Piera's Bridal Couture

I can’t say enough good things about Piera’s! It was the first salon of three that I visited, and I was glad I did. My consultant Kim was patient and kind; she truly listened to what I wanted in a dress and pulled beautiful dresses that were all my taste. As I tried on dresses, she listened to what I did and did not like and offered helpful suggestions of what to try next. Piera’s is seemingly small but has a huge variety of designers and dresses so I felt like I could try on all the styles I wanted, and Kim respected my budget. At the end of appointment, I told Kim I had a couple other salons to visit over the next day, and rather than pushing a sale she encouraged me to go to those appointments and make sure I was confident in my dress. In the end, I knew I had found my dress at Piera’s, and they were kind enough to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday to try my dress back on and get my measurements. Tip if you go there: we were the first appointment on a weekday morning and had the salon to ourselves for almost the whole time. Since the salon is smaller that really helped me have a relaxing shopping experience, browse the dresses, and focus.

I loved my dress! Piera’s was the first shop I went to and where I found my dress! Small shop with dedicated staff! Would definitely recommend!

Piera's Bridal gave me a fantastic wedding dress experience. I had Jill as my consultant and she was patient, gave great advice, and listened to all my feedback, helping me find my dream dress. The entire team that helped with my head piece, veil, shoes and dress order helped give me the perfect bridal look for my wedding day. I also got some complex alterations and their team was phenomenal. Thank you so much Piera's!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Piera’s Bridal. I was a covid bride and postponed my wedding due to the pandemic. I had lost weight during the pandemic and the stress of postponing my wedding. Originally my dress was from another salon and even though it was altered it did not fit me properly. After all the stress, I did not want to get a new dress. I ignored how I felt because I didn’t want to spend money on another dress or admit that I made a mistake. A week before my wedding I tried on my original dress and started crying. After everything, I wanted to feel beautiful on my wedding day. I called Pierra’s on Saturday and explained that my wedding was Friday. They were beyond amazing with making an appointment available immediately. Nella helped me try on sample dresses since I didn’t have time to order a new one. This time I did not pick me dress based on the price. I picked a dress I felt beautiful in. The dress ended up being $500! Can you believe it!?! Nella was so upbeat and positive, but she was also realistic to my time constraint. It was such a wonderful experience and I found a dress! Before purchasing, she confirmed that I would be able to get it altered in 6 days for my wedding. I went in on Monday to get the dress altered by Dhimitria. She worked absolute magic! The next day (Tuesday) she called me to come in for my 2nd fitting! Chela was so sweet and helpful showing me all the details of my dress. Piera was all smiles and me feel welcome. They offered me another fitting, but the dress fit flawlessly and was ready for me to take home. Every person working there was polite, encouraging and supportive. I took my dress home that Tuesday for my wedding on Friday! Get your dress and alter it at Pierras! Trust me. They are genuine people. At my wedding, everyone raved about my dress and how it fit!

I always knew I would get my wedding dress here! I have shopped at Piera’s since I was in high school for homecomings/proms. Piera and her team are so amazing to work with, always helpful and accommodating. They have a beautiful selection of gowns to choose from (plenty of Eve of Milady). My seamstress, Dhimetria made the dress fit like a glove. I can’t thank them enough!

I can’t sing enough praise about Piera’s bridal alterations! My wedding dress needed a lot of work being taken in, and Piera’s basically pulled off a miracle! I am so appreciate of this store and their willingness and ability to do their magic. My experience with the staff was also amazing as everyone there is so nice and helpful.

I made an appointment at Pieras Bridal prior to another appointment I was originally scheduled to go to.(I almost didnt) I'm so happy I did! As soon as I walked in I was greeted kindly by a woman named Lina. She explained the different designers, dresses, prices etc. I immediately felt at ease and comfortable. I NEVER once felt pressured or intimidated. Lina was so kind & so helpful. I showed her a picture of a dress style I liked & she told me to have a look around & she would pull some dresses for me as well that she thought I would like. 🙂 Every dress she pulled was beautiful, in budget & my style! I started with trying on about 6 dresses. I liked them all but #2 I tried on I fell in love with! I tried it on again at the end of trying on all the dresses & cried! I knew this was my dress! I had my mom, maid of honor & future mother in law with me & they all loved the dress on me as well and agreed this was my dress. Lina answered any questions I had, never rushed me, and was just GREAT! I ended up saying YES to the dress and didn't need to go to my originally planned appointment else where . So my overall experience was fantastic & I give them 5 stars!!

