About this vendor
Hi - I'm Erica! Congratulations on your engagement! I'm so excited you're here! I know you have a lot of choices when it comes to choosing a wedding planner, and I believe selecting someone who connects well with you and your partner is very important. I love being a part of the wedding planning journey with my couples and helping them on the most special day of their lives! You deserve to be the guests of honor on your wedding day, not the hosts. Let someone else handle every detail so you can be fully present and enjoy!
I’ve planned events professionally since 2009. Everything from country music festival sponsorships and crisis drills to kids’ triathlons. I worked in public relations, and I loved the event-focused aspect of my job, but I always felt like something was missing. I planned my own wedding in 2012, and my only regret is that I tried to act as my own planner. I missed out on so much of my wedding day because I was handling logistics. My mom was also moving non-stop setting up all of our décor, and I don’t even remember talking with her on my wedding day. I don’t recommend it, and certainly don’t want you to look back on your day with the same regrets. I decided to merge my love of event planning and passion for the wedding industry into one, and vowed to start my own wedding planning company so that no bride or groom would feel how I felt - like they missed out on their day because they were conducting it.
The next few years involved me keeping my day job in PR and helping friends and family with weddings on the side. Fast forward to March 2017, I finally launched this company and never looked back! Piece of Cake is my passion, meaning my couples and the work I do is my passion as well! I keep my promise every day - making sure my couples get to enjoy their wedding day and planning journey!
Your wedding experience with Piece of Cake will be fun, organized and joyful! Just as it should be! You will go into your wedding day already relaxed knowing that we at Piece of Cake have everything handled for you. I understand hiring a wedding planner is an investment, however, by doing so you are giving yourself the best wedding gift because you, along with your family and friends, will be able to live in the moment on your wedding day. I’d love to make that a reality for your special day! I offer three planning services so we’re sure to find the right fit for you and your partner. I’d love to hear more about you! Let’s meet and chat all about you and your fiancé, your wedding and how Piece of Cake can help you throughout your planning journey!

ser we got to the big day so that we (mainly me) wouldn’t be stressed out and distracted leading up to and on our wedding day. Erica kept us organized and on track through the whole process and on the day of my husband and I were able to focus on each other and take in the day without worrying about all the details because we knew the POC team was on top of it. I can truly say the day was absolutely perfect and nothing went wrong because Erica and her team took care of everything. The planning/coordinating/communication of this team is incredible and I’d recommend them to any couple getting married. I can honestly say our day wouldn’t have been possible without Erica and the Piece of Cake team, they are simply the best!!

out thinking through any more logistics. We did partial wedding planning, and Erica was aware of every single detail about how we wanted the day to run so we didn't have to worry. We talked enough times before the wedding that Erica had a very good idea of our goals and visions for the wedding, so we trusted her completely with any last-minute changes or decisions we didn't want to be bothered to make on the wedding day. I really appreciated the communication method leading up to the wedding as well - Erica put a lot of information in bulk and it was very easy to have a day or two a week to do all wedding stuff and stay on track with what we had to get done each week. I told many friends throughout the process that we wouldn't have been able to plan it without her, and it's true. There was a moment when Erica told me I shouldn't have to deal with my mom's questions about wedding planning (Erica answered them instead and was essentially facilitating group therapy for us), and I felt so supported both in that moment and throughout the process. If you have opinionated parents (or even if you don't), I couldn't recommend Erica more!

rtise Erica brings to the wedding planning and execution process. She is supportive, transparent, and reliable-- all qualities every bride should seek out in a wedding planner. Her and her team responded to last minute challenges with no sweat, she was patient and understanding during the last few high-stress weeks leading up to the big day, and she was a much appreciated pillar of calm and collectedness (and fun!) on the day of. One of my main concerns for our wedding day was that my mom (who was doing all of our décor DIY) was able to relax and enjoy our day. She ended up having the most amazing time and we were able to enjoy all of our special moments together stress-free. To me, that was priceless and I credit Erica and her team for making it possible. I cannot recommend their services enough to any future brides.

