Not only is Pinecrest BEAUTIFUL, they do a great job! We had about an 80 person wedding, and rented out all the cabins for the whole weekend. Where else can you have all your guests have a summer camp weekend together at your wedding? They accommodated us quickly when the weather turned to rain on the day of, and help us do fun extras like a tea party and a fish fry the next day. & did I mention it's beautiful?

We had our wedding at Pinecrest this year and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you are looking for an intimate, natural, and rustic yet elegant vibe, then this is the perfect wedding venue. The owners and staff are all very nice, helpful and fun. They are also very creative and really helped us to have a beautiful wedding setup. We rented out the whole property and had family and friends stay onsite for the weekend. Everyone really enjoyed the cabins, they were so cozy and comfortable and had so many intentional details. There is also a wood fired sauna that we really enjoyed using for the weekend. The property and lake are scenic and peaceful. Pinecrest is the perfect place for a small wedding or just a nature getaway!

We had an excellent experience working with Madi and Mike at their beautiful venue. The outdoor ceremony on the bluff was very well put together. Mike and Madi had many options available for us to choose from and were very accommodating to achieve what we were looking for in a small and intimate family wedding. They clearly put a lot of work into making our wedding a success and expressed thoughtful attention to detail. Our family really enjoyed their time experiencing the beauty of the UP wilderness. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or a more helpful couple to work with.

Madi and Mike at Pinecrest are absolutely fantastic to work with. Not only do they help you bring your dream to life, they also become your friends along the way. Me and my Husband felt so supported making our decisions, while also leaving alot of artistic decisions to them as they have such an amazing eye for exactly this. Getting married in the dreamy woods would not be quite as magical as I thought it would be without the help of them and their team, and I am so grateful! We still like to come back to Pinecrest to visit, we can never quite stay away, and never will. It's enchanting, and I would get married here again if I could!

If you are looking for a cozy getaway, you need to book this gem in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan- Pinecrest Northwoods. It’s like your home away from home. We had a bachelorette party for one of my girlfriends there, and the owners were wonderful. They even set up a cute cabin for us as her last stop before the "veil" sign. Any questions we had were answered, and we felt so at home. Dogs are allowed, and the facility is really clean. The sauna is original and a great way to relax after a long day of hiking, swimming, or even drinking, hahaha. We loved our stay at Pinecrest, and we are definitely considering another trip during the winter. There's plenty of parking, the view of the lake is impressive, and the lodge that hosts weddings and other events is nice. It’s a very intimate place, and the local bar was quite the place to be! The locals are really nice. Thank you, Mike, and Madi for a great bachelorette glamping trip!
