Wow, just wow! Words cannot even begin to explain how amazed I am by Allen and his team. When our wedding planning journey first began, I shared my vision with Allen and he immediately understood what I was going for. A few months before our wedding, I started thinking of some new ideas and wanted to make some additions. I looked to Allen for guidance and he not only helped me with this new vision, he also executed it FLAWLESSLY. I will never forget the feeling I had when I first saw all the flowers on our wedding day. I was overwhelmed with emotion and teared up because everything was just so beautiful. Talk about wow factor! Throughout the evening, I lost track of how many times our guests brought up the flowers. It was everything my husband and I wanted and so much more. A dream come true. You could tell a lot of thought and effort was put into every single arrangement, from all the centerpieces, to the cake, even all the small arrangements for the cocktail hour tables. I wish I could’ve somehow taken everything home with us! Allen is clearly extremely talented but he is also very easy to work with. He is patient, honest, and very organized. He was also always really quick to get back to me when I had questions (I had a lot of questions!). I highly recommend Picture Perfect Petals! They are truly amazing!!!!!!

Allen and his team are rockstars. The amount of floral beauty he managed to create within a relatively short amount of time on my wedding day was, to say the least, astounding. His team worked tirelessly in the heat to fulfill a vision, and I don't think I had a single person at my wedding that did not mention how beautiful they were. If you're looking for cookie cutter basics, I'm sure he can fulfill that role. But he really shined in the artistic and visionary realm and my wedding would not have felt like it did without his work.

He was lovely to work with and understood the interpretation for my vision without my having to be overly prescriptive. I have been trying to think of all the things I want to say to describe the service and quality of Picture Perfect Petals and honestly, it’s hard to find the words to describe how truly breathtaking, exquisite, and stunning all of our pieces were! We had a couple very complex builds that went around columns, were placed on a gazebo, and had several flower boards and centerpieces. Each one was clearly carefully crafted to perfection and it was one of THE highlights of our wedding! From the first phone call to the big day, Allen and his team were careful to listen to our preferences and delivered that and more! They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was beautiful and tasteful. If you want exquisite florals and exceptional service look no further!

There are no words to express how happy I am with Allen and his work! I found Allen through IG and the proof of his work is right there, just beautiful creations. Allen always had constant communication with me. He went above and beyond for me! He even helped me try to find a new caterer when he found out mine canceled on me 2 weeks before my wedding. Where do I even begin.! Words can not describe how INCREDIBLE the work Allen and his team created!!!! My (now husband) found Allen through Instagram. The moment I was sent his page I fell in love. I didn’t think twice about choosing him nor did I look elsewhere to be honest. Just looking at his Work through IG was enough and I trusted he was the florist to get. Things . Done! Well…let me tell you. His taste is impeccable. He literally created the wedding of my dreams with his florals. I’m crying writing this because it all truly was a dream. My guests have not stopped raving about the florals at my wedding they all said they have seen nothing like it! Allen was great to work with. Honest, creative, and passionate. When I was confused about where to start he was able to help guide me. I knew when hiring him he would go above and beyond for his clients. I knew if there were any issues i could trust in him making it happen. For example, heading to SF at 2am for pick up of flowers??? Woah 😳 Allen and his team were there from early morning all the way till the end for clean up. In between i didn’t have to worry about a thing as far as moving arrangements, arch, etc. They were incredibly organized. I recommend Allen and his team at picture perfect petals 1000x over. I promise you will not regret it! Worth every penny!

We are so glad we found Allen and his team to help celebrate our wedding. After reviewing Allen’s work, it was a no brainer to choose him to be our wedding florist. We engaged with Allen during the Pandemic and he worked with us and kept in constant communication about flowers and their availability all the way until our wedding day in July 2022. If you are looking for a true professional whom is hands on and knowledgeable about all facets of your wedding day going according to plan look no further. Allen and his team was very passionate about their work and making sure the flowers/decor were set for a true brides dream. They arrived early to set up and stayed late to clean up. Allen even helped with wedding coordination. He made sure to coordinate with all off the other vendors involved (Photographer, Venue, etc) separately to make sure our needs were being met. I can’t say enough about Allen and his team. ‘Beautiful’ does not even begin to describe their arrangements! Planning my wedding from afar, I put my trust in Allen, providing only colors and a few pictures of arrangement styles I liked. He is truly an artist! I figured the flowers would be beautiful but really had no idea! From the incredible arch under which we exchanged our vows to the tables. everything was absolutely stunning!! Allen’s creativity, attention to detail, professionalism, and passion for his art are evident in all he does. He and his team are absolutely amazing, and I can’t thank them enough for helping to make our special day so very special!