ectly. I don’t know what we would have done without our planner, Paige! She helped us talk through the details of our wedding day and made sure everything was perfect! We truly had the best wedding day and cannot thank The Piece of Cake team enough. They are amazing!
Stop your search for wedding planning/coordination right now. Do not look anywhere else. Choosing Piece of Cake for my wedding turned out to be one of the best decisions I made! A ...
lot of venues are starting to require having a coordinator, then offering themselves as that person. This was very annoying to me when planning and seemed just like a way for them to squeeze more money out of us so I decided to choose Piece of Cake instead since it seemed like I was getting so much more with them than whatever the "coordinator" at the venue planned to do. I had never believed that my wedding day could be the best day of my life because I thought it would be too stressful and there's too much that can go wrong and too many moving parts. When I say the day was actually perfect, I mean it. Everything ran incredibly smoothly and I didn't have to do much of anything to make sure that happened. Several of our guests also reached out to me after to compliment her and say how impressed they were with her and how they wish they'd had someone like that handling their wedding. Erica's "recipe" for planning the day definitely works. Her weekly check ins to make sure everything was on track helped me to organize everything in manageable chunks and I didn't have to do any of the not so fun timeline organization or vendor confirmations at all. We had quite a few personal touches and out of the norm pieces to our wedding and every single one worked perfectly and was organized flawlessly so they each got some time to shine during our day. There was so much I didn't even see Erica doing but she was everywhere all at once AND managed to get photos & videos of all the best moments herself so I could have something to hold me over before our official photos come back! I said to my husband the day after our wedding "I think the day going perfectly was 10% luck and 90% Erica". Now, a week later, I honestly wonder if she also can secretly control the weather, llamas, and the way 100+ guests respond to all our eccentric tie-ins. At this point I would not be surprised one bit.

les, had dreams of being able to conquer the world! We wanted low key, less than 150 guests, friends and family, that sort of thing. With COVID restrictions just easing up we thought we were going to be fine. (Cue hysterical, falling off your chair laughter from a now successfully married, but much more knowledgeable 2023 couple!)
Without Erica’s guidance and skillful planning, we would have been woefully underprepared and dreadfully lost! Erica listened intently to each of our needs and wants, and carefully curated each and every one of our vendors. My wife and I were extremely happy how easy the process became once the vendor process was slimmed down to choosing between one or two options.
On a personal aside, as someone who experienced many health-related incidents throughout the wedding planning, Erica maintained a healthy, but empathetic boundary throughout the entire wedding planning. I could not have asked for a more professional, courteous, skilled, yet down-to-earth, compassionate, and kindhearted wedding planner who you know will always be in your corner.

ing enough to anyone!! If you are considering a planner, do it! And book with Piece of Cake! They were more helpful than I could have know when I hired them and it made my wedding way less stressful and everything was perfect thanks to the Piece of Cake team!!

s, which was such a huge relief for my husband and I! She helped create easy goals to achieve so we felt like we were making progress and even came on-site to our venue several times to help ask the right questions! Erica was our advocate during difficult situations with our vendor team, which made all the difference! Erica also helped create the perfect timeline for our day, including our wedding party and family members, which made it feel seamless and stress-free the day of! I do not think we could have pulled our wedding day off as perfectly as we did without the preparation and hard work Erica put in! Not only that, Erica helped take our ideas and created an absolutely beautiful vision for design. She worked within our budget and helped find ways to maximize the outcome. Our day of coordinators, Julia and Paige were fantastic as well! With so many moving parts happening the day of, their behind-the-scenes work made the wedding day so much fun for us and our families! Both of our parents were so appreciative of having the burden taken off their shoulders of trying to manage things the day of the wedding and they were able to spend more time celebrating with our family and friends! They were extremely knowledgeable and creative with problem-solving, and so efficient with helping set up and take-down! My husband and I had the best day ever and it all came down to having an amazing team there to support us along the way! My husband and I both agree the only thing we would have changed is booking Piece of Cake Planning sooner in our planning process because it became so much better after we started working with their team! We truly cannot thank Erica, Paige, Julia, and the rest of Piece of Cake enough for all of the support, encouragement, kindness, and talents! We will miss working with them but hope to see them at a friend's future wedding someday! Thank you again, Erica!! You are truly the best!