I found my dream dress at Piera's! After shopping at four other stores, Piera's is where I found the most unique dress. I fell in love with the skirt but the top of the dress was not my style. The consultant assured me they could customize it during the alterations process and they did! After just three fittings, my dress fit perfectly and was transformed on the top. They did a beautiful job and had great service throughout the process. As an out-of-state bride and someone who got married amidst the COVID pandemic, they were accommodating and worked fast to deliver a quality dress. Thank you, Piera's!

Although I didn’t end up choosing my dress from Piera’s, I just wanted to say that the woman who helped me, Kim, was the absolute sweetest and I really enjoyed her help. Dress shopping can be overwhelming but she made the whole experience better for me!

I love this bridal salon! Lina who I worked with was amazing. She’s so kind and laidback and never made me feel rushed or pressured me into any dress I didn’t like. The owner was so sweet as well. They have beautiful dresses and so many different styles. I was so pleased with my appointment. I would HIGHLY recommend Piera’s!

Piera’s was probably one of the best decisions I made regarding my wedding! From start to finish they were warm, patient and so incredibly helpful! I am so in love with my dress and cannot thank them enough!

I’ve driven past this place a million times over the past 10 years and always thought it had beautiful dresses in the windows and thought when my time came for me to get married that would be the place I got my dress from. From the moment I walked into the door for my appointment I’ve never felt so unwelcome, the lady knew I had gone to another bridal place first, she was so condescending I couldn’t believe it was real, when I gave her my budget of $1000.00 (when calling they said their dresses start at $800 and up) and told her we could even go a little higher her response I’m sorry that’s all you wanna spend?! So do you know what your looking for you must if you’ve gone somewhere else, I gave her a few ideas but also let her know I’m open to other styles. Every dress I chose she made a weird or negative comment about and on top of it there is ABSOLUTELY NO ROOM TO WALK in that place, no privacy, when you try on your dress you have to walk to the front of the store in front of everyone else and wait for your turn to get up to the mirror and there is no help or customer service with the dress when you get up there. It felt like a factory, I did not have one decent person I could say I came across the entire 30+ min I was in that shop because that’s the amount of time i could tolerate before I finally said I’m sorry I’m gunna go talk to my family before I try on another one because they couldn’t come back with me. The lady also made a comment about my sister having a mouth on her because she seen me in a dress she knew I didn’t like on and said out loud I don’t love this one on you and as soon as we got back to our room is when she said that. As soon as I left I immediately called the first place I went (same price range as pieras) and bought the dress I knew I would love and thanked the other place for being amazing and let them know their customer service is perfect. I had also made a stop at a discount bridal store in between (didn’t find anything for me) but I can even say they had better service than this “high end” bridal shop. I would HIGHLY suggest spending your hard earned money in a place that really appreciates you as a customer because you will NOT find it here.

Absolutely loved Piera's!! My mom bought her MOG dress from there for my brother's wedding and when it was my turn to get married, I knew I wanted to go back there. After previously being a bridal consultant, it was hard to find dresses that I hadn't "seen before" or "were more special." However, Piera's had SOOO many. I ended up falling in love with my dress...and two veils, all from there. The service and friendliness of the staff was fantastic. I also had my dress altered there and Piera herself made sure every little bit was perfect. The seamstresses were wonderful and made my dress fit perfectly and added all the little things I asked for as well as impeccably sewing all of the lace. I would recommend them 100000 times again! Thank you!!

I bought my wedding dress at Piera's and had a wonderful experience! They have multiple designers and styles. They asked me what style I was looking for and pulled some examples for me to try on. The first dress I tried on was THE dress! Lena was a dream to work with, she is so sweet and makes you feel so beautiful. Piera's let me bring my bridesmaids and mom with me and even let them bring in a bottle of champagne to cheers with when I said Yes to The Dress. They have a flower wall and sign that you can take pictures in front of which made the day even better. Piera's also matched me with the perfect veil for my dress. They had no problem with me coming in as many times as I needed to look at the sample dress and even try it on again so my Grandma could see it. I also got my dress altered at their alteration shop. The seamstress I worked with was absolutely wonderful! The chiffon of my dress was hard to work with but the seamstress made as many adjustments as needed until it was just right. All the staff is very friendly and polite and are very excited to help you find THE dress. I had a wonderful experience at Piera's and would recommend it to all Brides to be!

I had a fantastic experience with Piera's! Kim helped me pick the most perfect gown without pressuring me into buying something I didn't absolutely love. There was such a large selection of gowns to choose from it made it so easy to find the perfect dress. Albana in alterations was fantastic. My dress fit perfectly, I couldn't be happier!