It’s only 2 days After my wedding and I have to write this review because I literally was beyond impressed with the execution of the florals and design at my wedding. Allen is an ARTIST!!! He literally made my ideal wedding look Pinterest board come true. My bouquet was so stunning. I’m still in awe!! I wanted a romantic, modern wedding look and he and his team NAILED IT!!!! They went above and beyond. I wanted my flower girl to hand out flowers while walking down the aisle. Little did I know (behind the scenes), Allen and his team took the extra time (didn’t even ask them to do this) to put bows on each stem. The attention to detail is what really makes a wedding look outstanding!! Ugh I could live in that floral design forever lol.

My fiance and I hired Allen (Picture Perfect Petals owner) for our Sacramento-area June 26th, 2022 wedding. Two days before our wedding, I tested positive for covid and we were forced to postpone. That soon before our wedding, the florals had already been purchased and prepared. We decided to continue with a smaller, private outdoor ceremony closer to where we live in the Bay Area. We contacted Allen and asked if dropping by his shop and picking up florals was an option. Without hesitation, he asked for the time and location of the new plan and insisted on pivoting with us, delivering and setting up arrangements. He drove over an hour, (outside of his typical range), to a park with zero reception, trekked a quarter of a mile multiple times through the park from the parking lot to our ceremony space and in a two-person team, set up a new ceremony arrangement and garland decor for our guests' seating area. Having to postpone our wedding has been an unfortunate and stressful process to navigate, but Allen's willingness and effort to help make our last minute ceremony special was such a beautiful experience. We received so many compliments for our ceremony space and the aesthetic of our mini wedding. Thank you Allen for your dedication to your craft and help in making our day special.

Allen is literally the best florist I have ever met! He did all of the flowers for my wedding, and it was just so much more than I could ever imagine! This review is actually a very special one. I worked for Allen Lichaa, owner of Picture Perfect Petals, for five years, and throughout the years we became very close friends. I know first hand how kind, incredibly hard working, and detail oriented Allen really is. This last September, he was my florist at my own wedding. Eli (my now husband) and I have been together for 12 years. We had many opportunities to get married, but we waited so long because we wanted to do things our way. Our wedding ceremony and celebration was incredibly important to us, and there was absolutely no one else I was going to have to do our florals. I have been to many weddings, but it was very humbling this time around as the bride. To any potential brides out there, floral work is hard work. It's a combination of artistry, business, and labour. I have seen Allen’s dedication to perfection, and it was no different on my day. Every wedding I ever worked with him, Allen would step up if another vendor needed help, if there was a crisis (we saw our fair share), or just if a little detail wasn't quite right. He wasn't just a florist who set up and left. He never thinks “that's not my job” and lets someone struggle. He is a creative problem solver. Trust me, you want Allen on your team for your day. His spirit and dedication drives his team, and these values are reflected in each of them, to go above and beyond. I felt absolutely taken care of my wedding day, I knew with Allen in charge, my vision would be perfect. Creative vision and execution is where Picture Perfect Petals truly shines. Allen is constantly evolving, and falling in love with new designs. As a bride you want your vendors to love your choices and be excited about what they do for you. Every wedding, I saw Allen fall in love again and again with each design and color palet. He is never static. I love that he is passionate about every bride’s vision, and he always wants to try something new. For my wedding I had a very specific vision that I had never seen done before. I wanted an asymmetrical floral arch growing from the two pines at my ceremony site. Allen and his assistant built jaw dropping floral pieces that defied gravity and gave our ceremony site the most romantic and beautiful backdrop. It was the perfect mix of whimsical summer and dramatic fall, and just the right balance of soft and contrasting colors. Even my small arrangements I wanted were perfect, with varying colors and textures. My bridal bouquet was stunning, and I especially can't wait to see the flat lay photos of our details! (Allen is a master of these, check out his instagram). Honestly, his work speaks for itself, but if you wonder about the person behind the designs and hard work, I can attest that there is no one more passionate and talented than Allen. It's been about two weeks since our wedding and we are still in awe at how well our vision was executed. We can't tell you how many compliments we had about the florals and the decor. The Napa venue we chose was an open-air tent with incredibly scenic landscapes, however the white and wood insides of the tent were fairly limited decor-wise--sort of like a blank canvas. We knew we would have to fill it with greenery and florals to make it lush and beautiful, and Allen did that wonderfully. We ended up doing a lush full ceremony arch that was moved into our reception tent, two hanging floral/greenery hoops from the ceiling of our tent, and a mixture of high and low centerpieces to help fill the lofted ceilings of the space. It was perfect! Allen and his team also went above and beyond and even set up tables and tablecloths that were supposed to be setup by the venue but they were slacking. We plan to refer all of our family and friends to him! Allen is seriously talented and you can't go wrong with him as your florist!

