We had many things change due to covid, but she was flexible and positive about everything! She knew great spots to take pictures and made sure everything ran smoothly. Our wedding was in September, and the view from the reception hall out to the golf course was amazing. In addition, Beth, the wedding coordinator, was so amazing. She was so helpful and so fast. My now husband and I live in Michigan, so we always scheduled our meetings over the weekend, and Beth was so accommodating. Because our wedding was rather large, she even reserved out the Friday before so we had enough time to set up the hall and didn't have to worry about anything the day of. Not only did she make everything perfect for the reception, but she went above and beyond to even work with another vendor to get us runners for the church aisle.

The special events coordinator always returned our calls and emails promptly and was willing to do whatever we needed the day of. The food was amazing, the grounds were the perfect backdrop for our pictures, and everything went off without a hitch. I would book Pine Hills again in a heartbeat! It is a members only club, but you do NOT have to be a member to hold your event here. No hidden fees, super friendly staff-the whole experience with Pine Hills was stress free.