ganization and professionalism is bar none-- Erica took both big and small details off our plates, which made the process that much more enjoyable for my husband and myself. I was on the fence if we needed or wanted a planner and I have told MANY people the best decision in our entire wedding planning was deciding to work with Erica. The planning of your day (and/or weekend) should not take away from your wedding experience and Erica allowed this to be true for us. Again, I cannot recommend Erica and the Piece of Cake planning team enough-- it will be the best decision you make in your wedding journey! We love them! Thank you so much, Erica, your extremely hard work does not go unnoticed! <3

ng my wedding from Florida so I had to put a lot of trust into my wedding planner and to say she did not disappoint would be a huge understatement. We spent about 1 year planning our June 2023 wedding. From day 1, Erica was meticulous, thorough, and had incredible attention to detail. We had more changes to our agenda than I could count along the way of planning, but Erica was able to maneuver around all of our requests. She would give me suggestions, but never pressured me to go one way or another with vendors. When I didn't like something, she went back to the drawing board and started over. She kept my vision exactly how I wanted it to be while still staying within the budget we desired. It truly felt like I was planning an event with someone I had known forever. I would absolutely recommend Erica as your wedding planner. She is the reason I was able to remain stress free throughout all the days of my events. I am so thankful that I found her. If you choose Erica as your wedding planner from Piece of Cake, I guarantee you will have the most magical wedding!

ng under control and made sure the entire wedding had a great time.
Early on in the process Julia assisted in vendor selection and alignment, followed up to make sure we had finalized contracts and taken care of pre-wedding meetings, and went far and beyond expectations in handling any questions or timing concerns between parties.
For the day of, we did not need to know the time at any point as everything was running so smoothly under Julia’s direction. All decor and a room flip were executed perfectly and beyond our wildest dreams, really putting the final details on our pieceofcake wedding planning journey :)
We can’t say enough positive things about Julia and will miss having calls with her. She quickly became a invaluable friend and guide on this journey.

d an unparalleled passion for their craft. They listened attentively to our ideas, desires, and preferences, and skillfully translated them into an exquisitely tailored wedding plan that surpassed our expectations.
One of the many remarkable qualities of Erica and her team was their impeccable organizational skills. Erica scheduled weekly meetings with an outline of assignments and due dates to help us stay on task and track for key deadlines. Erica coordinated with vendors and handled contracts and created a comprehensive timeline; this allowed us to relax and enjoy the planning process without the additional stress.
Throughout the planning process, Erica maintained exceptional communication, promptly responding to our questions and providing regular updates. The team’s ability to anticipate and address any potential issues before they arose was truly remarkable. Their calm and composed demeanor provided us with reassurance and confidence, allowing us to enjoy the day.
We cannot recommend Erica and her team enough. Their dedication, passion, and commitment to creating an unforgettable wedding experience were truly unparalleled. If you're searching for a wedding planner who can turn your dreams into reality with precision, and professionalism, and reduce your overall stress, look no further. She was worth every dollar we spent!