It has been 5 months since our big day and I am still dreaming about it. When I first met Allen, I showed him a few pictures of inspiration from Pinterest. They were all so different, and I was unsure how else to express exactly what I had been envisioning. Our original wedding date had to be postponed to an entirely different season due to COVID. Because of this, I was worried it would look too different from what I originally wanted, but Allen assured me it would look just as beautiful and I was confident that he was right. He and his team made my vision come to life, but even better than I was expecting. I nearly cried when I saw my beautiful arch, our centerpieces, my bouquet, and everything else. I now live in a different state, but I would not hire anyone else to do florals for me. If you're looking for a florist for any occasion (he also made my mom a Mother's Day arrangement), stop now. Allen is your man.

Allen and his team at Picture Perfect Petals made my dream wedding come to life. I cannot thank them enough for he wonderful job they did! Allen went above and beyond to make the most beautiful pillars to use as out "arch" and I am forever thankful. I am extremely grateful for my wedding photographer, if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have met Allen. I'm so happy I trusted her. As soon as she send me Allen's Instagram page, I knew he was my guy. Something Allen did that I really appreciate was took down all the floral before most my guest left and let them create their own arrangements to take home. I had a lot of dry floral and to this day I am receiving pictures of their arrangements that they made. Everyone was in awe of his work, talent and colors he used. We are so happy we took our photographer's advise, not only are Allen and his team super talented, but they are the sweetest people ever. I couldn't recommend Picture Perfect Petal more !!

If you don't choose Allen and his team for your wedding florals, joke is on you! Seriously, stop looking right now. Allen is hands down the best in the business. Not only did he make my vision come true, but he's very diligent and passionate about his work. He and his team arrived early, and he worked tirelessly amidst heat-wave temperatures in the 100s to protect his flowers and make sure that they were the best they could be for our ceremony and reception. Allen also teamed up pretty closely with our photographer to capture the best shots of us and the wedding bouquet, which I'm told is rare in the business. I honestly want to do my wedding all over again thanks to him and my incredible photography and hair and makeup vendors. I plan to work with him again down the line for events like baby showers, etc. (assuming he isn't booked already!).

Picture Perfect Petals was our first choice having seen their incredible work at a family wedding, and they did not disappoint. Allen went above and beyond to help bring our day together and make it special, despite numerous covid-related changes along the way (even helping us find a new photographer). He was understanding, supportive, and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. We gave Allen complete creative control to execute our vision and he delivered far beyond our expectations, and with the greatest attention to detail. Every single element was absolutely stunning, from the flower girls’ beautiful hair barrettes to the dreamiest sweetheart table display. We could not recommend Picture Perfect Petals enough!

I am not even sure where to begin with my review of Picture Perfect Petals but Allen is hands down the best florist. He is incredibly creative, intentional, thorough, detailed-oriented, organized, professional, and meticulous in the greatest way. These characteristics immediately make you feel that in the midst of wedding planning stress and chaos, where plans and ideas are constantly changing, you can 110%, undeniably, trust him and his ability to make your dream a reality. He truly exceeded my expectations. The center pieces, the floral arch, the sweetheart table, the welcome sign arrangement, the bouquets and boutonnières - everything came out beautifully and garnered so many well-deserved compliments from our guests. I was arranging for an engagement ceremony for my sister at Ruby Hill Winery. Picture Perfect Petals was on their list of recommended vendors. Based on our requirements, the quote was reasonable. It was important for us to find someone who had covered an event in that location earlier so they know how and where to place the arch. We expected a good job but we were thrilled to find it exceed our expectations. Allen was great at communication and informed us about all the prices in advance. That was really helpful in keeping the budget on track. I would highly recommend Allen for any event without any reservations.

Allen was absolutely wonderful to work with for our vineyard wedding on the 24th of October. He was communicative, upfront about everything, and did not leave a single thing out during the many month planning process. I was very close with grandmother (dad's side) who was an avid gardener and had a greenhouse filled with orchids so a lot of the flowers were specifically picked in remembrance/honor of her. Allen not only incorporated the Cymbidium orchid we had wanted, but added more touches of orchids in our bouquets and various arrangements. Our wedding was everything I envisioned and beyond. Thank you to Allen and his amazing team for everything, words really can't even express how I felt on our special day and still feel about choosing Picture Perfect Petals for my wedding. If you need flowers, Allen is the one to call. His bridal bouquets are absolutely stunning! He designed the bouquet I used for my elopement photos with my husband, and it is always one of the first things people notice when they see the pictures. Not only does Allen create magical floral arrangements, he is also great to work with, and really goes above and beyond to make sure your day is special - no matter how big or small the occasion may be.