I was a little nervous about wedding dress shopping, but Katrina at Piera's helped me have the best experience ever! This was by far the best shop we visited. Katrina was extremely helpful and patient. She listened to what I had to say and led me to the perfect dress! I received so many compliments on my unique and gorgeous gown. Getting the dress altered was another nerve-racking moment. My dress was purchased off-the-rack, a sample from in the store, so it was several sizes too big. Three appointments later, the dress fit like a glove! The ladies who work in alterations are amazing. Then, four weeks before my wedding, I realized I had forgotten to purchase a veil! Again, the staff at Piera's were so helpful and found a beautiful veil to match my dress perfectly. I had just picked up my dress from their alteration shop, so it was in my car when I stopped by to find a veil. The employee who assisted me even carried veils out to my car to match to my dress, so that I didn't have to drag my dress in. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend Piera's to anyone!

I had high hopes but this vendor was not friendly at all. I went to shop with my bridesmaids to find their dresses and I wanted the experience to be a once in a lifetime trip for all of us at a “Bridal Couture” shop. Sadly, my dreams of bridal bliss and grandeur were crushed. First of all, while the color swatch selection seemed extensive, there was only one overstuffed rack of bridesmaids dresses from which to choose. How could my bridesmaids choose a one of a kind with such a limited selection? Second, while looking for some possibilities, we had to take these gowns off the rack and hold them ourselves while shoving back the ones we didn’t want because they were so tightly packed. I’m not sure why no one was there to assist us in this browsing. Third, the dressing room was like that of a traditional department store, ruining any other hopes of a unique experience. We couldn’t even all sit in the room with the bridesmaids while they tried on the samples. Actually, I believe that we would have received more personalized attention at a department store. No one asked us if they could help us find anything additionally, or what we loved or disliked about the particular designs; we were on our own as if we were shopping for a homecoming dress in high school. While we had an appointment for what was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime fitting, I never felt as if there was an attendant assigned to us. No one even asked us what our name was-I had to initiate that process. I’m going to find a place that will treat me and my bridesmaids with respect and courtesy.

I had an amazing experience at Piera's. Everyone was so helpful and patient with me when looking for my dress. My dress was absolutely stunning and I couldn't have been happier with it. I also got my alterations done at their shop and they made sure it was exactly what I wanted and fit perfectly. My dress was beautiful and comfortable. I danced the entire night with no problems. I didn't even want to take it off at the end of the night because I loved it so much.

My experience at Piera's was outstanding. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They did not pressure me at all. The shop is very nice with large rooms to try on your dress. They also do outstanding alterations. I highly recommend visiting their bridal salon!

I bought my wedding dress and had alterations done at Piera's. Piera and the staff are absolutely wonderful! They are extremely knowledgeable and willing to bend over backwards to ensure you are happy with your experience. The bridal salon is a little on the smaller side and can be quite busy at peak times. Because of this, I felt a little overwhelmed when trying on bridal gowns because there was a lot of other brides with large groups around the large mirror area. If you are looking for a more intimate or private setting when trying on dresses, I'm sure the staff would be more than happy to suggest the best times to come in. In regards to alterations, Dhimitra is a miracle worker and so unbelievably talented and sweet! I had approximately 4 alteration appointments total. Dhimitra and Piera went above and beyond to ensure the dress looked perfect for the big day. She listened to my concerns and wanted to make sure I felt comfortable in my dress. Overall, I was extremely happy with my experience at Piera's and wouldn't change a thing!

I bought my prom dress at Piera’s back in 2012 for senior prom with the man that would one day become my husband. I had such an amazing experience looking for my prom dress, I knew one day I would have to return for my wedding dress. I did have appointments elsewhere and actually almost purchased a dress somewhere else, but in the back of my mind, I knew I had a Piera’s appointment coming up. So I waited, didn’t get the dress, and kept my appointment at Piera’s. I am SO GLAD I did. I found my perfect dress. They were so nice and so accommodating. In the end, it was an absolutely gorgeous Alessandra Rinaudo ball gown. Piera and her staff were simply amazing and so sweet, just as I remembered. They did a fantastic job on alterations and even created a custom lace bolero jacket to match my gown! Absolutely fantastic experience. Thank you Piera’s! <3

My mom and I went with no expectations as it was my first appointment and our budget was somewhat low. We were greeted by Nella who was so nice. She immediately pulled about 6 dresses around our budget and that were very much like the pictures I showed her. Each one I tried on I liked better and better, and I found one that was totally me. We went during a trunk show so they were pretty busy. Nella still wanted me to get the full experience of getting on the "stage" which was really nice. She added a belt and veil to the dreas I loved which made me fall in love even more. We lucked out as it was a sale dress so we got an amazing deal. The dressing rooms were large and nice. The only downfall of the shop itself was that I'm normally around a street size 8 and the dresses could barely zip up and get over my hips, so that was a little discouraging. However nothing fazed Nella and I had a great experience and said Yes to the Dress!

