The elegantly designed Pavilion is a covered outdoor area overlooking the venue’s luscious gardens and orchard, and can comfortably accommodate up to 325 guests. The property’s indoor reception hall is better suited to more intimate gatherings and can facilitate up to 100 attendees. Mahogany paneling, hardwood floors, and romantic lighting help to set the mood in this luxurious event space. Stylish on-site accommodations are located on-site for your convenience. The venue also provides couples suites with separate get-ready rooms, allowing you and your beloved to prepare for your special day with ease.
The expert team at Pinecroft at Crosley Estate offers a variety of services to help make your special day run as smoothly as possible. The venue’s coordination staff can offer event planning services that include vendor management, decor and styling assistance, and floor plan organization. Catering services are provided courtesy of DelightMore. The team is happy to offer a full bar, cake cutting services, and event rentals such as tables, chairs, linens, and more. Event setup and teardown services are also effortlessly managed by the staff here. For your convenience, the venue provides a dedicated shuttle service, safely transporting wedding guests to and from the venue.

As a wedding planner, I cannot praise this venue and their staff highly enough. The professionalism, care, and attention to detail they show for their couples and clients is unmatched. We have experience working with numerous venues so can easily recognize when a venue team goes above and beyond, and the Pinecroft team consistently provides the best culinary and planning experience to both their vendor partners and clients. We love working with Pinecroft, and highly recommend the venue!
From the moment we toured The Pinecroft with Michele, we knew we were in great hands. The team at DelightMore is professional, friendly, and truly amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was everything we dreamed it could be.
The Pinecroft itself is an absolutely stunning venue. I’ve received endless compliments from our guests, who were all blown away by its beauty and charm. Many of them also remarked on how smoothly the day went, which is a testament to the incredible coordination and care from the DelightMore team.
Working with Emylie on design was a dream. The DelightMore team’s detailed and organized planning process broke everything down into manageable steps, making what could have been daunting feel simple and fun. We didn’t even need to hire an external planner because they handled everything, which is especially impressive given that I was an out-of-town bride! They were so accommodating—offering extra design meetings, coordinating directly with our vendors, and even allowing us to take an additional tour when my dad was in town.
One particularly thoughtful touch was their coordination of a special design meeting with my other vendors, Robin Wood Flowers and The Plant Trolley. During this meeting, we reviewed the design for our tent, and it was amazing to watch that group work together to create such a beautiful and cohesive design.
On the wedding day, everything ran perfectly. If anything went wrong, I never knew about it because the DelightMore team had it all under control. They provided breakfast and snacks in the morning, and we were able to get ready at the venue, which made the day so much easier. The flow of events was effortless, and I was able to truly relax and enjoy every moment without worrying about logistics.
The food was absolutely delicious, and they were so thoughtful in accommodating my food allergies and those of my guests. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and they thought of things I never would have considered, ensuring no stone was left unturned. For example, they set aside time during the cocktail hour for my husband and me to unwind for a few minutes and made sure we had the chance to eat some food and try all of our hors d’oeuvres. They even snuck us some cake when I requested it! At the end of the night, they sent us home with our desserts so we could enjoy them later.
What truly sets DelightMore apart is their genuine excitement and care. The team was just as invested in my wedding as I was, and it felt like they were right there with me, helping to make my dreams come true. I even got to see several team members throughout the day, which made it so special to share in the joy of what we’d worked on together.
I had such a great experience that it’s hard to choose which anecdotes to include in this review—I have so many examples of the team being flexible, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making the day perfect.
I am so thankful for this incredible experience and wish this level of care and professionalism for every bride. The Pinecroft and DelightMore made my wedding day unforgettable, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Pinecroft was such a beautiful wedding venue. The team was so helpful leading up to the event, and they executed Flawlessly the day of!! We couldn’t believe the amount of support and people we had the day of our wedding to ensure it ran smoothly without a single hiccup. They had so many small touches that made the experience awesome- from the team who set up our breakfast and lunch, to how they folded the napkins for our reception, to having apps and drinks setup for the bride and groom to make sure we had time to eat, and so much more. Our guests still talk about how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the dinner was! Pinecroft is a charming, elegant venue with an awesome team and the best food. I highly recommend!

Absolutely an amazing place to have a wedding! I got married at Pinecroft in August of 2024 and the day couldn’t have gone better. I had an allergic reaction the morning of my wedding and Pinecroft did anything and everything to make the day perfect. The entire staff was amazing and treated us so well! Everyone had a great time!! I absolutely reccomend Pinecroft or any Delightmore venue!