Allen was absolutely amazing! From the first time I contacted him up until our wedding, he always went above and beyond. I was working with a budget and he was extremely respectful of this. My mom and I also had no idea what we wanted or needed as far as florals went. He spent countless hours on the phone with us planning and going back and forth with ideas. He even went out of his way to help me pick out rentals for my tables! To top that off, he and his team went above and beyond for everything on the day of the wedding! The flowers were just stunning. My wedding was scheduled for this August of 2020, but unfortunately due to Covid, I had to cancel/reschedule. My fiancé and I have been together for over 11 years and our wedding was very much anticipated, so I was probably what you’d call a picky bride. Even though our wedding didn’t end up happening this year, I’m writing a review because Allen was so wonderful to work with throughout the planning process. I had a lot of ideas for my florals and had lots of opinions about specific colors and flowers. Allen was a great communicator and knew how to take my vision and make it even grander, all while remaining kind and professional, suggesting substitutes when certain flowers were not available or when I had trouble narrowing down a color scheme. He brought so much enthusiasm to the planning process and really helped me refine my vision. In short, Allen is great at what he does, and you can see he has such a passion for his work. I am of course so so ready to get married and we are going to make it happen in 2021! We will definitely have Picture Perfect Petals doing our florals when we do have our wedding!"

We held our wedding on September 6, 2020 in 113 degrees in St. Helena in Napa Valley. Previously, our wedding was planned for June 27, 2020. We had to move our wedding from a 100 person wedding to a micro-wedding of 8 people due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Allen from Picture Perfect Petals was instrumental in making our wedding memorable, beautiful, intimate, and successful! When the pandemic hit, Allen was the first vendor to reach out to us and speak about the flexibilities in his policies. He always reached out and was always willing to email, text, and speak on the phone. One particular instance that I remember is that he made an appointment with an event/furniture rental place. He drove to Petaluma to look at the linens and dinnerware because he deeply cared about our wedding. He brought his entire team to work on our florals in 113 degrees in Napa for an 8 person wedding. He anticipated what an extreme heat would do to his guests and to the flowers. He shared strong and professional opinions, which kept the comfort of guests in mind as well as the aesthetics of the wedding. He proactively coordinated with the wedding venue, photographer, and the Bride and the Groom. He went above and beyond and played a significant role as a wedding planner that we did not have at the time. Most importantly, Allen is a visionary and an artist. He created florals for the following: arbor, entrance flowers, corsages, boutonnieres, centerpieces, bouquets, and a floral collar for my new puppy! Everything was exceptionally beautiful. Due to COVID-19, certain flowers were also out of stock or out of season and Allen was able to substitute those flowers to create the same essence. I never had to tell Allen what to create because I trusted his judgment and beauty expertise. I shared with him a few images, color schemes, and the vibe that I was going for. In addition, Allen is friendly for all budgets. Whether you're a couple that wants to spend more on florals or a couple that has a smaller budget, Allen is able to mix greens and flowers together to create the most beautiful piece. Allen is incredibly passionate about his work and it truly shows in his florals and in how he collaborates with the other vendors and the bride/groom. Allen was phenomenal to work with. Our wedding was during the COVID outbreak, so modifications to our plans had to be made right up until the wedding day. Allen was willing to work with us through it all. I cannot praise him more for his flexibility because he made my day so much easier! He is also extremely easy to get in touch with (call/text/email) which was very important during COVID. My grandma wanted to add a special little touch for me, but it was easier if she discussed it with Allen. He got in touch with her and they made it possible without involving me. Again, he went above and beyond and made my day so much easier. My bridesmaid bouquets and my bridal bouquet were absolutely stunning. He captured exactly what I envisioned, and I cannot thank him enough.

I’ve been a wedding coordinator for a super long time, and finding good vendors is so important! My clients discovered Allen and I’m very happy to be working with him. He met us at our tasting with the venue, and stayed with us even though our appointment ran long. During our walk-through, he was attentive, taking notes and asking questions , letting us know that he prioritized following what our bride and groom desired for their vision. I’m looking forward to continuing our partnership with this May 2021 wedding and many more weddings to come!

We were scheduled to get married on May 30th, 2020. We had been planning the wedding for well over a year. Unfortunately, due to the unprecedented COVID-19 situation, we had to cancel and reschedule our wedding. In any case, we have been working very closely with Allen as the story unfolded. I cannot begin to describe how helpful, compassionate and empathetic he has been through this process. In fact, before our Bay Area county was officially 'sheltered in place' he gave me a call to check in and see how I was doing. When it came time to switch the date, he was very flexible with us and did not charge a single dime more for the inconvenience. I had not received the same compassion from my other vendors, so this was welcomed and so, SO appreciated. Independent of the COVID situation, it's important to talk about Allen's innate ability to turn vision into reality. I was one of those brides who didn't have a single clue what I wanted. I sent him some photos, but changed my mind a million times. Somehow, he was able to make sense of my jumbled mind and put together the most beautiful 'dream board' I've ever seen. I don't have any idea what type of flowers are which, but he is so willing to work within my budget! All of this considered, I cannot wait for my wedding date to finally arrive. It's so reassuring to know that there are vendors out there who see the couple as PEOPLE first, and not only a monetary factor. I only hope my wedding day can go on like we expect on August 2. Crossing our fingers :)

