Located on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, the view makes Brewster's Pinckney Boathouse a popular location for weddings, corporate outings and meetings. The boathouse seats 86 at round tables, or 115 in audience style. Larger events use a tent on adjacent Palazzo Field. The Pinckney Boathouse is more than just a building that houses the school’s crew shells and fleet of 420 racing sailboats. It also serves as an entertainment center for the campus. With its docks on Lake Winnipesaukee, Pinckney Boathouse is the dry-land meeting place for Brewster’s competitive sailing and crew teams as well as its recreational kayaking and canoeing programs.