This was by far the worst experience I have had at any bridal boutique. The woman who helped me (Jill) looked me up and down in my sweatpants and decided that I was not worth her time or attention. I had made an appointment there and brought two of my friends. There were 5 other brides there all trying to share the same mirror which did not make anyone feel special. She did not get a place for either of my friends to sit so they had to stand to the side next to the crowd of people the entire time. This was the only boutique I have been in where I not only didn't feel important but she made me feel like I wasn't even a bride and that I wasn't special nor worthy of her time. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

I can not say enough wonderful things about my experience here. The staff was amazing, so helpful, and kind. They really took the time find out what i wanted, while making me feel so confident in what i was wearing. I am so excited to wear my dress for my wedding September 2018 wedding. I had the best experience here! Everyone was so helpful! I absolutely love Piera, Jill, and the alterations department! They a dress and built an entire illusion with hand placed lace and buttons! They did an amazing job and exactly what I wanted. I can't thank them enough!

Although I didn't end up finding my dream dress at Piera's, I still had a great experience shopping there! Jill worked with my family and I and she was so nice! She took the time to listen to the opinions of my family and I and took each one of them into account. She was very accommodating and SO nice! Very great experience!

I had a wonderful experience! I live abroad and was only in town visiting my mom for a week to try to find my wedding dress. We went to multiple salons, but Piera's was the only one able to accommodate my short time frame! Luckily, I found the most amazing dress there! They were able to sell me the dress off the rack and within that week, I had 2 fittings with their amazing alterations department and the dress was ready. On the actual day of my wedding, 2 months later, the dress fit me perfectly! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much! :)

Had my alterations done at Piera's and loved the customer service experience! The staff were so friendly and helpful (and had a great sense of humor). Going with 4 stars because some of the alterations didn't go quite as I envisioned (certain parts of my dress were looser than I indicated) but all around still very happy with the experience.

I had a very terrible experience here. They over book appointments, rushed during the entire fitting, had no place for my guests to sit, left the dressing room door open multiple times while I was undressed. Don't waste your time or $$, go somewhere else!

This is one of the first shops I went to in search of my dream wedding dress. We walked in to a busy store. We weren't even greeted when they shouted at my Grandma to stand by the chairs so she can get one when someone got up. Mind you, I had an appointment and there was literally no room for us. My other guests that I had with me had to stand off to the side, they stuck me in a back unfinished room without a door and had me try on my dresses there. I didn't feel like they were listening to what I desired in a dress. She kept bringing everything I didn't want. There was even a point in the appointment when another assistant grabbed dresses from my hanger for her client so I stood undressed in the back hall until they finished with it. I couldn't wait to get out of there. It was honestly a terrible experience.

The actual store part is really nice, and they have a great selection. I found my dream dress there and we went to their alterations around the corner. That was the BIGGEST MISTAKE. I have had 4 fittings so far at this place and each one gets worse and worse. My dress has lace all over the top, a tulle skirt with thick lace along the bottom. When my dress came in the bodice fit like a glove and the only thing I needed done was hemming and a bustle. We were told alterations wouldn't go over 300 on store. Fitting 1 they ended up taking in the bodice a little, setting up the hem and setting up the bustle. I was told it would be hemmed from the waist because of the lace bottom. Then tried to charge me almost 400! She brought it down to 305. Fitting 2 I went in (lost 5 pounds) and the dress didn't fit. It was too small. They took it in too much. Also. They cut all the lace on the bottom. In chunks, leaving half inch seams in the front of the dress and told me they couldn't do it from the waist so they had to take the lace off. They let the dress out on top and then it didn't fit my chest right at all, and puckered all along the waist and back. They charged us another 30 to "fix" the top. And didn't apologize for ruining the bottom of the dress. Fitting 3, a week later, a new girl was working on me. When we arrived for our appointment they weren't done fixing the dress and made us wait 40 minutes while they "fixed" it from the last fitting. When I finally tried it on they hadn't fixed the waist at all and still puckered and folded over making it look like I had back rolls when it laid flat when I originally brought it home. They did fix the chest though. Fitting 4 I come back and the lady from fitting 3 actually ruined my dress. I have holes the size of quarters in the front of my dress in the tulle. And the waist looked even worse. It looked my back and hips were eating the dress. Well to fix this, they're doing it the very same way they said they couldn't do it when the dress was hemmed. And I have giant holes in the front of the dress. They weren't even going to tell us. We saw them right away, and I started crying. One of the girls who worked there stopped, looked and stared at me while I was crying and walked away. Whoever was in charge while we were there, her attitude was "oh sorry. Mistakes happen. That girl got fired though." and then that girl "who was fired" walked by to work on someone else's dress. She said she's going to fix it, and I was going to wait until I get my dress to start writing bad reviews. But at this point I'm looking for a backup dress because every time I go in it gets worse. I'm not holding my breath and I'm heartbroken they ruined my dress and the only thing they've offered to do with 33 days left until my wedding is say sorry. Sorry doesn't look good going down the aisle. Stay away at least from the alterations. They're a bunch of liars and have no idea what they're doing.