Allen is amazing!! Working with him was seamless from start to finish. He went above and beyond in making my daughter's destination wedding a dream come true. His creative genius brought our vision to life in a stunning bridal bouquet. Allen brought my wedding vision to life. This is a day many dream of and Allen executed seamlessly. He went above and beyond on my wedding day and could not even believe the work him and his team were able to achieve. Working with Allen was AMAZING! I found Picture Perfect Petals through the Knot’s site and reached out to discuss more about my wedding. I appreciated how prompt Allen was to respond and that he immediately suggested a consulting call to understand my vision for the wedding. I have to admit, I didn’t have a very clear vision for the floral arrangements in my wedding but Allen was very patient and helped me decide on what I wanted. I eventually narrowed down what I wanted based on inspiration photos from Pinterest and Allen made the floral arrangements at our wedding look even better than my inspo pics!! My bouquet was gorgeous and so lush—it was definitely an arm workout holding it but I didn’t mind one bit—and he added my grandma’s rosary to it that made it even more special! I also appreciated the detail he put in the boutonnieres and the wrist corsages he provided for the Mom’s and grandmas were so cute. The flowers on our cake were perfect and all of the other embellishments like our sweetheart table and welcome sign garlands were flawless! I honestly can’t wait to look through all the detail photos from our photographer because I don’t think I got enough time to really enjoy the small things on our wedding day. I got so many compliments from family and friends on how beautiful the floral arrangements were! My wedding was at the Old Sugar Mill in Clarksburg and since this was Allen’s first time working at this venue, he did a walk through with me so he could familiarize himself with the space. When he saw the arch at the venue was different than the one in my inspiration picture, he was up front with me about how he might have to change things up to work with the arch. I trusted his vision and was blown away with how beautiful the floral arch looked! I chose a pretty simple greenery arrangement for the reception table centerpieces and Allen really helped complete the tables by adding candle votives to fill in the empty space. I also loved that Allen has a lot of great rental items available, like table numbers and wooden signs, which gave me less things to worry about! Allen really has such a great eye for design and is such a talented florist! I will definitely be recommending him to anyone I know getting married in Northern California!

Allen was a true professional, his arrangements were lovely and really elevated my simple venue. We had a fairly large wedding and were looking for a flexible venue that allowed us to bring our own food and alcohol. We found a great, affordable space, but it was a converted car garage - so did not have a lot in terms of decor. Allen worked with us to come up with a package that would work for the space and my budget. All of the flowers looked great and I got many comments on my bouquet. We were even able to repurpose the left-over flowers for my family's restaurant after the event!

What can we say other than they are the best. Allen and his team were fantastic. The process from our first meeting to planning to executing were flawless. So many people commented on how these were the most beautiful flowers and arrangements they had ever seen. All was done with class and taste . We got so lucky to find Allen and that he was available. Our brother is getting married and they are using him as well. I wish all of the people we have ever dealt with were as great as Allen and his team. Never at any moment did we worry about decor of floral as from the first minute we met Allen we knew it was going to be handled.

Allen’s work absolutely blew us away on our wedding day. He was able to take the floral ideas I had in my mind and bring them to life in the most beautiful way. At our first meeting, Allen really took the time to understand exactly what my vision was. Closer to the wedding, Allen worked with me on all the details to ensure that I got everything I desired. I wanted bright colors and a tropical vibe for some of the key pieces and he did exactly that. The most impressive part was that this was Allen’s first wedding with an Indian ceremony and the way he designed the mandap, aisle and the garlands he made for us were absolutely perfect. He and his team put a ton of work into making sure that every single piece from the boutonnieres to bouquets to cake flowers to sweetheart table to center pieces and beyond were perfect. We got sooo many compliments on our flowers and I’d recommend Allen to anyone looking for an amazing florist in the Bay Area!

Alan and his team created a beautiful wedding for us that lived up to their firm's name: Picture Perfect. Our wedding was in an outdoor venue forested venue -- Saratoga Springs -- and lucky for us, Alan had worked with the venue before and was familiar with the layout. That helped us a lot as we thought through with Alan what direction to take with the flowers. Regarding flowers, I mostly wanted to have simple colors (like white and green) in the wedding but I was not sure if that would make the flowers disappear in the green background. Allen was confident and reassured me that that could work great. He was right! The flowers worked out just beautifully and elegantly as I had hoped but could not describe well. Many of our guests (including my family) were impressed by the flowers! Allen and his team also helped us to move the flowers into different containers at the end of wedding so our guests can take extras home. I received several pictures from our friends with their happy faces and flowers the next day after the wedding. I also want to comment on Allen's flexibility during the process. I only knew there were certain styles I liked but could not describe them precisely, and that might create some misunderstandings during our communication. Allen was patient with my inexperience and was happy to adjust his order and design at the last minute for me. Thank you Allen and Picture Perfect Petals!

