles. I felt like 100% effort was not put into the trials and my hair was falling out of the bun an hour later or I left not liking the style at all! This made me stressed that this would occur on the wedding day too. After talking to other hair stylists it turns out having trials like that is not normal and I was not unreasonable in my hair style or my concerns. ADVICE to the salon - Don't let the bride leave without her loving the hair! Most of us don't understand how to do hair so ask us questions or explain why a picture might not look like our actual style. If something isn't working, suggest alternative styles. Also, be our hype woman! This should be a fun experience. Price - Amazing prices! Overall, if you like the hair styles, you can't beat the prices. However, the salon has a lot of work to do in providing a stress free experience for the bride.

The team at Piccola Salon did my hair an makeup for my wedding. They absolutely nailed it! Both ladies were a pleasure to work with. My bridal party and I looked and felt beautiful!

This hair and makeup team were incredibly talented, flexible, fun, and organized! I've never looked better in my entire life. Everyone in my wedding party looked so beautiful and we have this team to thank for their amazing work.

False advertising!!! Lashes look absolutely nothing like what is shown on the website and the owner will not refund my money. Waste of time, waste of $230. Will not recommend or return to this salon.

Savannah is the BEST! She is so friendly and easy going, plus she can do the most intricate updos or make the most simple style into something elegant. I am thrilled I found here and would recommend her to any bride, especially since she will travel to meet your party!

Savannah did such a good job on everyone's hair for my wedding. She works so efficiently while paying attention to detail. In a couple hours time- she did hair for myself, MOB, MOG, 5 bridesmaids, and a family friend. We got so many compliments on our updos. I would definitely recommend Savannah at Piccola Salon for your wedding hairstylist.

Made my wedding day hair care free! They were so helpful, creative and patient. They had 2 hairstylists for me and 8 of my bridesmaids! and they knocked em out flawlessly. I’m so grateful !

I love the convenience of Savannah and her make up artist traveling to our venue. We were able to get ready all in one place with no travel and worry about messing up our hair! Both were so sweet and very accommodating! I highly recommend!