I had a great experience at Piera's! Found my perfect dress there and the service was great there! My only hesitation is that I felt the alterations were a bit over priced. However they got my dress to fit me perfectly so I can't really complain! Very glad I purchased from Piera's!

A BRIDES DREAM. This shop is amazing. From the moment I walked in until the moment I picked up my altered dress, this experience was the ultimate perfection. From the owner, Piera, assisting in my fitting, to the amazing seamstress who was a perfectionist, to Kim who helped me become a beautiful bride; they all played key roles in the ultimate bridal experience. The shop is so warm and full of unique dresses. I am an out of town bride and never felt stressed at any moment. I read all the wonderful reviews of this shop. In those a found an extremely small amount of bad experiences other people mentioned. After my experience with Piera's I feel that those individuals who had a negative experience would probably have a negative experience anywhere they went . Piera's was perfect. I had such a wonderful experience finding and then purchasing my dress from Piera's. This was my second stop after having two not so good experiences at previous bridal salons. I knew as soon as I walked in this was the place I would say yes to the dress. Both Piera grandmother and granddaughter were unbelievably amazing and attentive and gave such great suggestions, as well as the rest of the girls and seamstress. Their selections of dresses were breathtaking and not cheaply made, like my previous experiences. I felt comfortable the moment we walked in, NOT rushed, not pressured, everything a bride should feel on such a special day. I can't say enough good things about them and I am so excited to wear my dress in 6 weeks! Highly highly recommended.

After going to many bridal stores and trying on countless dresses, I went to Piera's Bridal and found my dream dress! The store has a wide selection of styles from traditional to modern to accommodate all brides. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My alterations were done perfectly as well. I also purchased my veil and headpiece from Piera's, which matched my dress perfectly. I highly recommend this store if your looking for great customer service and beautiful dresses!

The salon staff was great. The alteration staff were awful. If you buy your dress from the salon, go elsewhere for alterations. I went for my first fitting and when I came back for the second (which they called final) they took too much in, wasn't ready when I got there, charged me to sew the belt on and it was tacked on. Snags everywhere from mishandling. Requested the top be fixed so breasts were not exposed, lady said my breasts sagged. Exteremly rude. When I addressed the issues they were very rude. Had to come back again, still was wrong. Belt was falling off. Came back again and they asked why I was there after they asked me to come back in two hours. Worst alterations ever. We came in to pick my dress up and another lady was there. The lady that did my dress did hers. She told the lady she looked great. The dress was baggy and crooked in the back. Stay away from this place.

The service at Pieras was OUTSTANDING, their selection was awesome and every single person that works there makes you feel like family!!! My amazing consultant Flavia helped me find my dream dress, and the owner of the company Piera herself came out to hug me, tell me how beautiful I looked, and congratulate me on finding my dress! I was not planning on going here, but I have heard of three other people getting there wedding dresses from here. Piera helped me pick out my dress and she had excellent customer service! Overall the bridal fitting, selection of dresses, and customer service was excellent. I would recommend EVERYONE here. Also, I did find "the" dress here!!!!

My daughter got her wedding dress at Piera's. She did a lot of research before we started shopping and didn't need to look at any other shops for a dress. My daughter chose a dress with quite a bit of beading but it was still within our budget. The sample fit her very well and we ordered the same size. My daughter is pretty tall and we were told that they usually order extra length for someone her height but we said no to that since the sample was plenty long. The dress came in a little earlier than we were originally told and it was in great condition. It fit perfectly so the only alterations were having cups sown in, taking some of the length off and the bustle. They did a great job with that and I thought the price for alterations was fair. The bustle was easy to do. I've seen brides with their dresses dragging half way through the reception because their bustles failed but this one held up all night. I had my own dress custom made when I got married years ago, so this was my first ever experience with a bridal shop. I have heard so many bridal shop horror stories over the years that I had a lot of anxiety about my daughter's dress. Our experience with Piera's was a good one and I would recommend the shop to others.

