Pierre's Bridal, Prom and Tuxedo

I LOVED my experience at Pierre’s Bridal so much that I left my second appointment early to come back to buy my dress! My friend recommended this shop because it’s where she purchased her wedding dress years ago. I went into the whole experience not even knowing what I wanted, but I could definitely tell you what I didn’t want for my dress. Jenna was SO patient with me and so encouraging. I truly enjoyed getting to spend the day my mom, grandma and friends, and Jenna (of course!). Jenna helped me try on about 20ish different dresses. I felt like Jenna listened to me and helped build my confidence and excitement for my wedding day. When I went to my second appointment, my experience there was nothing compared to Pierre’s, where I felt heard, comfortable, and of course where I fell in love with a dress. Thank you Jenna and Sarah for making a day that I sort of dreaded to a day that I will always remember. I’m forever grateful for your kindness!

I had a wonderful experience here. All the staff was so warm and friendly, and I didn't feel rushed or like I was just a sale to my attendant. I was given individual attention, and LOVED the experience I had. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a wedding dress in the Lansing area.

We visited Pierre’s this past weekend and had an amazing experience. The shop was so cute and clean inside. I had 6 bridesmaids come in and try on multiple different dresses for my wedding. Jenna was AMAZING. She helped everyone - from running back and forth to find new dresses to try on, clipping the dresses on us, and helping everyone get them off, all the way to check out. She was so encouraging and helped everyone find a dress they were confident in. It was awesome to be able to book the space out in advance, everyone felt very comfortable. They also answered all of my questions about tuxedos for the groomsmen as well! We had an amazing experience.

I cannot recommend Pierre’s Bridal enough! Besides my wedding dress, they helped us with EVERYTHING else for our wedding! They are friendly, trustworthy and so easy to work with! Having a “one stop shop” for all our wedding party attire made the process so much easier and less stressful. I was even able to get my dress cleaned/preserved through them and I can’t wait to get it back!! If you’re planning a wedding, or just need a nice dress for special events, this is the place to go!

Love love love this shop!! Sarah was amazing at helping me pick put my wedding dress. They have a huge collection, and the whole process from setting up and appoint to pick up was amazing. We did end up renting my husband's suit from here because it was one of the only places in the Lansing area that had a burgundy suit available!

The staff is amazing, they made everyone feel comfortable and were very helpful.

My daughter just purchased her wedding dress and yesterday I ordered a mother of the bride dress. They treated us very well. We are both plus sized and felt like we were very welcomed. They are polite and kind and had great suggestions and advice. Very pleased with the whole experience!

I was nervous going in there but everyone is so friendly. I tried on so many dresses to find a style I like and they had no problems helping me find what I was looking for. We came in way under budget which is a huge plus!

I visited Pierre's with one of my bridesmaids to find her dress, and we had the best time! We worked with Tessa, who was so kind and helpful. She even got married on the same day last year that I'm getting married this year which I thought was so cool lol. I highly recommend going here for your dress needs, it's the cutest little bridal shop in my hometown :)

I went to Pierre’s Bridal for my wedding dress. I had Tessa as a consultant and she and the other staff went exceptional. They were conscious of my price point and always kept my style in mind. I had a group of 8 and they made everyone feel welcomed. I had an amazing experience and said yes to my dress there. I highly recommend this boutique and Tessa. I will always remember this day and how beautiful she made me feel.

I had a wonderful experience at Pierre's Bridal. It was the only store I went to looking for the perfect wedding dress and I found the one!! The girls who work there were amazing and so helpful and knew exactly which dresses to pull. Management was very friendly as well. I would highly recommend going to Pierre's first before any other stores for a one-on-one experience where you feel extremely welcomed along with any guests.

I said yes to the dress this past weekend and couldn’t have had a better experience with Pierre’s Bridal! I was in Saturday for my very first ever dress shopping experience and it topped the other two places I went to after. The dresses were beautiful and Tessa was amazing at helping me. After a full day of dress shopping, I knew I had to go back and returned on Sunday to purchase my dress. I was assisted by another woman on Sunday (can’t remember her name) and she was fantastic as well! The boutique was smaller than the other two places I went to, but so much more personable and made the dress buying experience feel like they really cared about helping me find a dress and not just another sale. I would highly recommend them!!

I first shopped at Pierre's for my son's wedding in June. I had such an amazing experience, I felt like a bride. The young lady helping us was so friendly and very honest with her opinion - which I loved. Came back again for m second son's wedding. The prices are reasonable and they have quite an collection to choose from. Would definitely recommend shopping here.

I got my Mother of the Bride dress at Pierre's and it was such a wonderful experience! Great selection of dresses and very knowledgeable, fun, friendly and helpful staff! I enjoyed the experience at Pierre's and can't say enough about it!

They helped me find the right dress! Very professional and kind! Kept the secret that my mom had paid off my dress! Service was amazing, pulled out dresses they thought would look good based on what I had first chosen. Found the perfect veil! I would recommend them always!