I contacted many florists and none were as friendly or receptive as Allen. I felt very comfortable talking with him and he was very flexible and accommodating. I had a tight budget for flowers and he was willing to work with me and get me the most bang for my buck. The flowers were absolutely stunning and just what I was hoping for! Picture Perfect Petals was recommended to me by one of my teachers who used Allen and his team for her wedding. I believe the exact words were, “do you have a florist? Because if you don’t, I have the perfect one for you-he’s the best!” She was right! I had received quotes from nearby florists in the SF Bay, and they were priced pretty similar. Allen was quick to call me back, happy to hear my vision, and also provide input. I had decided early on that I wanted my colors to be navy blue and coral. However, after looking at colors, my sister helped me realize that coral was in the orange family…and I did not want orange making an appearance at our wedding. I quickly called Allen and told him the change from coral to blush, and he happily asked for new photos to add to my inspiration board. I also asked if he had time for a demo so I could see all the colors together, now second guessing my color knowledge. Allen found some time in his busy July schedule for a demo. He made the trek from Davis to SF and brought bundles of gorgeous flowers and an amazing arrangement. He set up my dream tablescape in my living room-complete with chargers, flatware, plates, candlelight, and table numbers-all which he brought with him for the demo. It was a complete dream. He asked questions to help me visualize the look of the room and the little details that make a huge difference. After the demo, my now husband and I went to work upgrading chairs, flatware, adding chargers, printing menus, and framing table numbers. The demo is an additional cost, but well worth it, and I highly recommend doing it. It helped us envision how everything would tie together on our special day. Allen was right, the details matter, and our wedding was GORGEOUS! Our guests were raving about the look and feel of the room-pure romance! Allen and his team are the best in the business-trust them to make your wedding dreams a reality. Thank you Allen!

Allen is honestly the best! He was able to understand, enhance, and execute on our vision for the weddding. He managed our ceremony florals, reception decoration, and centerpieces. He is passionate about what he does and is a partner to the entire planning team in getting everything perfect. The evening was magical in large part because of Allen! I feel it's important to start this review off by saying that I am not a flower person, I've never particularly liked flowers, and I viewed them as a necessary evil of wedding planning. However, with that in mind, Allen's flowers are incredible! The value he was able to provide (amount of beautiful flowers for the money) was astonishing! Him and my planner worked together to craft these flower towers for our ceremony that were breathtaking! We also had a destination wedding so they were able to concoct these beautiful designs without ever meeting in person which is a skill in its own right. Additionally, he used some very unique flowers that I hadn't seen before that mirrored our casual, unique vibe of our wedding day. Overall, everything he created was noticeably beautiful for a girl that doesn't know the first thing about flowers. Additionally, his attitude is wonderful! I sometimes feel as though wedding vendors are elitist about their craft but Allen was very kind in all of our interactions as were the two girls who came on the day of the wedding to craft the flower towers! I would highly recommend Allen to anyone looking for flowers and also encourage you to allow him to be creative in his design as you won't be disappointed!

First off, if I could rate Allen more than 5-stars I would. Allen and his team are amazing. From the beginning, Allen expressed his interest in learning all of the details for our wedding. He was so thoughtful and meticulous about making sure what we had envisioned was fulfilled that he was unafraid to professionally and warmly guide us away from ideas that strayed from what we had pictured. Allen was always in communication with us from the start to the end of the event and was always prompt in following up to answer any of our questions and/or concerns. Even when we had impromptu, last-minute additions and modifications, he was able to accommodate our needs. In terms of the actual floral arrangements, everything exceeded our expectations! Even the event planner at the venue advised that they were the most beautiful arrangements she had ever seen. Whether it be the table arrangements, the sweetheart table, or (most importantly) the beautiful bridal bouquet--which I would not let leave my hand all night, everything was extraordinary. I worked with Picture Perfect Petals on a large school auction gala this past Saturday and everything was amazing. It was a formal seated dinner for 250, so we asked them to make our centerpieces and floral arrangements for cocktail tables and auction tables. It's actually the second time that we've worked with them as we think they do such a beautiful job and help us keep within our budget. From figuring out our vision, to scoping out the floral design, and finally to the service on the day of the event, Picture Perfect Petals was super responsive and professional. Plus they are so creative, and the floral design is totally on point. Bonus that they have great selection of vases and votives that you can use for your event. We would absolutely hire them again for future floral needs!!

