Piece of Cake

We ordered our wedding cake from Piece of Cake this summer. It was amazing. Our cake tasting was so much fun and delicious. Also, I brought in a picture from pinterest of a cake that I have loved for years- they were able to re-create it perfectly. Everyone raved about the cake, and how beautiful it was. Highly recommended!

Our wedding cake turned out great. I don't have any complaints on the taste or presentation of the cake but I will say that they aren't the most helpful when it comes to finding the cake that you want. If you don't have a photo of the cake you want you should find one. They aren't great about giving you ideas or working with you to design the cake. Lastly, they are priced a little higher than other bakeries in the area. A little hint to help with the price. I went to a bridal expo in Evansville in the fall and received a free cake topper from them. That's an easy way to save up to $100 off your cake.

Should be called Piece of Icing. Would you like cake with your icing? The cake I ordered had an inch and a half of icing surrounding the outside of it. When I pointed out to them they responded that sometimes it happens to get shape. ......so was not a one time oopsie but a standard.

We ordered our wedding cake from Piece of Cake. They were easy to work with and responsive. The cake turned out beautiful and our guests thought it was delicious!

Piece of Cake was the best vendor to work with!! I was able to sample & pick my flavors - I went with Funfetti for the bridal cake, then chocolate, vanilla, chocolate chip, and butter for the sheet cakes!! It was so affordable and Piece of Cake was so easy to work with. I showed them my cake inspiration on Pinterest and they gave me an even better cake with little effort on my part. So excited to eat my top layer of funfetti on our anniversary!!

Everything was great, the cake was beautiful and tasted amazing. HAPPY! HAPPY! HAPPY!

We decided to go with cupcakes, and have a top tier for the cake topper to sit on. We went in and talked to them. We were able to have as many flavors as we wanted, but we settled on 6. They were also willing to make the frosting in all different colors for me. The tasting was complimentary, regardless of if we chose them. Our total cost was the rate for 2 cupcakes per expected guest, top tier, & stand rental. Delivery was free because our venue was close by, however it may be an additional charge outside of Evansville. Everyone we talked to was professional, and they let us set everything up how we wanted!

My cake was fabulous! We over ordered and still didn't have any cake to take over because everyone loved it! The cake was moist and delicious.

It was perfect! My neighbor works at Piece of Cake, and we knew from past experience that their desserts and cakes are delicious! We had a three tier cake-- one layer marble with raspberry creme, one red velvet with cream cheese, and one chocolate with mint. It was very delicious! They were also able to create a beautiful bright blue color to match our decorations. Definitely a place I'd recommend for any events!

I took my MOH for tasting & both agreed that the cakes there are soooooo good! They were moist & tasty! The staff were very friendly & so helpful! I would recommend them for any event that you have :)I had a 3 tier, off-set, square cake for about 150 people. It was pricy, but for the quality of the cake, I didn't think price mattered.

Beautiful cakes, but waaay too expensive for my wedding with 250 guests! Not for someone on a budget!

It was really good cake & looked beautiful. Did not have any left overs!!

I worked with a consultant from Piece of Cake. She sat down with me, discussed my vision, came up with exactly what I wanted, and negotiated with me on the proce. She was a tad late in setting up the cake at the reception, but it was beautiful.

I have used Piece of Cake since they opened and I would not have used anyone else for this special day. Their cake is so moist and yummy. They were very attentive to my requests and priced reasonably.
