Pier House Resort & Spa

Caitlin was incredibly attentive to our specific questions and requests throughout the entire planning process. The grounds are beautiful and perfectly maintained. The food was delicious! Our guests talked about the tuna tataki for days afterwards. The staff day-of was professional, without being stuffy, and perfectly handled our vendor and gluten-free meals for 2 guests. Randy in the billing department communicated with us clearly and quickly.

We hosted our petite wedding at The Pier house last weekend and it was absolutely perfect!! The resort is breathtaking and the beach terrace was a perfect location. All the staff is wonderful. Our sunset photos are almost unreal. Most importantly, Kasey Harris and Caitlyn Spradley are phenomenal planners, very helpful and know exactly what they are doing. They left us with nothing to worry about. I would HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking for a romantic destination wedding.

My daughter was married at The Pier House on December 17, 2016 and it was absolutely amazing! Besides having the most spectacular view on the island, the food and drink were wonderful! As soon as you walk through the front doors you are greeted and made to feel welcome! Working with Caitlyn made everything easy.....especially since the bride and groom live in CA I am in MD and the wedding was down there! Thank you again to all the staff at Pier House, Say Yes in Key West, and Karro Events.

The Pier House was the perfect venue for our wedding. They were extremely professional in the process of planning, and the spaces we used were PERFECT!!! We decided on the Beach Terrace for our ceremony, and the Sunset Terrace for our reception. The vistas at both locations added to the overall experience for the entire event....they created the ambiance for our perfect night!! The food was amazing!! This is what I was surprised about....I am not a banquet food type person....but our dinners tasted like they were prepared in an intimate restaurant. Kudos to the chef and his team!! We chose the Lobster and Filet Mignon surf and turf selection. Though they didn't have listed the champagne we wanted, they were able to accommodate our request and secure us several bottles of Veuve Clicquot. They aim to please!! The service was spot on, we and our guests were completely catered to. More than enough staff was assigned to make sure the comfort to all! The communication for the planning and the logistics for set up was constant. I never felt abandoned. We did stay in one of the Ocean View Rooms (Room 322) with the balcony. The service for our room was impeccable. The view was gorgeous. My choice allowed me to get ready and have plenty of room for attendants and stylists to assist me. The view kept me calm!! I must say the only deterrent we had was at night when we had the air conditioning on, it was very loud. On the night after our wedding, it rained, and the rain came in from the A/C unit upstairs. That needs to be fixed as the water pooled underneath the bed. I can't wait to return to future anniversary vacations as I want to relieve this experience over and over again!! We had our ceremony at the Pier House on 11/18/12 I couldn't have asked for a better place to get married! Our wedding coordinator Jessica was amazing!

Our wedding at Pier House was simply phenomenal! Everything was absolutely perfect, from the hair & nail appointments in the spa to the food at the reception. Jessica (catering sales manager) was awesome: friendly, professional, capable, attentive. Everything for our wedding, except the cake, was arranged through Jessica. We selected a package for the ceremony and reception, which eased our stress and ensured quality vendors. We chose the waterfront wedding brunch-which was more than enough delectable food at the right price. I can't say enough positive things about our wedding at Pier House. It was gorgeous and amazing and perfect.

We stayed at the Pier House since my son was having his wedding ceremony & reception there. It was truly lovely. Our room had a beautiful sunset view every night. Besides the wedding, there was one thing that makes Pier House stand out. The evening before the wedding, some family members arrived too late to attend the rehearsal dinner. We brought back food to our room knowing they would be hundry. I spoke to the front desk to see if I could get a few plates from the kitchen but was informed the kitchen was closed. They did, however, inform me of the nearby drugstore so I could purchase some paper plates for our guests. A few moments later, housekeeping delivered a tray of plates, napkins and utensils for our guests. This is what I call "first class service". I would definitely return