My associate was the photographer on a wedding that Allen created the flower arrangements for. They turned out absolutely beautiful and the couple was thrilled. They looked absolutely gorgeous. The flowers held up incredibly well, both the bouquets and centerpieces looking fresh as the guests departed at the end of the evening, as they did at the beginning of the day. I first heard of Allen because he was recommended to me from a friend. At this time, I was already planning on going with a different, more local florist. But my friend told me to just give him a call and I’m SO glad I did! After spending an hour on the phone, Allen made my vision seem like it could be a reality with my budget. He was so sweet and made me feel individualized. I could tell by that one conversation how much he enjoys what he does! Not to mention I was going to get far more floral than I would have with my original florist. Through our my engagement year Allen showed that going with him as my florist was one of the best things I did for my wedding. Not only is he a talented florist but he helped me so much with my decor rentals, how to set up my tables and how to design my arch and so much more! He went above and beyond any florist I have ever heard of. He made sure we were always on the same page by planning phone dates and email correspondences. He never seemed to get annoyed no matter how many times I would text or email him my new Pinterest finds! I was the type of bride who had an idea of what I wanted but not down to every detail and exact flower. He took my vision and turned into something more than I could have ever imagined! I got so many compliments on my flowers from my guests! I 100% recommend Allen. He is beyond talented and helped make my day so special. Very happy with my decision, recommended by my wedding planner, to have Allen as my florist for my wedding! Beautiful flowers, many compliments from friends and family saying how gorgeous and vibrant they were. I didn't have much ideas on what I wanted, but he was helpful and made great suggestions. Two things I want to note that I greatly appreciated from Allen. 1) I definitely was one of those brides that planned everything out last minute. The fact that he was able to come up with a beautiful arrangement on such short notice was amazing. Very grateful he was able to help me out. 2) It is hard sometimes to keep tract of all your vendors and everything with it. Out of all my vendors, Allen was the best at keeping contact and keeping me in check. I didn't have to wonder or worry if I forgot any details. He asked all the right questions and I was very appreciative that! All in all, great work, very professional, super nice and easy to work with!

Allen was my florist for my Sept 2, 2018 wedding at The Perry House in Monterey. He had been a florist for two of my friend's weddings and had come highly recommended. Allen takes the time to understand what you want for your wedding and works with you on design ideas/color schemes/budget. I also really appreciate that he took the time out to drive from Davis to San Francisco to show me a table mock up, which included the floral centerpiece and jeweled accents and even offered to decorate tables with various candle settings and table numbers. It was helpful to see a floral idea come to life. We received a ton of compliments on the flowers and our friends were completely wowed. I highly recommend him for your wedding!

As I write this review, I am reminded of a truly magical moment. My husband is in the military and needless to say deployment puts a big barrier in having us both involved in the planning process. But luckily for me Allen was nothing short of professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, creative-I really could keep going because I could not say enough praises. I had gotten the pleasure of seeing his work from my cousin's wedding so right off the bat I was confident in his floral arrangements. Though I had contacted other florists in near by areas and via The Knot, Allen was the first florist to actually call me back the same day and make the proactive effort to hear about my wedding ideas and budget. Allen allowed flexibility to our budget and gave me an assurance about his services- and after more conversation I was finally excited about my floral arrangements and decor for the wedding, which as a bonus, Allen had many pieces available for use! I am nowhere near knowledgeable about flowers and arrangements, everything I dreamed up for my wedding was an endless amount of ideas from childhood, movies and hours on pintrest and looking through wedding magazines. Now try to concisely describe that? Difficult doesn't begin to describe it. Allen took all of my vision, inexplicable feeling and our story and beautifully adorned our wedding with the most memorable arrangements I have ever seen. I wish I could have had more time to sit and look at everything and take it all in, but newleyweds and couples alike will know its a chaotic and whirlwind kind of day. It was such a pleasure to have Allen be so supportive and calm throughout the entire process. Honestly, writing this, I think back to how perfectly thought out the colors, details, and specific flowers were; they were wonderfully fragrant as I had hoped and embodied the romance I had envisioned. It still brings me to tears thinking back on it all. I am so very grateful to Allen and his team. My guests were blown away by the centerpieces on all the tables, they could not stop talking about it ( we had 3 different arrangments!) My bridesmaids thought their bouquets were center pieces they were so beautiful! And our sweetheart table made me feel like we were royalty! I even took my bouqet home with me 3 days later and recieved complements on how beautiful the flowers were, in the airport. Forgive me if this is a lengthy review but I want to give an honest experience from someone who did not put much value, at first, into the floral arrangements. But Allen gave me the romantic, dreamy, bridal princess, classy, elegant and wedding magazine worthy talent on my wedding day; the likes of which I had been dreaming of my whole life and would never ever forget.

