Carissa has made the venue selection process seamless. After my future mother in law showed me the venue and touring it I was sure this was our venue! Every question I have had has been answered fast and clearly. My fiancé and I even decided to move our date 4 months earlier than we planned for and there were no issues with changing our date. I’m so grateful for this venue and can’t wait for our big day.
Pine Grove Barn has been amazing in our process of booking them so far!! They have been so kind, accommodating, and helpful, not to mention they are so affordable and offer so much more than other venues! 10/10 recommend!!

Offering a rustic and sophisticated ambiance, Pine Grove Barn in Lake Butler, FL, is a romantic wedding venue. Carissa Emery and Constance Wright are the two sisters behind the company. They wanted to establish a place where couples and their loved ones could unite and celebrate. The barn sits on a whitetail deer preserve called Shadd Farms, which their grandfather founded. He is the one who planted the grand pine trees that surround the barn. With this setting, there will be plenty of opportunities for photos of the festivities.
Pine Grove Barn is an elegant barn with air conditioning for comfort. Spacious and with warm wood tones and a neutral color palette, this venue can accommodate up to 250 guests. It features a catering prep kitchen along with two thoughtfully designed dressing rooms. There are also ADA-accessible bathrooms. Enhancing the venue's idyllic nature, the outdoor porch with ceiling fans helps to provide the barn with another mingling space. This venue also offers several outdoor ceremony settings, including a spot next to a pond.
Pine Grove Barn offers a weekday package and weekend bundles, depending on what you envision for your celebrations. Before the wedding, the team allows couples to use the grounds as the backdrop for their engagement photoshoot. The staff provides tables and chairs and can set up and break down these items for convenience. Couples may use the barn's decor and tablecloths to complete the reception space's look.

Pine Grove Barn is owned and operated by two sisters, Carissa Emery and Constance Wright. Their vision is to create a space for people to gather and celebrate life, love, and family in their hometown of Lake Butler, Florida. Pine Grove Barn is located on Shadd Farms, a scenic whitetail deer preserve that was founded over two decades ago by their grandfather, Lowell Shadd. He planted the majestic pine trees that encircle Pine Grove Barn.
