You have no idea how much stress you lifted off my shoulders. Your calm, organization, and attention to detail made my big day flow so smoothly, and I felt completely taken care of every step of the way. Because of you and the incredible team at The Oaks, our wedding day was not only unforgettable for me, but for our entire bridal party and our guests as well. It was truly an honor to have you by our side on such an important day. The Oaks is stunning—inside and out. The atmosphere, the beauty, the experience… all unmatched. If I could do it all over again, I absolutely would, without hesitation. This is an experience that everyone who attended will remember forever. Forever grateful, The Pelichet’s❤️

al. The decorations was stunning. The guest had fun, taking pictures in the Photo Booth. My favorite part of the wedding besides the ceremony, was my son and his sweet bride, first dance. I love the cloud effect that filled the floor as they danced. It was just beautiful!. The staff was easy to work with and made sure everything was perfect. They truly made this a wedding to remember. I can go on and on how amazing this place is. They are truly an award winning venue

am was wonderful to work with throughout the planning process and on the day itself. Everything flowed smoothly, our guests were comfortable, and the venue photographed like a dream. We had so many friends and family comment on how stunning the space was. Our wedding day felt magical from start to finish, and The Oaks played a huge role in making that possible. We are so grateful for the memories made here and would recommend this venue a thousand times over to any couple looking for a truly special place to say “I do.”

d I chose this location. What I didn’t like was the wedding day was a bit chaotic for me. I was initially told no one would enter the venue before the wedding but that they would enter the court yard 30 min prior to start. I got there and tried to have a first look and make sure things were set up like I wanted and guests were indeed inside the building. Every time I came to the oaks for a meeting or even rehearsal we had to knock on the door because it was locked so the fact that guests were inside was confusing. I was told for some reason the door was just open that day. Hmph. I went over all my details before rehearsal and went over them again at rehearsal including all the items I was bringing in. For some reason my audio guestbook phone was never shown to my guests. Few of them used it because they told me they never knew where it was. It was outside where the guests were supposed to be told to use it while they waited that 30 min prior but of course some were in the bldg. I assumed my coordinator would announce as guests were coming in at least that’s what we were told. The Photo Booth was beautiful everyone loved it. My husband does have a distinct and beautiful name. It’s on our paperwork and it was not spelled correctly on our booth photos. So we have memories with not even my husband’s name. That was disappointing. His name is Demarlon not Demarion. Human error yes but still disappointing. Guests noticed before we did. We paid for the services we just wish they were executed a bit better for a once in a lifetime event. Overall we loved the experience, I just hope things go better for the next person who would like to add their own touches without having to go to the venue and do it themselves. Our coordinator told my husband to trust her and I’m sorry I cannot remember her name. He was trying to put things where I wanted as well. I will take responsibility for not getting there sooner but of course things don’t always go to time on wedding day. The food was great the dj was amazing and the signature drinks we picked came out well. Everyone was pleased. Would I choose the oaks for an event in the future, yes. Just wanted you to know how everything went and didn’t.