The consultant that worked with me to find my dress was very helpful and actually suggested me trying the dress that I ended up buying. My mother and bridesmaids also bought dresses from Piera's. My dress was altered at their alterations shop just around the corner and turned out perfectly. My mother ended up having some last minute problems with her dress 2 days before the wedding and the wonderful alterations ladies quickly and calmly handled the problem. They even stayed late and worked on the the dress while we waited so that we wouldn't have to come back.

For years I would drive past this beautiful storefront in hopes that one day I would have the opportunity to shop for my very own wedding dress for my big day! Well luckily for me that day came last year and I finally could call the store I had been admiring for years and make an appointment to try on dresses. When I got to the store I was immediately greeted by the sales associate, and was asked what I was looking for. I had done some research in bridal magazines and on Pinterest, but I still did not know exactly what I wanted for my dress. She started pulling different dresses for me and asked what I liked or possibly did not like about each one. We narrowed my selections down to about 6 dresses and proceeded to go back to the fitting rooms. I tried on a few, but I was still not convinced that I had found the dress I envisioned myself walking down the aisle in. However, then came the 5th dress. I was immediately filled with so much happiness and excitement when I put it on and knew that I had found the one. I went out to the large mirrored area and that just made it even more abundantly clear that I had found it! Piera came over and asked if I was ready to say “yes to the dress”, and I was able to get out a yes through all of the happy tears. While I was sad that I did not have to go to any more stores and try on a bunch of dresses, I know that I had found the perfect one because of the knowledge and experience of the staff. They were just as knowledgable when it came to their wonderful seamstresses, and knew exactly what they had to do to tackle my somewhat difficult bustle. I would recomment Piera’s Bridal Couture to anyone getting married, and am so glad that I did not go anywhere else!

Piera is such an amazing woman. Anytime we had a problem with anything or needed additional alterations she took care of it. I looked at multiple dress shops and I'm pretty picky. The only two dresses I actually like we're from her shop. My bridesmaids got their dresses there also and they looked absolutely gorgeous. They were also a very reasonable price considering they were long dresses. My mom also got her dress there too it was gorgeous . We were very happy thank you so much!!

WONDERFUL STAFF AND SERVICE! In May of 2014 I went to Piera's and it was my very first time shopping for a wedding dress. An my ONLY time. The store was obviously busy but Piera and her staff we so friendly and accommodating during my appointment and helped to make the experience truly wonderful and special. They were so awesome, Piera especially, that my mother would go nowhere else to purchase her Mother of the Bride dress!

They are the biggest scammers!!!! Once they have your deposits, they will try to scam you into paying more. They are all fake in the beginning and turn into money hungry animals. The old lady Piera is losing her mind completly! She will promise you one thing and the next time you see her she won't even remember what she said. Heck, she won't even remember you!! I would suggest going elsewhere! Save your money and your peace of mind!

Pieras seemed to be amazing at first, then we started running into some issues. They had "forgotten" to do certain things to my dress for my fitting, on my last fitting i ended up having to go back later that day because they forgot to finish what they were supposed to. The way it seemed to my mom and I was that I was important at first until it came time for my dress to be done and they had their money and didnt seem to care if I was as happy. My dress was amazing and at first I loved it there, just until we started the fittings.

Piera and her staff are lovely, caring, understanding, professional women! Not only do they know their dresses, but they know what will look best on you and how to make that dress look amazing on your wedding day. After purchasing a gown I hated, I went to Piera's with just 5 months till me wedding. I found a gown that I never would have thought I would wear but LOVED. Everyone at the wedding commented on what a beautiful dress it was. Every time I went in to Piera's I saw some new fabulous dresses on other girls trying them on. They have all the latest dresses from top designers and every dress is just lovely. You will have a hard time deciding but will have no problem finding a dress of your dreams here. Piera is also always in the shop to oversee alterations, choices, etc. Piera's girls do anything they can to make sure you are feeling great in the dress you choose and the alterations girls do an excellent job. I loved my experience here and hope to go back for cocktail dresses in the future!

