We hosted our wedding reception/wedding weekend at the Pilgrim House Inn this past September. To say that we are eternally grateful to the amazing staff at the Pilgrim House would be an understatement. Our wedding weekend was the most perfect weekend of our lives. Three months later, our guests are still raving about the incredible hospitality of the entire Pilgrim House staff.
Working with David, the events coordinator for the PH, was such a positive experience. He took so much of the stress out of planning. David delivered on every detail (small and large) that he had promised and was able to work within our modest budget. Our ceremony took place on the beach off-site, and David followed us down there just to make sure everything went smoothly. And when one of our dresses snagged on something and ripped, David was there with a pair of scissors to fix it. It was small details like that, infused throughout the weekend, that made all the difference.
To sum up our experience with the rest of the Pilgrim House staff, they treated each of our closest friends and family like they were their own and went out of their way to accommodate every request. In retrospect, out of all the details of our wedding weekend, that is the most important one.
Special mentions go to the head chef and the kitchen staff, as our wedding meal was delicious and received numerous compliments; to our bartenders Bill and Mackenzie who were crowd favorites and even went out of their way to whip up fun concoctions for the kids; and again to Mackenzie, whose Sunday Service Drag Brunch the next morning was a highlight of the whole weekend for us and many of our guests (especially Bella).
Thank you, Pilgrim House, for everything. We are truly grateful.

Sage offered the perfect venue for our small, mid-day wedding of 14 people. The room was elegant, the food and drink was gourmet class and the service was top tier. We held our ceremony and reception in the Gallery Room upstairs which had a vaulted ceiling with sky lights, lighting was perfect for photography, and created a glorious feel for our ceremony. (I was glad we chose to host indoors instead of their outdoor garden room for the controlled lighting and the air conditioning, we took photos indoors and later by their garden wall). David, the event planner worked with me entirely by email and then phone. He was very receptive, provided excellent referrals for a photographer, Dan McKeon, florist, Wildflower, and the cake baker, Alaina, the chef 's wife. Their chef Lucio, created an extraordinarily delicious meal from my hand picked assemblage of their menu offerings, and Rasa , their bartender created a custom exotic non-alcoholic drink for our toast. The serving staff, Max and Tom were also very personable and shared in our joyous day while making things flow effortlessly, serving, adjusting A/C, and adjusting our bluetooth speaker music volume as we progressed through the day's program. I highly recommend the Gallery room at Sage Inn for small weddings in Provincetown.