We had a fantastic wedding at Pinecroft!
The venue itself is clearly beautiful, inside and out, and felt classy and unique. There was plenty of room for an outdoor ceremony, indoor/outdoor cocktail hour, and an indoor reception (this was in a fancy tent structure that feels more like a ballroom than a tent). Across the garden, prep areas (a “man cave” in the basement for the groomsmen and upstairs areas for bridesmaids), and more, there were also a ton of cool, unique-feeling spaces.
More imoortantly, our experience with the Pinecroft/Delightmore team couldn’t have been any better. They were passionate and on top of things from start to finish. Clearly a team that “gets it” and balances professional expertise with making our vision a reality. Several instances of the team going above and beyond for us, including literally dumpster diving to recover a momento we left behind after the wedding.
We had an incredible wedding at Pinecroft and highly recommend it to anyone interested.

The team at Pinecroft was an absolute dream of a wedding planning process and wedding. From receiving planning assistants, day of coordinators, to many of the wedding needs being covered in-house, we were able to plan the wedding of our dreams. My son's wedding was held at Pinecroft on April 13, 2024 and it was beautiful! From the time I walked in the door and was greeted by David until we left that evening all of us were treated royally! The staff was exceptional from the grounds crew to the servers, friendly and smiles on their faces. Pinecroft made the day magically for the bride and groom along with all their guests.

What can we say about Pinecroft? It is one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Cincinnati. The incredibly architecture, the gorgeous European inspired gardens and beautiful event tent just scratches the surface on how amazing this venue is. We photographed a recent wedding at Pinecroft and their staff couldn't have been nicer. We are so glad our couple chose Pinecroft because it made our jobs so easy. No detail was spared on our wedding day. It was so beautiful and I am so glad we chose to get married here! The only down side I can think of is that it was a little chilly in our reception space - we also got married in November, so I can’t blame that entirely on them! They allowed our guests to leave vehicles overnight and for us to pick up our decor a couple days after our wedding, which was a huge help. They truly wanted to make our day magical, and it absolutely was.

My husband and I had our wedding at the Pinecroft on September 30, 2023 and it was absolutely perfect. From the minute we took a tour of the venue, we were blown away. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional when it comes to planning a wedding. We could not recommend the Pinecroft enough. If you are looking for a beautiful, secluded venue with amazing food, drinks and staff that knows exactly what they are doing - look no further.
We frequently worked with Michele Roth, Emylie Hill and Laura Randall. All three of them provided excellent guidance throughout the planning process into the day of our wedding. They were an absolute joy to work with.
The venue itself is beautiful and has both a groomsmen suite and a bridal suite for getting ready. The actual estate is breathtaking and has a real english royalty charm to it which I loved and the backyard and gardens were perfect for cocktail hour.
The venue is owned by a catering company, DelightMore (formerly Funky’s Catering) and the food was AMAZING. Every single guest at our wedding raved about the food and left their plates clean.
Lastly, every staff member we coordinated with, from our main coordinator Michele to the day of staff helping around the venue, were so great to work with. They truly
made my husband and I feel special and catered to on our wedding day. I could not recommend this venue enough. They really provide a 5 star experience in every aspect of the planning process to the big day.

We had our wedding at Pinecroft at Crosley Estate July 2023. We planned our wedding from Texas and I started working with the team at Pinecroft July 2022. Everything was perfect from our first phone call until the last minute of our beautiful wedding! The attention to detail is the next level. We only came once in November and arrived 4 days before our wedding. Typically, this could cause a lot of stress but there was little to zero stress because the staff is just that good. Every detail was taken into consideration and our timeline was executed to the minute.
Another great thing about Pinecroft is due to the expansive estate, there are so many different ways to set up your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception to fit your vision. The space for the Bridal party is several rooms and more then enough space for a large wedding party to get ready. The groomsmen space is also great.
The space is also great for sudden changes in plans, like weather. We had planned on getting married in the orchard but when it ended up threatening rain, the team was able to shift our ceremony inside 2 hours before the ceremony and then flip back the space under 10 minutes for our reception.
I could go on forever about all the special moments and how impressive every person we interacted with while planning our wedding. Having our wedding at Pinecroft was a huge part of why our wedding was as magical as it was!

