We decided to get married at Pilot Project in Milwaukee because our first date was at Pilot Project in Chicago - regardless of the serendipity, it was one of the BEST decisions we could have made! Pilot Project made everything so easy, and I have absolutely no complaints about my wedding day! The venue itself is so beautiful that if you're like me and do not care much about decor, you barely have to do any! The plant wall, the sunlight - this place is STUNNING and the food is WONDERFUL. All I can say is GET MARRIED HERE!!!
The hospitality team at Pilot Project is exceptional! Each time we went to the brewery after booking our wedding we were treated to a beer or wine on the house. During our 12+ months of planning we worked with several people at Pilot Project and each of the event planners was fantastic. Communication was always timely and professional. The food and beverage were great. I was pleasantly surprised at the dinner quality for a guest count of 190+ and dinner service (buffet style) went surprising quick. We utilized the first floor bar area, the venue which overlooks the Fiserv, and the rooftop for our cocktail hour. We love all the natural light, the large bar (great for serving thirst guests), the plants, and the different seating areas it is an awesome venue for a large wedding. Finally, the event staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. We received tons of compliments about the venue day of the wedding and in the days since.