After doing a lot of research and speaking to a few different florists, I decided to hire Allen to be our florist for our wedding. From the first phone call I had with him, I loved his professionalism and I appreciated his input. He listened to my every request and added suggestions that he thought I would like. I knew I was in good hands with Allen and he made me feel like he understood my vision. When the wedding day came around, MAN DID ALLEN DELIVER. Our florals were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Allen and his team came up to my hotel room the morning of the wedding to deliver my bouquet and my 8 bridesmaids bouquets and everyone in the room were left stunned by how gorgeous all the bouquets were. Allen and his team were all on time for delivery, set up, and take down. We had our wedding ceremony at a church in San Francisco and Allen was there before the ceremony began, helping out making sure my grandfather’s boutonniere was placed and secured correctly, making sure the florals were set up in the correct spots and he offered to help out with anything else I needed. Our florals at the reception also surpassed my expectations. I sent Allen a picture of what I wanted for our sweetheart table and I knew it would be a tough job but Allen created a floral piece that was extremely stunning. I wish I could have taken it home with me but it was too big to transport and to keep in our house. Allen and his team were amazing and I am 100% happy with choosing him as our florist. If you’re looking for a florist for a wedding, I would say to stop looking and to give Allen a call!

I contacted several vendors before I decided to choose Allen as my florist. Allen was the first one contacted me proactively, and dive into details to understand my idea about the wedding and what I like. I just felt I can hand off once I tell him how I want everything. He is definitely a very professional, detailed, patient and dedicated guy. He gave a lot of tips and reminder of things which will fall out of mind. At my wedding day, he run to buy more white flowers when he learnt that I would like more white color on the aisle, and no mention about the extra cost. He and his team did not say any words but clean the petals when the hotel changed their words (we agreed that hotel clean the petals) at the last minute. So, have to give a full 5 stars to Allen and his great team! Strongly recommened.

I had the wonderful experience of working with Allen and his team for our clients Napa wedding. As a wedding coordinator, I meet many vendors and Allen certainly stands out in creative floral design. My great experience with him began far before the actual wedding day. He promptly returned my calls/emails and it was obvious he really cared that all of the details were spot on for our clients requests. Our clients situation was unique in the way of they traveled and lived out of country which led to several last minute changes/requests. Allen was on it and always professional. He gave the time and attention to make us feel as if we were his top priority while I know he has many other weddings - we never felt that way. The wedding day, he and his team arrived early and ready to go! They worked very efficiently and it was again obvious that they enjoyed their work. The floral designs were breathtaking and couldn't have been anymore perfect!! To say Allen went above and beyond is an understatement. His attention to detail, talent and eye for design while keeping the clients vision in place was amazing! Every aspect of fresh looking floral was beautiful from the arrangements on the ceremony arch, the perfectly detailed aisle scroll, mason jar arrangements with added details, wedding party flowers, flowers for signage and lush table garland...it was all perfect and set up with time to spare! The bride and groom were very happy with his work and I overheard many compliments from guests. On the vendor side of this wedding, he was the same professional, friendly and helpful person our clients saw. Things didn't go exactly as planned and Allen and his team jumped right in and got the job done. Picture Perfect Petals is the floral team that every event coordinator dreams to work with.

I contacted Allen because I was running out of options from my venue’s preferred vendor list. During our first consultation, Allen was very thorough and paid close attention to each detail I listed out to him. He also presented great ideas on how I could make my wedding more beautiful. He reasonably worked with our budget and did not value us less as a client despite our wedding being a relatively smaller job than the average wedding. I’m very satisfied with his service as a vendor, and in fact, he has left me with the best impression amongst all florist I have encountered. At the end I was unfortunately unable to book with Allen due to a venue-specific reason, but I highly recommend him to any future brides if they are seeking an skilled and accountable florist.

We were referred to Allen through our wedding planner and we were very happy that we had a chance to work with him! Allen is VERY thorough and touched on a lot of details, from colors, to looks and pricing in his initial phone call. Allen from Picture Perfect Petals is AMAZING! He is so detail-oriented, from the very first consultation. Our first call with Allen lasted about an hour. He asked for ALL the wedding details - venue, colors, wedding party, and our wedding vision. We talked about what flowers would be in season and which would best fit our overall event look and price-range. We discussed flowers I loved and flowers I didn't want included. He was so flexible in helping us to design a floral plan that was PERFECT for us, our budget, and our day. After that first call, I KNEW Allen had to be the Florist we chose. And the planning process was so simple while working with Allen. He patiently sorted through the photos I sent, made excellent suggestions on how to incorporate ideas into our day, and he even had many of the rental items (like mason jars and wooden boxes) that we had wanted to use for our wedding. But his service still far exceeded all expectations we had. The bouquets and boutonnieres were fabulous, but the table arrangements and attention to detail were what really wowed our guests. I was so pleasantly surprised to see how Allen had worked within our budget to fill our event spaces with far more flowers than I envisioned. The whole day was a dream. We were so pleasantly surprised when we entered our reception patio and saw that Allen had not only provided all the arrangements we had ordered, but had made them more stunning than we could have imagined. My husband didn't have much interest in our floral planning, but even he remarked that Allen had done far more than he expected. Our guests are still talking about how wonderful the wedding was, 8 months after our big day. I would recommend Allen to anyone and everyone getting married in the Napa/Sonoma area.