oudly. Erica is supremely organized, considerate, knowledgeable & probably most importantly, awesome & fun to work with. She's everything you'd want from a wedding planner and day of coordinator. We will absolutely miss working with her.
Our vendors mentioned that the timelines and planning provided by Erica's team were the BEST they've ever had, making our day smooth and seamless. Everything came together perfectly because of Erica's attention to detail.
In the lead up to our day, the weekly planning meetings gave us complete peace of mind that everything was under control, allowing us to focus on making our wedding day special, heartfelt and truly ours.
We owe so much to Erica and the Piece of Cake Wedding planning team - our day wouldn't have been the same without Erica. We can't recommend her services more highly!
I cannot recommend Piece of Cake Wedding Planning enough for all things weddings. My new husband and I found Erica and Piece of Cake from our venue’s approved vendor list (venue wa...
s the machine shop). We were required to have a day of coordinator per our venue, and I am SO THANKFUL that we were!!!
Erica made everything as seamless as possible. From the first zoom meeting, to the actual wedding, I can’t say enough good things. My husband is a corporate event planner, so he has experience in the industry- although not with weddings. He hasn’t been able to say enough good things about Erica and her team. I also had multiple family members and bridesmaids comment on how awesome Erica was!
Our actual wedding turned out so unbelievably well. Erica had two team members working with her, Megan and Rebecca. The three of them were awesome. They kept everything running so smoothly, and genuinely made our wedding day perfect. They even made suggestions that we hadn’t thought of that really paid off. One example was having us sit at the end of our head table under our neon sign/ altar, instead of in the middle of our table, which is what we wanted originally. I’m SO glad they suggested this because we got the coolest pictures and got to see one whole room! Their expertise was clear!
I’m sad our wedding is over for many reasons, but one of those is that we don’t get to chat with Erica all the time! I will recommend Erica and her team to anyone I know who is engaged!!
After the perfect ceremony and reception at our home, we said, “We are really going to miss those weekly check-ins with Erica.”
You will be hard pressed to find a more knowledge...
able, organized, and supportive wedding planner than Erica Boe, owner of Piece of Cake, MN. From our first meeting it was obvious that we needed help and Erica was the ideal person for our special day. Her extensive knowledge, experience, and relationships with the various vendors helped us through every step of the wedding planning.
Throughout the process, Erica gave us helpful assignments to keep us on task. She offered many creative and innovative ideas to add our personal touch to all aspects of our wedding day. Erica was very detailed in her timeline and planning, resulting in a smooth, seamless wedding day. Even the weather she ordered was perfect!
Everything went off without a hitch and we owe it all to Erica. She is simply a joy to work with and we cannot recommend her highly enough! It was the best decision we made and worth every penny, if not more.

good hands! Everyone there was super responsive and answered all my questions. We had Julia for our big day and she is totally sweet, kept us on track, and was a big relief to have when it came to communicating with all the vendors. Your planner is someone you remain in close contact with leading up to and on the day of your wedding, so you want them to be kind, positive, and on top of things without being (at least visibly) stressed, and that is exactly what I got! It was a pleasure to have Julia around, and it gave me such peace of mind to enjoy the big day! Highly recc

feedback (save the dates/invitations, timelines, hotel blocks, etc). 6 weeks before the day everything started ramping up. I really enjoyed our weekly meetings. I’m a fairly organized person but it was great having a professional in our corner to tackle some of the things I didn’t even think about. Whether it be tablecloths/extension cords for the DJ, placement/serving styles for the food vendors, or working with her vendor contacts to help get us replacement transportation after our bus got stuck, she is such an asset. We had peace of mind on our wedding day and didn’t have to worry about the small things. We were able to enjoy every minute and I have the Piece of Cake team to thank for that! If you’re on the fence about a wedding planner, I highly suggest hiring her! Even my guests complimented the work she did for us. We owe her our sincerest gratitude!
Weddings are STRESSFUL! Erica and her team made our day the opposite of stress. During the planning process Erica was patient, organized, listened to what we wanted and needed, and...
helped solve every problem we had.
There must have been so many things that Erica was doing on our wedding day that we weren't aware of, because everything went off without a hitch. Our decisions and feelings were a priority to her, and always gave us the final call. She was even brave enough to let us risk our ceremony being rained out; but the ceremony ended perfectly - some good luck showers that held out until the very end.
Erica and her team were a joy to talk to and be around, and we couldn't have asked for a better leader for us, our party, and our vendors. We couldn't recommend her enough as a key component to your big day!

ot only brought our wedding vision to life she exceeded our expectations. She helped us find our amazing vendor team and kept all the details of the day highly organized. We never felt like we were taking on too many planning details at any given point in the process, she had it nicely laid out from the start. Our monthly then weekly planning calls were very helpful and Erica was very responsive to questions outside of our set meetings. We loved not being bothered the day of our wedding by vendors asking for details, Erica had it all covered. This allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding day. Trust us when we say you need Piece of Cake as part of your wedding day!

