We had Tom, Jim and the rest of the awesome crew from Pig Tails BBQ at our June wedding at Esser Estates Blue Hound Farm in Lewisberry, PA. The BBQ was delicious, and the service spectacular. We had some special requests and they were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. They even agreed to help with desert and made our ice cream sundae bar perfect. Tom was always available to chat during the lead up to the big day, and when we wanted to add Chicken to the BBQ Pork & Brisket, he made it happen with ease. I really cannot say enough good things about them and highly recommend them for your next event.

The food was amazing from pigtails. The service was great and they had a very nice setup for everything. Not going to lie, when we hired them it came with the idea that the food would be awesome, but we may need to jazz up how they present the food, and they proved us wrong. The food was amazing, the presentation was perfect, and they even fed us a little snack while we were getting ready and hanging out in the grooms suite. I recommend pigtails to anyone who wants a bbq style dinner.
