Instead of worrying about all the small details during the wedding day, I was able to enjoy it. During the last part of the evening - I wasn't left with the cleaning off of the tables... I was dancing. And that's exactly what I wanted to be doing. She had it all wrapped up and ready to go...it just took such a load off of me and I would recommend her 100%. Thank you Betsy!!!

as a micro wedding (~20 people), we still want everything to be perfect. With that, we reached out to Betsy and she did the magic to help us pulled out all details in a month. She made sure we got all the vendors we wanted. I was really stressed when I searched online myself and couldn't find any avialable flosit and rentals companies. month leading up to the wedding. We still needed guest and bridal party transportation a month before the event, and Betsy reached out to as many vendors she could find to secure both! I don't know what we would have done without her at the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding. She kept everyone on schedule and made sure everything went smoothly. My only regret was not hiring Betsy sooner!

We had an amazing wedding and without betsy’s expertise and guidance it would have not gone as smoothLet as it did. Best advice for future couples: trust Betsy’s budget and be careful when picking a venue. Our experience with the actual venue was horrible but Betsy helped us make the best of it and without her I don’t know how we would Anne handled it! She is the best!

l Betsy was personable, professional, and very helpful for keeping us on track and informed as to what questions we need to get answered. Each time we talked to her we felt less stressed about the whole planning process and keeping everything running smoothly the day of. Even though we had only hired her as our day of planner, she still offered and booked our rental chairs for us through Event Essentials and coordinated everything with them. The day of our wedding was absolutely perfect! She was our point of contact with our venue and if anything went wrong AT ALL during the day, my husband and I still to this day have no idea if it had happened. She was always there when we needed her and just seemed to know where to be when and how to keep us organized and sticking to our timeline perfectly. I would also recommend hiring Betsy to do take down at the end of the night. Not only did Betsy set up our venue space EXACTLY as I envisioned and asked her to, but she also took down our decorations and made sure to pack everything away so no one in either of our families had to worry about ending the evening cleaning up after the reception. Betsy went above and beyond for our wedding and honestly made our day perfect. – Thank you so much Betsy – we couldn’t have done it without you!!

f Betsy’s hard work. From our first meeting, Betsy really listened to what we wanted in our wedding and inspired confidence that she could make it happen. We both liked Betsy’s style – a nice balance of flexibility but also asking good questions about our ideas to make sure we had really thought things through. Betsy took it from ideas to reality. She provided recommendations and references for vendors, but was not pushy about it. She worked well with everyone involved. The week of the wedding, Betsy really took over, confirming (and re-confirming!) all of the details with the venue, vendors, etc. By the time the wedding came, everything was in place and it went so smoothly. (We suspect many thing were going on behind the scenes, but Betsy and her assistant took care of everything and we never saw any snags or issues.) Betsy is organized, detail-oriented and can take control when needed, but also super easy to work with and, not unimportantly, she made wedding planning actually low stress and fun! We HIGHLY recommend Piece of Cake.

She provided me with a budget breakdown and vendor recommendations, which was wonderful, but what makes this a 5-star rating is Betsy's day of coordination. I did not have to fret or be bothered with anything on the day of my wedding. Betsy and her assistant made sure everything was set up perfectly, she worked with the vendors, kept events moving smoothly and on-time and most of all, everything (and I mean everything) was packed up at the end of the night including decorations, gifts, etc. You plan for months and years for your wedding day and it is over in an instant. The last thing you need to do is worry about the details on your day. I was able to thoroughly enjoy my wedding day knowing that Betsy would handle everything...and she did!
