We could not have been happier with our catering choice. We were going for Nashville chic, and we wanted to serve the best BBQ around. John - the owner of Pig and Pie - worked wi...th us directly and "got" exactly what we were looking for . He has been in the business for years and has a real passion for his work, and it shows. He is professional, he communicates well, he is skilled, and also warm and friendly. We met with him about a year before the event and got to taste some of the yummy options. We came up with a tentative menu, and he gave us a very fair quote. About a month before the event, we finalized the menu and cost - extremely reasonable for high quality food. John worked well not only with us but also with our wedding coordinator, the venue, and the other vendors. The buffet table was set up and taken down quietly and efficiently despite the one-room event space. John stayed with his staff for the full event and provided excellent service in addition to delicious food. Even the Nashville natives thought the BBQ was amazing. He was such a welcomed presence that he felt like one of the guests.
Bottom Line: Pig and Pie is a great choice: Great communication, highly professional while at the same time causal and friendly, providing excellent food and service.