Not only is Erica a wonderful human being to work with, you can tell that she has years of experience planning weddings - nothing was left unturned. She is professional and also makes you feel at ease and comfortable. Most importantly, I truly felt like Erica listened to my vision for my wedding and helped to make it a reality!

wise hectic time. She is extremely experienced and continually offered guidance/support to us (even times when she technically wasn't being paid to)! Our conversations with her made us feel so prepared and ready for the big day. And of course, the day-of went super smoothly. We were able to simply show up and enjoy our best day ever. We're so grateful to have found her and would highly recommend her to everyone we know. Thank you, Erica!

edding planning process! Booking the Piece of Cake team was hands down the best decision we made for the wedding. At our first visit to our venue Erica asked so many questions and confirmed details that I would never have thought of. Once the six week mark before the wedding came, we began meeting with our day of coordinator, Julia, on a weekly basis, who is an absolute rockstar. Julia and Erica handled all the communication with our vendors beginning six weeks prior to the wedding, which relieved a ton of stress for my husband and family and I. On the day of the wedding, Julia handled everything that was thrown at her like a true professional. My parents and husband and I all said to each other at the end of the day that the wedding would have been a mess if not for the Piece of Cake team. If you want a stress free wedding day, book Piece of Cake today!

. She made planning a wedding way less stressful. Erica was professional, organized, detailed and stayed on top of things. We always loved talking to Erica as she is such a joy to talk to and made me feel better about the wedding planning process. Even when pollen had gotten on my dress, Erica was calm, quick thinking and problem solved. I was very stressed and worried and Erica’s positivity and optimism rubbed off on me and we were ultimately able to find a solution with our team. We love Erica and could not recommend her enough. If you hire her and her team as your wedding planner, you won’t regret it!

ne would be able to do the job up to my standards. But, boy, was I wrong! Erica thought of EVERYTHING. Her expertise in the industry was essential when it came to knowing what questions to ask vendors, creating a minute-by-minute impeccable timeline that kept our day exactly on schedule, and helping us problem solve every issue that arose. The fact that we were able to completely enjoy our day, knowing Erica had everything taken care of, was priceless. Everyone was commenting that I was so calm, and it really was because I had no doubt Erica was taking care of everything. Our wedding day was PERFECT; we got so many compliments, and I know a lot of that was due to Erica's hard work. Even my husband said we could not have done it without her!

aring her package options, we decided to go with the partial planning option - and we are so glad we did! Erica was such a wonderful resource patiently working with us through our questions and concerns. She is so organized, and just really great to work with! Not only is she an amazing planner, she is a wonderful soul and we are so happy we chose to spend our day with her! She listened so attentively, provided suggestions and insights, and really worked hard to make our day special. Looking back at our wedding, there isn't a single memory that wasn't made enjoyable because of her efforts. Thank you so much for all of your hard work, talent, LOVE, and just allowing us both to present and fully enjoy our day! We miss our weekly conversations already!
When we started the wedding planning process, we did not intend to hire a day of coordinator or planner. Boy am I glad our photographer recommended we do because it was absolutely ...
the BEST decision we made throughout the entire process. Erica made us feel comfortable and welcome every time we talked with her, and she kept us on track and organized throughout the entire process. We had to postpone our wedding several times due to COVID, and Erica handled everything perfectly. Even though we had only hired her as our day of coordinator, she took care of emailing the rest of our vendors to select new dates, getting new contracts written/amended, and so much more. When it came to the actual day, she had everything (and I mean everything) under control. She made personalized schedules for each vendor and member of the wedding party so they knew where they needed to be and when, she moved décor from the ceremony space to the reception space, she coordinated moving the cards and gifts to a safe location, and she did so much more than I don't even know about because I was able to simply enjoy the day. If I have advice for anybody planning a wedding, it would be to hire a day of coordinator or planner, and if you're going to do so, hire Erica- she's simply the best.