Piera's Bridal is just fabulous !!! I am the mother of the groom and the moment I walked into this establishment I was approached by very professional women who made me their top priority. Their expert advice helped me find a beautiful dress that fit me perfect. I had nothing but complements. These women also found a beautiful dress for my mother. I absolutely loved everything about Piera’s Bridal Couture. The ENTIRE staff is friendly and professional and they make you feel so comfortable the moment you walk through the door; they are not pushy (unlike other places I went) and they are helpful and honest. I purchased my Eve of Milady wedding dress from Piera’s Bridal Couture and I have absolutely no regrets about my decision. I would recommend Piera’s to any bride who is looking for a large selection of elegant/gorgeous wedding dresses and a friendly and professional atmosphere to shop in.

I absolutely love the ladies at Piera's. I wanted a Jason Alexander dress that was a little older. Piera was able to order it for me and even price matched the gown at a lower price. I am a pretty petite bride which meant I needed tons of alterations. My dress fit amazingly. I owe it all to Piera!!! They made my wedding day a dream come true!!!

When I first went to Piera's all the staff seemed really nice. They were so helpful in trying to come up with a dress that I loved. I finally found two dresses that I liked bits and pieces from, and they told me they could order one dress and order the appliques from another dress and combine them to make a custom dress. They were so willing to work with to get what I wanted! Because of the customer service, we decided to order the flower girl dress and the bridesmaid dresses from there as well (even though they didn't even carry the bridesmaids dresses in the store...just the designer.) Then it all went downhill. As soon as they got our money, it was horrible! Every single thing we ordered came in wrong!! Two weeks after we ordered the flower girl dress, they called and said we couldn't order it any more and had to come pick out a new one. Then, when my wedding dress came in, it came in a size smaller than we ordered so it didn't fit....then they blamed me for gaining weight (which I didn't). They said the best they could do was order a dress 3 sizes too big and take it it, but it would only get there a month before my wedding. So that's what we did. In the meantime, the bridesmaid dresses came in...wrong! We order them all in short length, and then ordered extra fabric to use for the flower girl. They all came in long, and then they accused us of telling them we wanted long and have them cut it....why would we have ordered extra fabric then??? Finally, my way-to-big wedding dress came in, and I had my first fitting. Two weeks later I came back to have them put the appliques on that we ordered at the beginning. (This was May 1 and my wedding was May 24. ) They pulled out the appliques, and there was only 6 small ones. These were supposed to cover most of the front and back of the dress. They only ordered 6! We asked where the rest were and they said this was it. Then they blamed us saying we should have known they didn't order more based on the price we paid. They also said I told them I wanted a corset back, even though it said right on my form "NO CORSET". Then they blamed me again for the bridesmaid dresses coming in long. They told us they MIGHT be able to get more of the appliques in time but they had to contact China (only by email because apparently there are no phones in China according to them). We waited another week and they still had no answers. My wedding is in two weeks by this time. We ended up picking up the dress from the store and finding another seamstress (spending $700 more) to get my dress how I wanted. The customer service in that store was horrible, they take your money and then don't care, and then they will never NEVER take the blame for any of their mistakes. And they had way too many mistakes . Don't go here! Spend your money where people actually care about helping you!

I love Piera's Bridal! I went to at least 7-10 stores looking for a dress. Half of them I walked out of without even trying anything on. The gowns at Piera's are elegant and high quality, unlike many other salons that only had gaudy, cheap looking dresses. Piera's has simple dresses and over the top dresses to satisfy every customer. I dealt with 5 or more employees throughout the process, and each one was incredibly helpful and friendly. They even steamed a veil for me that I did not purchase at the store. They are terrific!

My dress was meant for a winter wedding. Everyone loved it! The ladies at Piera's were so accommodating and helpful each time I went to the store (which was a lot). We loved the atmosphere so much that I had my bridesmaids get their dresses there. My mother also got her dress for the wedding there too. We all looked beautiful!

I was so pleased to find my dress at Piera's Bridal--overall, I felt very welcomed and not rushed. I had an idea of what I wanted, but difficulty articulating it--that was no problem for the staff as they picked right up on it and pulled dresses that were all beautiful. I ended up liking all them, but the clear winner was a dress that embodied everything I was looking for, and unlike any other dress I had seen previously. Even at the wedding, many guests asked "Where did you get that dress?!" They carry dresses in a wide range of cost and there are no shortage of beautiful dresses for any budget. A word of advice though--try to schedule an appointment during the day when there is least likely to be other customers--the shop is small and gets crowded with fluffy dresses pretty easily!

the women selling you the dress have no sewing skills and lie about how the dress can be busselled. the seamstresses are rude, cant explain what they are doing, make rude comments under their breath. and if they don't like what you want they change it to what they like. they do not contact you before they make changes and do nothing to make the job easy in choosing the dress.