The Pinecroft Team are PROFESSIONALS! The pre-planning and "day of"attention were over the top. These folks KNOW what they are doing. So gracious, so knowledgeable, so thorough. It was a joy to work with these folks and the venue is absolutely gorgeous. All of our guests thought they were on the set of Downten Abbey...the grounds and gardens were beautiful. The Bridal Suite where the bride and bridesmaids got ready was so sweet, decorated in pink roses, turquois and white...all girly, while the guys had a terrific man cave/wine celler to get ready in. Overall it was THE BEST EXPERIENCE and made our day the best it could possibly be. I can't say enough positive things about the venue. It's a very special place.
We couldn't have picked a better venue or team to work with! Pinecroft helped make our wedding a dream come true. From working with Michelle, who is an absolute JOY to work with, and her team, we felt like they understood what we wanted the day to look and feel like. Meagan did an outstanding job of nailing the day of and making sure the day moved along as it should. The Pinecroft is a beautiful venue owned by Funky's Catering company. I got so many compliments on the food and venue I chose for my wedding and I'm so glad I selected them. The team at Funky's was helpful in planning my wedding and making everything go seamlessly on the big day.
Literally I couldn't have worked with better people than the ones at Pinecroft. I booked it sight unseen, and was blown away when we finally were able to tour it. Being able to do everything from the getting ready to the reception in one spot made the day flow so much easier, and our guests were raving about how beautiful everything was. We had great weather, but they ran us through the rain plan and even that was so beautiful. Julia, our event coordinator was always easy to reach and knowledgable about everything, and also just a super fun and enthusiastic person. Meagan, our day of coordinator, ran a tight ship - literally not a single thing went wrong the whole day thanks to her and her assistants. I felt informed and supported by them the whole time we were planning the event, and they even packed up our car for us at the end of the night, which for us was a ton of stuff since I DIYed a ton. The price felt steep when we first got the contract, but throughout the day my husband and I saw how many people were there helping and serving and doing a thousand different things - and all of them doing it with great attitudes and energy, we can't imagine having paid any less for what we got. Really really could not be happier - and as an added bonus, if you get married here, the next year they invite you to a catered Valentine's Day dinner at the estate - so you even get a date night out of it :)
The Pinecroft is a beautiful venue. The food from Funky’s was delicious, and we got many compliments on it. Our mixed drinks came out great. It was such a perfect place for a wedding. One of the reasons we initially went with the Pinecroft was because of how “full service” and organized they are with a coordinator working out all the details with you before and a full crew for the day. We created all of the lists, a map, and had multiple meetings with the team but on the actual day... it was a bit of a mess.
There seemed to be some communication breakdown, because the crew did not have any of our lists, the chairs were in the wrong arrangement, a tent was missing, the hors d'oeuvres were incorrect, no one seemed to know where things went, and they were not keeping track of what had arrived or if anything was missing. I would say “trust, but verify” that things on the wedding day are as you expected and discussed during the planning meetings. Better to find out early with time to fix it than to be surprised and disappointed when it’s too late.
All of that said, everything turned out beautiful in the end, and if we had to do it again, we’d pick the Pinecroft in a heartbeat. There were so many details that made the day incredible. They recommended a historian that knew all about the Crosley’s and we brought him in during the happy hour. The guys had their own man cave to chill in before the wedding, the women had their own bubbly bar, and we had a sparkler sendoff to cap off the night.
We had the most wonderful experience working with the Pinecroft for our wedding. While we were concerned whether Covid would impact our wedding, the staff were incredibly helpful along the way in communicating updates. We couldn't have had a better group of people to work with that guided us in the right direction and helped us every step of the way. The level of professionalism from this team was incredibly calming and enabled my husband and I to have the best wedding. I would recommend this venue whole heartedly to anyone who is considering an outdoor wedding in the Cincinnati area.
Our wedding at Pinecroft was absolutely perfect. Everyone on the team was extremely helpful and flexible as we planned a wedding during COVID. They thought of all the details and made the day flow perfectly without myself, my husband, or any of our family members having to lift a finger the day of. And of course the food through Funky's is out of this world. I cannot recommend Pinecroft and Funky's enough
Pinecroft has it all! Absolutely gorgeous estate with the mansion, award winning garden, arbor and reception tent that are each spectacular. Additionally, Pinecroft includes the wedding planning and design services of Beth and specialty staff whose expertise guides you and advises you through the whole process. Beth and Hillary were amazing to work with and they created a vision that exceeded our expectations. Beth provided the best advice on everything from decor, table layout to vendors and scheduling, and she was there on the wedding day to make sure everything was perfect. She helped calm our fears and she always had everything under control. Funky's service was incredible. The servers were everywhere but yet invisible. The food was excellent and Carlene and the food and bar staff were very courteous and professional. Kevin did an amazing job with the outside flowers. Our guests are still talking about the spectacular wedding a month later. I wouldn't have changed a thing. Seriously, Pinecroft is one stop shopping and Funky's did an excellent job and are worth every penny. They will create your vision and exceed your expectations.
We had the pleasure of getting married at Pinecroft in May/2019. I cannot say enough great things about our experience with the whole staff. Hilary and Beth were so personable and fun to work with at all our meetings. They helped create the vision of our dreams and our wedding was just a fairy tale of a day. On top of that Funky's has the best service and everyone at the wedding raved about how good both the service and food was! The property is stunning, nothing else like it in Cincinnati.
If you appreciate a historic feel, gorgeous outdoor space, and superior and attentive service, you must check out Pinecroft. Managed by Funky's, our wedding day went off flawlessly. The wedding party got ready in the mansion, and I couldn't have pictured doing it differently. A unique and spacious setting, with wonderful staff to help with anything you needed. The property and home is so gorgeous we took majority of our wedding photos here, and they turned out beautiful. The tent in the back for our reception was great, with the gardens outside for cocktail hour. Funky's ran the show on schedule, served wonderful food and drinks, and were a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend this venue more! So many guests were very complimentary, and much of that thanks goes to Funky's/Pinecroft.
Pinecroft at Crosley Estate was the most perfect venue for our daughter and son-in-law’s romantic magical wedding. Our coordinator, Hilary, and her lovely assistant Beth, were most accommodating and their knowledge and professionalism helped in planning the most perfect wedding of a lifetime. The entire Funky’s staff, including Laura who helped guide us through the ceremony, and Alyssa, the catering manager were well organized and very professional. The food was amazing! Compliments to the Chef who took the time to visit tables to assure everyone was satisfied. I apologize for not being able to name him. We can’t forget David our Butler who worked tirelessly from the beginning of day from our arrival at 8am until departure and was everywhere for everybody. David was awesome! Kudos also to all the army of staff who worked diligently to see that our event was everything we dreamed of and more. Without hesitation, I would recommend this Venue to anyone who dreams of a storybook wedding. You will not regret contacting Pinecroft!
We had the absolute perfect day at Pinecroft, but it goes back so much further than just "The Big Day".
We started planning our wedding 17 months ago & initially started with a coordinator who is no longer with the company. About 6 months in to our planning process, we received an email from Hilary stating she would be taking over for this woman's place & could we come in to discuss some things. At first we were a bit miffed, how could they just change coordinators mid-process. However, upon meeting Hilary & Beth - boy were wrong to be upset! These ladies are literal wedding ANGELS! They wanted to talk to us about the layout of the reception as well as some decor we had picked. Suffice to say, we ended up basically changing everything & starting over - and thank God we did! These ladies know what's up! They were so wonderful with any questions we had in the planning process, the communication with everyone on Funky's Catering team is phenomenal.
As we entered wedding week, weather was a concern. We had planned an outdoor ceremony, but it was looking like rain was pretty much a guarantee when it came down to it. I told them I wanted to hold off & call it day-of if we needed to change things to indoor. Well, day of came & it was only sprinkling in the AM, I told them I'd still like to be set up outside & they obliged. As we got ready, everyone was SO attentive making sure if we needed anything, we had it very quickly. The staff all knew our plans and everything ran so smoothly behind the scenes. The only decision I had to make all day was to move our ceremony inside. Unfortunately, it did end up pouring as the day progressed & we had to move things into the reception tent. By the time I went downstairs to see how everything would be set up, the job was done. They already flipped the room & set up chairs inside. It was stunning! Honestly, hearing the rain pound on the roof of the tent was the most romantic experience. The staff handled the change beautifully! We were worried things would be tight in the mansion for our guests - we had about 230 guests - but everyone had access to roam the rooms & hors d'oeuvres were still passed successfully!
Pinecroft/Funky's are literal miracle workers, I'm telling you! From the planning, to the setup, to the tear down I honestly cannot recommend any other venue/staff. Every single person I encountered was a doll & you can tell these people absolutely LOVE what they do. The entire experience was just perfect!

