This bride Andrea A. wrote this un-warranted review because she violated the terms of her contractual agreement. Full payment was due prior to the arrival of my team to the venue. At the very latest, payment was due when we arrived to render services. But, in good faith, my team starting capturing the wedding event with our video and photography equipment as we agreed. We captured the entire event! We interacted with the guest and received numerous request for our business cards and contact information from various attendees of the wedding. We even received request for our contact information from the staff at the venue because of our obvious work ethic and professional demeanor. To sum up the afternoon, we were not paid the balance due. I even made several attempts after the wedding to contact the groom to satisfy the balance, but to no avail. Therefore, it became apparent that the couple did not intend to pay the balance due and were not interested in their photos or video. My company policy, as is the policy of all photography and video companies, is the full balance must be paid prior to your event. I went the above and beyond by allowing them to pay the balance afterwards, which they never did. The review submitted by Andrea A. was written in poor taste. Contracts are written for a reason. I wish The Knot would have contacted me prior to posting this slanderous material. I'm responding to this review in October 2015, the wedding occurred in 2011. Best wishes to the couple.