These people are amazing! I was completely indecisive when it came to my wedding dress and they were all very patient with me and understanding. Thank you so much to Piera, Nella, and all the girls over at Priera's Bridal Couture!

Everyone at Piera's was so great to work with. They are very friendly and did such a great job finding my perfect dress. They were very patient and very helpful. It was such a pleasure whenever I had to go back there for fittings. I would highly recommend this bridal shop!

I would not change a single thing about my dress! Shopping there was great, the staff listened to me about what I wanted and my price range. The dress was finished earlier then they thought. It was very easy to make appointments. In the end I would go back a million times and get the same dress.

My flower girl fell in love with her dress at Piera's Bridal. She is a tom girl, but she found the best simply elegant with a touch of bling dress at Piera's. They treated her like she was a little bride and gave her all the attention they did any of their other clients.

I was amazed @ the selection &amp; variety that Piera's carried. The dress I chose was beyond beautiful &amp; also was on the show "Say Yes! to the Dress" I was overly impressed with the staff &amp; how courteous they were &amp; also how caring they were as well. The owner worked hands on with my mother &amp; I to make the dress amazing!!

They helped us work with our strict budget and I got My dream dress an veil, for less than the dress alone cost! True Italian hospitality! They have beautiful unique hand selected gowns!

My dress was lovely and all turned out okay but the bridesmaid dresses were not altered well at all, in fact some of the dresses did not get altered at all and we still had to pay for it. We had to do our own alterations in the room. So needless to say I have not been refunded for theirs at all. The store is okay but I think once there is enough for me.

In high school I purchased a prom dress at Piera's and had a good experience so I wanted to see what they had for bridal gowns. I had an idea of what I wanted and saw they carried Justin Alexander dresses. I worked with Kim and she helped pick out several gowns to try on. Once I tried on "the one" everyone in the salon gushed over how beautiful I looked; I knew I had found my dress. They made it quite easy. My bridesmaids ordered their dresses at Piera's, too. The ladies were able to help my girls order the best sizes; my matron of honor was going to be 36 weeks pregnant at my wedding and they did a pretty good job at knowing what size to select. My MOH and I can both agree that we wish Piera's would have ordered a larger size (and I would recommend this for all pregnant bridesmaids) for a less-stressful experience; whether it would fit or not. My alterations were a bit expensive but knowing that they are the best at what they do made it alright. I would DEFINITELY go back to Piera's for future dress purchases. Their friendly, knowledgable staff made it a pleasant experience.

My wedding dress was simply gorgeous. In fact, it's the only dress I ever put on. I ended up dressing all of the females in my wedding party at Piera's. The customer service is amazing, and Piera herself is always there to offer a kind word.

I went to this salon looking for everyone's dresses but my own (which is by a designer they do not carry) and even though I and others found what we were looking for else where, for the most part, I still ordered the flower girl's dress here at Piera's. Most of my experiences here were great and until two weeks ago I would raved about this place. Then the flower girl dress arrived. It was white instead of ivory with a white belt instead of a blue. They purchased a narrow satin ribbon and tried to pass that off as their attempt to correct the issue with the satin sash. They claimed we asked for the white. The flower girl wore, at the time, a size 8 in her clothing, she measured in between sizes and we asked that they order a 10. They ordered a 6. Fine, mistakes happen. What makes me so angry is that they recoded everything in pencil, so the owner disappears in back after my FG has on this tiny dress and comes back out several minutes later to "prove" that the FG measured a 6 and we signed for it. I am foolish for not noticing this in the beginning but here is where the story gets great. With my 6 year old FG standing next to me and my aunt the OWNER tells us, "This kind of thing happens, little girls get fatter at this age. She got fat and we will try to let it out." The dress was ordered so small it can't be let out enough, it is now discontinued, they let it out without our consent and want to charge us for the alteration AND I have 6 year old that refuses to go back to the salon and keeps apologizing to me for "not fitting in the dress" and telling me how fat she is. Who calls any one fat, let alone in the trial business and a child, really? Language barrier? Possibly. The other sales people were very friendly and helpful, at least until I had a complaint, then they were not able to handle themselves as well. The selection here seems good but there are better salons in the area with the same brands.

They had so many gorgeous dresses to try on and order. The lady who helped me, was very nice and extremely helpful. I loved my dress and my bridesmaid dresses!!
