DON'T TRUST PIERSON'S WITH YOUR PHONE ORDER.
I've been buying flowers long distance from Pierson's for my 88 yr old mom for the past seven years, but no more. This past Saturday t...
hey delivered a Mother's Day bouquet that was so devoid of color that my dad returned it for a replacement.
This is particularly disappointing because the girl who took my order assured me that they would take good care of me, and my mom. NOT!
I felt bad for them after their store was flooded in the big Cedar River flood years ago. Plus, I always try to buy from local small businesses, but I don't do business with people I can't trust. And I can no longer trust Pierson's. It's time to find a new Cedar Rapids florist.
We ordered all of our wedding party flowers from Pierson's. They turned out to be very beautiful. I did not research other florist's in the area, but some of the items we ordered (...
corsages, boutonniere's, etc) seemed a little pricey.
The flowers were amazing! Exactly what I wanted! Easy to work with staff
Turned out great.
Very reasonable cost, flowers were going to be delivered!
I got my bouqet at Pierson's, and it was beautiful! Just like the picture! My only small disappointment was that the roses looked a little old, but it was still beautiful!

verything...My bouquet was turning brown and all the men's flowers and my girls's were disgusting brown...and on top of all that I ordered 2 bags of rose petels....they TOLD me the bags would me enough to decorate ALL of my reception tables....yeah not even close...the bags were tiny and the petels were dead..not even brown they were dead....I WILL NEVER EVER recommend them to anyone!!!
Rolly was nice and gave great suggestions, but we asked to have him make a mock bouquet and never got one.
The main problem was that we received the wrong boutonnieres. He got ...
the groom's and best man's right, but all the grooms men's boutonnieres matched our parents flowers. We called right away and he said that he would send out new ones and we never received them.
The arrangements and bouquets were beautiful but the service wasn't the greatest.