Absolutely lovely! I have been to multiple wedding at the Pinecroft Estate and every wedding is made to be unique and memorable. The staff is incredible and the venue is gorgeous. Couldn't recommend them more!
Pinecroft is a beautiful venue. Grounds are pretty. Parking convenient. Tent is nice. Restrooms are back in the mansion, across the drive. An inconvenience on a cold, windy night like we had for our reception. Making the tent drafty and noisy.
The caterer HAS to be Funky's. The food was good at the reception, excellent at the tasting. Ran out of one entree, but did not tell our guests they cd go to the closed buffet and get the entree.
Our event coordinator was released from the Funky's staff during our planning. Due to lack of training, lack of commitment or overwhelmed by the job. I do not know. The former employee was replaced by 2 people. We were not aware of the change or that Funky's was unaware of our wedding until we emailed with a question 2 1/2 mos prior to our wedding. The former employee took all of our info with her.
All that we verbally agreed to with the former employee was no longer an option.
We had several issues with our reception. Even though we had 2 meetings with staff, one including Funky, prior to the event. We had a meeting after our event and it turns out all the issues were "our fault or the fault of the terrible weather." However, gratuity was mentioned 3x , before and after the event.
If you choose Funky's - get everything in writing. The left hand did not know what the right hand was doing. Keep in mind the captain can/will make decisions that are not what you wanted.
We planned our wedding for 18 months. We were available for calls, emails, meetings, the entire time. This is our second daughter to marry. First wedding was a little larger than this one. Many of the same guests at both events. The difference was night and day.
I, the mother of the bride, am posting this in hopes that no family will have our unfortunate experience. The wedding of your child is so special. Human error should not spoil it for you, especially when you are paying so much to make it nice.
I can’t say enough good things about the Pinecroft! From start to finish, our day was absolutely amazing. The staff through Funky’s catering made sure we had everything we needed the entire day, and they could not have been nicer. We were supposed to have an outdoor ceremony, and when the rain picked up about 40 minutes before it started they busted their butts to move everything indoors to make it look just as gorgeous as it would have been in the Orchard. They were accommodating the entire night, and even made the sure guests were happy with their food after dinner (their food is amazing by the way!) I highly recommend this venue for an amazing and gorgeous wedding day experience! My guests are still talking about how amazing it was :)