Sara was our dress specialist. She made my Bridesmaids and I feel extremely welcome almost like we were old friends. They had a great selection of dresses and in all sizes. Their prices are some of the best we seen and the shop is extremely clean. We will be going back for the men’s tuxes. You can beat their styles and prices.

I was shopping for a Mother of the Bride dress. They had a larger selection than I anticipated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Did not pressure me to make a decision that day. I’m still not sure which dress I want, but this shop is definitely on my list.

This bridal boutique is a 10/10!! Sarah and Sami were a pleasure to work with. They were very knowledgeable about their selection, how different dresses fit and were able to read the situation very well. They both could answer any questions I had about ordering, measurements etc. I booked their new VIP appointment and would definitely recommend it to anyone. It was awesome having the boutique to ourselves and all the fun little add on’s it includes. Pierre’s Bridal is an awesome place!

As soon as I arrived, Sarah was there to greet me with an enthusiastic, bright, beaming personality, truly aimed to be my hype girl for the day! I honestly was not expecting this appointment to go well do to a plethora of reviews being grumpy about having to take off your shoes and then on their website stating no pictures allowed. I was fully expecting the employees to be snotty and very harsh on all the rules making the experience a debby-downer kind of day. But that is the OPPOSITE of what I experienced. Yes, you have to take off your shoes, and yes, no pictures are allowed (until you say yes to the dress) however, the entire staff was friendly and really helpful and strive to help me find my dress! No one was pushy and no one tried to force me to buy anything. It was purely up to me and my choice and I love that! My mom is also handicapped and in a wheel chair and they strived to make her feel welcome and comfortable as well, which is HUGE! (No she didn't have to take off her wheels, but they wiped them down for her before she could get far into the store). I did end up finding my dream dress here and I am so happy I said yes to the dress! You get a goody bag and a discount if you choose your dress upon your first appointment. The 4 stars is only because the space is small and there wasn't a lot of room to see the dress or walk around in it. I also was not a fan of paying to have an appointment.

I had an excellent experience with Pierre’s, especially with my stylist Sarah. I booked an appointment for a larger group (I had 5 bridesmaids and my mom with me) and they accommodated us all very well. It was our last stop of the day and at that point we were not sure I would decide on a dress that day, but after being able to pick out so many different styles from their stock to try on, I ended up finding the perfect dress for me! Sarah was so helpful and friendly. She made sure to keep my budget in mind and warned me if we had selected any options beyond my price range, which I really appreciated. She also went out of her way to demonstrate changes I could make to any details of the dresses that I didn’t like as much. I would highly recommend this shop.

We rented tuxes for our entire groomsparty, including one groomswoman and had a great experience. Everything fit great, and Pierre's was very accommodating in taking measurements from several groomsmen who were not local (one even lived internationally). Easy process for both pickup and return and very affordable.

It was a great place to rent the tux for my niece's/granddaughter's wedding! They were very easy to work with and very personable!

I got my dress at Pierre’s, I had another wedding dress shop I had wanted to go to for a while. We went to both, and Pierre’s was SO much better overall. Pierre's is by far the BEST place to go for all of your wedding needs! I got my gown, and the all the suits for the guys too! From my very first appointment, till the last, they were always amazing, listened to my needs and concerns, and handled everything. Margo, their seamstress is also AMAZING. I was so nervous about my dress being altered, and couldn't for the life of me imagine how she was going to do what needed to be done. My gown has sleeves, but they were too tight. Then I had too much material on the side of the chest area. She added material and made the sleeves fit PERFECTLY, adjusted the chest area so it held my girls up beautifully, and the length of the dress was hemmed perfect! Thank ALL of you so much! I will always recommend pierres!

If you decide to get your wedding dress here - do not use their seamstress for alterations. She cut my dress too short, crooked, and left multiple stains on it. The store's solution was to get a stain stick and wear a shorter shoe. Thank god I had wedding insurance through travelers and they helped me recover a small portion of my loss because they left me with no wedding dress less than 20 days before the wedding. I don't want anyone else to have to go through that kind of stress, it was horrible, I was so upset. I had to rush order a new dress and it cost me a fortune.

I have been doing business with Pierre since 2008. The staff have always been very professional and personal able. My recent experience with them was ordering a tuxedo and items for my daughter's out of town wedding. they worked very hard, with suggestions and ideals to meet my daughter's requirements. it only took one visit for the tux and one and another to select items for the bride. thank you, you all are the best!

I had no idea what I wanted for my wedding dress, but I did know exactly what I didn't want. The ladies were super helpful in figuring out what I did want from there. I tried on about 12 dresses and then I finally found my dress! I had a great experience and felt super comfortable the whole time. I will definitely be sending the guys over there for their tux's!

I was shopping for mother of the groom dress and my guests and I had a very nice time. We were there with another bridal party and they were so much fun. And my dress is beautiful! Very nice experience.