am are. Erica went above and beyond in every aspect of our wedding. She kept us organized, on track and coordinated every detail with all of our vendors. She thought of small details we would have never thought of to make our day absolutely perfect.
Erica is exactly who you want beside you on your wedding day and throughout the planning process. She is calm, passionate, supportive, hardworking, and an invaluable advocate. She made herself readily available and provided expert input to all of our questions. Multiple family members and friends have commented on how approachable and valued Erica and her team were. Do yourself a favor, stop questioning whether or not you need a wedding planner or want to spend the extra money, and book Piece of Cake Wedding Planning. You will not regret it.

te but didn't realize how many things would have slipped through the cracks without a planner.
Erica made herself available for ad hoc questions throughout our process and really guided us through the last 6 weeks. As a lay-person, there are so many considerations that could be missed and having a professional is absolutely critical, no matter how organized you believe you are.
I was recommended to look into Piece of Cake by a friend and have since recommended them to other friends. Erica makes you feel taken care of, listened to, and a great sounding board for all other vendor questions.
We were able to have a stress-free wedding day, knowing all was covered by Piece of Cake. Erica is a fantastic person overall, and it's not hard to feel as though she's your friend and confidant. I'm only bummed that we won't get to chat as often now that our event has passed! 100% hire Piece of Cake, you will not regret being a guest-of-honor at your own wedding!

eeds and also provided plenty of guidance when we needed it, altogether creating our perfect wedding day. We fully trusted her, from coordinating the details to providing design consultation. She made great vendor recommendations, showed up at vendor meetings, and was always available when we needed her. Our friends and family loved her. The day of the wedding, our guests couldn’t stop gushing about how perfect everything was.
A huge thanks to Erica for pulling all of it together! Because we hired her, we didn’t feel like we needed to worry about a thing leading up to our wedding and wedding day. We would absolutely recommend Piece of Cake to any couple planning a wedding!
Erica and her Piece of Cake team were absolutely amazing! Words truly cannot express how much we appreciate Erica and all that she did. My husband and I decided to do something a l...
ittle crazy - we had two weddings (a Sikh wedding and an American wedding)! This made for an intense planning process. But Erica made us both feel so comfortable and ready when our wedding week rolled around. As someone with anxiety it meant so much to me to be able to rely on someone as professional, calm, and on top of it as Erica. She contacted all of our vendors and worked out all of the details (even details we would have totally missed). She helped us put together a detailed timeline for both wedding days. She even helped us run our rehearsal night! And on the day of the weddings she was exactly the calm and upbeat presence that we needed. Everything went incredibly smoothly - and when we got a little behind our schedule she helped us adjust like pros. And she made sure that on the night of the reception everything was taken care of so we didn't have to think about a thing. This meant so much to me and my family. Because without Erica it would have been me and my bridesmaids and my parents stressing out about taking care of everything at the end of the night. But having Erica and her team there meant that we could actually just enjoy the night. I would highly recommend Piece of Cake to anyone I know!
Erica was absolutely amazing to work with for our 7/10/21 wedding! I myself am type A and a pretty good planner on my own, but I literally didn't have the time, energy or sanity to...
address all of the details leading up to our wedding day. We decided to look for help and hired Erica for her partial wedding planning package. This was easily THE BEST DECISION we made prior to our wedding!! Erica jumped in to help us reschedule our June 2020 wedding as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic--she handled all of the vendor communications and made a very difficult situation virtually painless. She has a very nicely structured set of meetings and check-ins a few weeks before the wedding day, and her timeline assistance is phenomenal. She created personalized timelines for all of our vendors, family and friends! The day-of went by seamlessly, and I know I have Erica to thank for this. One of our biggest concerns was venue cleanup, but with some help from our family and friends, Erica had everything organized and cleaned up right on time. I didn't have to lift a finger. I could go on and on about how amazing Erica is, but bottom line is you will not regret working with her! She is an absolute dream and I'm actually quite sad not to have the opportunity to work with her any longer!!
The best decision we made in planning our wedding was bringing Erica onto the team! From what I hear it is not often that you can say that your wedding was PERFECT. Everyone told m...
e to expect things to go wrong and be prepared to go with the flow. Our wedding was perfect! Everything went according to plan and that is thanks to Erica and the rest of the vendor team that she helped us build. Nick and I are both very detailed and had very big ideas about what we wanted the day to be like. I was instantly overwhelmed with all the details and everything that needed to be done. Erica organized everything for us and helped me to see the forest through the trees. She made everything manageable and the trackers and timelines she created made my perfectionist heart happy. She was there every step of the way from choosing the other vendors (we found the best ones through her) to designing the decor to planning the timeline to executing the day.
More importantly, Erica is a genuinely wonderful person. I was always happy when I got to talk to her and her positivity rubs off on everyone around her. It was tough planning a wedding over the last year and she got me through it. We love her and are so glad she is such an important part of our very best day! Thank you, Erica!
There are not enough words to describe my gratitude for Erica. It was a very long and bumpy road due to postponements from COVID and we couldn’t of done it without Erica by our sid...
e. Erica was so supportive, kind, and patient with us every step of the way. She was so attentive, extremely detailed oriented, and impeccably thorough. If you are looking for a day of coordinator, a full wedding planner or in-between (6 week prior and day of is what we did/one of the packages) please do not look any further.
Erica handled every roadblock with so much professionalism and grace. She was a huge advocate for us during the hard conversations with the venue and stuck with us and supported us through everything. She is so incredibly good at her job and we could not of done it without her!
We absolutely adore you Erica and thank you for everything you did for us. You are absolutely lovely and amazing!

