A secluded border of mature trees wraps around the entire 10-acre grounds, and a whimsical curved sidewalk connects the parking lot, barn, and wraps around the 2 acre lake. Impressive massive deck right off the grand reception hall. Two stunning get-ready suites for both the bride and groom. Commercial playground, firepit, and dock for easy access for couples and guests. Disc golf course and corn hole to enjoy. Enjoy the rustic elegant barn with oversized jaw-dropping crystal chandeliers and natural woods. This rustic, elegant flair is sure to delight couples and their guests. The get-ready rooms connect to the Barn and Grand Reception Hall by a covered breezeway should it rain on your special day. In addition to weddings, Pin Oak Farms is available for social parties, birthday parties, corporate receptions, banquets, family reunions, class reunions, and proms. We can host up to 250 guests in our Reception Hall.

THE BEST DAY EVER! And the best venue. Windy was top-notch at assisting when plans changed at the last minute due to weather and the land was perfect for handicap accessibility. We would do it all over again here if we could!

No words can express how happy I am that we chose this venue for our wedding. This venue is such a beautiful natural venue and the owners Windy and Ron are so sweet and welcoming. They are very helpful and easy to work with, I told them my vision and they helped make it happen! I highly recommend this venue!!

This by far is the most beautiful Venue for any wedding. My daughter and I saw this Venue for her Wedding, we immediately cancelled other venue visits, as Pin Oak Farms was everything we were looking for. From the luxurious Bridal Suite to the Groom Man Cave., the big lake with a fountain to the dock and Arbors. There were so many choices as to where she would marry, on the grounds. Windy (owner of Pin Oak Farms) is so professional, courteous and really Cares about making the bride and groom live their Dream Wedding. My daughter’s wedding turned out to be the most Romantic and Beautiful event, we have ever experienced.!!!

The venue was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The venue, owner, space, set up, grounds, sitting, lake, playgrounds and everything about the amenities were outstanding. Mrs. Windy was there assisting from beginning to end. My family fell in love with her and she's now apart of our family. We plan to host another event there in 2026. You wouldn’t want to miss them rare gem. It’s totally worth the drive out to Somerville, TN!!!

My family recently hosted a reunion at this venue and it was remarkable! The location offered plenty of space and the grounds were amazing! The owner Windy was very accommodating and went over and beyond to make sure everything turned out spectacular.

If you’re looking for a nice venue for an event, this is a really great place. first off the scenery is beautiful and very elegant owners are such wonderful people made me feel so comfortable as if I’ve known them for a long time! all I can say you won’t be disappointed with this location

The venue and its team were absolutely fantastic, making our event truly memorable. With 150 attendees, the space was perfectly suited for our needs, offering both a beautiful setting and great service. I couldn't be happier with how my wedding day went. It was the most magical, calming venue to have such an important day at. Windy is a beam of light and helped make everything so special. If I could do it all over again, I'd choose Pin Oak Farms a million times over!! The space is already so beautiful and the size of the venue and all of its amenities allowed me to transform it into the wedding of my dreams with the most gorgeous backdrop I could ever imagine. What a dream!

I hosted a wedding shower at this venue. Absolutely beautiful venue! You name it, they got it! The barn is stunning. They have put so much effort into this and with the Lord along side it’s the most scenic beautiful venue near home! Couldn’t be more thankful! They have a playground for the children, beautiful pond and frisbee golf as well for your guest! TONS of room. They got lights, they got speakers it’s perfect!😍

I can't say enough good things about Pin Oak Farms. The location is easily accessible on highway 76, just south of Summerville, Tennessee. The grounds are manicured. The buildings are modern, well appointed, and beautifully maintained. The owners are accommodating and supportive. This is truly a lovely venue for your special event.

Mrs Windy was so nice and professional!! Me and the rest of my family were very happy working with her. The venue is gorgeous too! We absolutely loved it, especially the bride to be! Would definitely recommend and I hope to use her venue again for something else in the future!

The venue owners Windy and her husband are absolutely incredible. Windy was hands on throughout the entire planning process and the rehearsal as well as our wedding day. She is the sweetest most caring person and strives to make sure that your day is nothing but perfect. In the short time of planning of the wedding she became like family. I highly recommend this absolutely gorgeous venue to all newlyweds.

5 stars 5 stars, 5 stars! Our event was not a wedding but an appreciation dinner for my grandmother, which adds versatility and wide range to this beautiful venue and its owner. Mrs. Windy is the Best! Sweet and customer service is amazing! Organized, very helpful with getting everything together for the big day down the smallest details. Don’t get me started on the venue itself!! Beautiful, inside and out. I hope to one day use for my big day! Pin Oaks will definitely be our go to for events and right in our hometown!

No words can express our gratitude for this venue and the owners. Our wedding exceeded my expectations by far and it’s because of how special the owners made us feel and how they went above and beyond for us. The venue is beautiful and has an incredible bride room that looks straight out of a magazine! The grooms room is a perfect place for the “bros” to hang out. The outdoor area is so beautiful as is the inside. Beautiful is the only word to describe this venue. We are so blessed we were able to have our special day here. Windy and Ron made our day even more special, they treat you like family and are so down to earth. We are so thankful for them! I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone. Words can’t express how incredible it is!

Beyond beautiful venue, and hosts. Pictures do not do this place justice, everything is absolutely perfect. Whether you like the rustic, barn feel, or the classy, outdoor ceremony. This place is a MUST. The bridal suite is AMAZING!!! 100/10 recommend.

Hey there! Me and my newly married husband got married at Pin Oak Farms on July, 29,2023 and it was nothing short of amazing. Mrs. Windy and Mr. Ron were very accommodating, prompt, friendly, and so much more! The venue was very clean, well kept, organized, and most of all, BREATH TAKING. So many beautiful views. Such a great experience and day for us 💘 Would highly recommend them for any special occasion! ❣️🫶🏼

Pin Oak is a beautiful barn with high ceilings, and crystal wagon wheel chandelier elegance! The perfect venue for your wedding or any other special event in your life. The lighted pond fountain is a great addition to the grounds. The property is bordered with mature trees that provide privacy. The bridal suite, grooms room, barn & outdoor covered pavilion are all connected by a covered deck. The deck is just one of the perfect spots for photographs to be taken. The owners are kind & so easy to work with! We enjoyed having our wedding & reception at Pin Oak!

Pin Oak Farms wedding venue is absolutely gorgeous! The rustic barn with a huge chandelier is a beautiful touch. The Bridal suite was perfect for me and the ladies in my bridal party to get ready . The Grooms suite has a big tv and a pool table. They have a playground for the kids to play on and our guest loved playing cornhole. The lake with fountain is beautiful and was a perfect backdrop for our photos. Windy was easy to talk to and was very helpful . Thanks Windy for making my day perfect.

This place is amazing! It has a beautiful pond with a fountain that adds a beautiful backdrop to a perfect wedding day! The barn is very clean and the grounds are breathtaking. The kids will love the playground that has two jungle gyms. They have frisbee golf, pickle ball and cornhole for your guests to enjoy. I know my party enjoyed all the amenities this wonderful place has to offer. Ron and Windy Butler are the nicest people and they are dedicated to make your dreams come true at pin oak farms. They’re so easy to work with and will make your day truly special.
