sional, so I was a little nervous when I experienced this myself. But, he is an absolute genius when it came to the day-of. The food was amazing, decor was absolutely beautiful, he made sure that my husband and I got to eat, he was so polite to all of the guests and so accommodating. He also had a ton of things to choose from in his warehouse in terms of rentals, and he let me choose exactly what I wanted, he just went along with it all (even my crazy requests). My only regret is not taking him up on his offer to also double as my day-of coordinator, because he would have been so much better (and cheaper) than the woman I hired. I could not recommend Pierre enough, it was for sure the best vendor decision I made for my wedding day.

above and beyond our expectations. He is a one stop shop- we were able to get all our rentals and catering from him with a reasonable price. We had buffet style dinning and one of my concerns was the look of the buffet. Pierre literally said "darling, you don't have to worry" and he was right. Everything was beautiful. E, JASON, AND THEIR TEAM! Let me get the important stuff out of the way first: THE FOOD. The food looks gorgeous and tastes delicious. From the minute our Hors d'oeuvres came out people were blown away by the presentation and came to find out they were delicious. A few of our guests may have stalked a few of the waiters for the coconut shrimp. When it came to the buffet, everyone loved the food. The filet rosemary and stuffed chicken were cooked to perfection. The side dishes were so well made and admired. The presentation of the buffet was simply beautiful and professionally decorated and also complemented the food. THEIR FOOD WAS SO GOOD, THE NEXT DAY THE GUESTS STAYING AT OUR HOTEL VISITED OUR SUITE TO EAT SOME OF OUR LEFTOVERS! The set-up of the dining room was breathtaking! Our beachside venue was accentuated with gorgeous white draped tables and colorful linens provided by Pierre. All of the rentals, tableware, linens, and decorations are owned by the company and they really made our wedding look wonderful. After an initial meeting with Pierre, you may find him eccentric and charming and this is because the man is an artist. You can see it with his food, you can see it with his decor, and you can see it with his work. Service with Pierre’s is first class. Everyone on staff was very attentive to our guests. They served, set up, and cleaned up with a smile and accommodated everyone. Jason, who was both in charge and our coordinator, took care of me and my bride and made sure we were set on food, drinks, and anything we needed. Jason was the MVP of the night for sure. The staff was even kind enough to seek out our bridal party during our photoshoot to make sure they were good with Hors d’oeuvres and drinks. The staff went above and beyond! Overall, Pierre’s Catering Company is the only choice for your event. We would not have been able to have our dream wedding without them and they will always be remembered as an important part of our very important day.

eason for this 5-star review is the service. I learned quickly how stressful wedding planning can be and Pierre takes a lot of that off your plate, pun intended. His food comes with all the tables, linens, glasses and silverware which his crew set up and cleaned up perfectly. Basically, once I signed the checks, Pierre did the rest, allowing me and my wife to just enjoy our wedding day. During our final walkthrough before the reception, my Mom asked Pierre how much it would cost to rent some tables for the rehearsal dinner the day before at her house, and Pierre rented them all to her for free. If you want good food, at a good price and with zero stress, I'd go with Pierre.