orough safety plans. Despite only having 11 guests at our wedding, there were tons of last-minute details and tasks. After talking to Erica in our final planning meeting I told my husband "wow, our to-do list just got way shorter!!!" We ended up having a beautiful, special wedding day, largely due to Erica's attention to detail and hard work. I highly recommend working with Erica - she will make sure your day is beautiful, seamless, and low-stress.

h her full planning package. Not only was she able to get me back on schedule, she also helped me plan for things I would never have thought of on my own. Huge bonus was that the mom's didn't stress out day-of, and were able to enjoy the big day to the fullest! 10/10 I would highly recommend hiring Erica to make your big day go as seamlessly as possible so all you, your significant other, family, and friends have to do is enjoy all the hard work it takes to put on a wedding the day of!

iends wedding. I realized then that we needed her for our wedding!
She tailored her contract to fit our needs, so we were only paying for what we needed support with. This is a big win, especially as we had a lot of things already planned.
Erica is an excellent communicator, planner, executer, professional, and so well respected by everyone she works with. The couple months before the wedding, reached out to coordinate, and plan with all the vendors to ensure the timelines were smooth and contract agreements were met. This was a huge weight off our shoulders and an incredible help to the entire the wedding planning process!
Day of her and her assistant brought the entire reception together decorating it, ensuring everything was on time, and addressed all the vendors, so my husband and I could truly show up and enjoy every moment.
Thank you Erica for making our wedding day incredibly special!

