I’m genuinely disappointed to be writing this, as this was the venue we truly wanted for our wedding. Unfortunately, since I began communicating with Dawn in February, the experien...ce has been nothing but stressful and frustrating.
Throughout the entire process, there was consistent miscommunication, disorganization, and a lack of professionalism. I was given a quote for a date I was told was available, only to be repeatedly delayed with no clear confirmation. I was assured multiple times that I would have answers “by Friday,” then “next Friday,” and so on, but those updates never came.
Because I was led to believe booking was imminent, I held off on securing other vendors and ultimately lost several preferred options while waiting. Weeks went by with no resolution, leaving me unable to move forward with planning.
If you are looking for a venue that communicates clearly, follows through on commitments, and respects your time, this was not my experience here.