ht away, we felt at ease with Erica. It was obvious that this was not just a job to her, but her passion, and what a pleasure to work with someone who truly loves what they do. Moreover, we could tell she really cared about our experience and understood how important this was to us. And the first time I met her she pulled out a binder and I thought, “Okay! She’s got our back AND she is already more organized than I will ever be!”
She was consistent, professional, and engaged with us throughout the entire process in such a friendly and fun way that it was hard to say goodbye to our meetings and discussions. On the actual day, she made a hectic experience as seamless and effortless as possible. It was a well oiled machine; all of our guests were impressed by how seamless and effortless our wedding felt. We couldn’t have done this without Erica. The best part was, my partner and I were completely free to enjoy our special day together without the burden of details because everything was taken care of down to the smallest details. She even made sure to create a special moment for us to be alone (and eat something) right after our ceremony so we could just be present with one another and ease into the rest of the evening.
It was such a pleasure to work with Erica. Hands down, I would recommend Erica to anyone embarking on this journey without reservation.
Choosing Erica for day of coordination was easily the best decision we made in planning. Luckily, our venue required someone to be designated so I figured I'd take a look at option...
s and I am forever grateful for Erica. Her organization and attention to detail and ability to coordinate literally EVERYTHING was unparalleled. She quite literally sewed me into my dress on the fly and even required multiple band aids after the fact because of the thick fabric of my dress. I honestly don't know how we would have pulled off our wedding without her. She handled all vendor communications the last week and made all the timelines so everyone knew where to be, it was seamless and I was so relaxed and carefree the day of the wedding. All family members and friends were free to relax and actually enjoy themselves because Erica was handling everything. If you are on the fence about a day of coordinator and are thinking you'll just be the point of contact yourself or a friend or family member, don't. Just have Erica handle everything, change the whole stress level of wedding and everyone had a wonderful time just being a guest!
I don’t even know where to begin with this review! Erica is one of the kindest, most genuine, and detail-oriented people that I know! As a wedding photographer, I cannot stress the...
importance of having a wedding coordinator enough, and I whole-heartedly refer my couples to Erica. When you hire a wedding coordinator you are hiring more than a person to make sure you’re walking down the aisle at the right time. You are looking for someone who will help you through the planning process, make sure your vision for the day is carried out, communicate effectively with vendors, help you create the perfect timeline, and ultimately be your advocate on your wedding day. The right coordinator can be the difference between enjoying your day and feeling like you’re the tired hosts of the largest party you’ll ever throw. Erica has the amazing ability to instantly make someone feel like they’re an old friend, communicate efficiently and with grace, and stay organized and calm in the face of chaos. She will take better care of you during your entire wedding process than you can even imagine!
I put this review off because I know my words would not do the incredible work that Erica does justice. I had phone consultations with multiple day-of-wedding coordinators. None of...
them came close to Erica’s thoughtfulness, inquiry, and detail in the hour-long consult call. It was a no brainer that we’d choose her. From the start, Erica was incredibly accommodating and flexible. She worked with us to create a package that fit our specific needs – we had an out of town wedding and did not need help with many of the services that she offered in the day-of package. Erica is SO much more than a day-of-coordinator (if this is the service that you choose from her). I cannot stress this enough. She was not just there for the “one” day. She created timelines (for all vendors, family members, and bridal party). She took over all vendor communication weeks before the wedding. She asked the questions that I would have never thought to ever ask. We had weekly hour-long calls for the month leading up to the wedding. And two in-person meetings so that she could get to know us. Erica always made herself available to answer any questions or help outside of these calls. I tried not to abuse this, because she was so willing to give us her time and help, always. We had some pretty big challenges with our venue right before the wedding, and Erica went above and beyond her duties to take over the communication and to take the stress away from us. I am sure it was more than she bargained for, but she handled everything with so much grace and ease, and a calmness that I so needed in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Once the wedding weekend arrived, it went so incredibly smoothly because of Erica’s work. Or maybe it didn’t? If not, there’s no way she would have let us know on the day of the wedding. As Erica put it, “you should be the guests of honor at your wedding, and not the hosts” which is exactly how we felt. It turned out to be the best day (and weekend) of our lives, and I am so certain that it would not have been if we had not met and chosen to work with Erica. I cannot sing her praises enough. She was an absolute joy to work with, and our planning process would not have been as orderly, perfectly timed and scheduled, or stress-free(ish) if we had not had Erica. If I can recommend that you make one decision, in the hundreds that you will be making when you plan your wedding, it is this: HIRE ERICA. It will be by far, the best wedding planning decision that you make. I promise!

re too. She definitely has an eye and talent for what she does. One of my favorite thing about her besides her warm personality, is how great of communicator she is. She responds fast and is very detail which I love. Working with her on a recent styled wedding shoot along with other past weddings I had with her, I always knew exactly what to do. You don't meet a lot of people these days who are like that. I highly recommend her.