We were thrilled with the venue but the staff are incredible. They made sure everything worked beautifully . But when it started to rain,they got umbrellas over us in seconds. when a guest was ill they found blankets and took care of her. We all had a wonderful time, perfect. We loved having our wedding here. It was absolutely beautiful. Funky's Catering, who runs the venue were fantastic. The staff wouldn't let us or any guests lift a finger to do anything. We thought the wedding day would be the most stressful day when we were planning, but they really made it so relaxing for everyone involved. All of our other vendors loved working here and kept complimenting the venue. They were right. The day went so smoothly, even when there was rain in the forecast and they didn't know if we may have to move inside at the last minute. It will always hold a special place in our hearts as our beautiful wedding venue.
Everyone was so wonderful. I worked with Emily for planning and I just adore her! Everything the day of went seamlessly and the whole crew at Pinecroft were amazing from helping time our entrance music to fixing my bustle halfway through the reception. So grateful for everyone there!
Pinecroft delivered. Their service is second to none. My wedding day turned out fabulous and it was thanks to the attentiveness my group was given and the care they put into their events. The scenery speaks for itself, and the house has great space to get ready in!

As any bride can relate the weeks before the wedding are just insanely stressful, Pinecroft's staff did an amazing job of making my day stress free.
The site and house is absolutely beautiful. With the number of out of town bridesmaids, getting ready here rather than traveling around town really made things easier. Plus, getting ready there was so much fun.
We had my nieces there with us and the staff was very nice and took them on a tour of the house, even going to so far as to tell them about the third floor ghost. After that tour they could not stop talking about the ghost and the house.
They truly went above and beyond in every way.
I had emphasized how much I love appetizers. . . well during the cocktail hour I constantly had waiters offering me some and during the break between the cocktail hour and reception, when my husband and I were upstairs. . . there were fresh beers and a plate of appetizers waiting for us! I could not have been happier.
With Funky's catering, how could you go wrong? Their food is amazing!!!!!
I could walk up to the bar and the bartender would just hand me my next drink without asking.
I could go on and on but I am just trying to highlight a few things that stood out to me (clearly I like food and drinks). Ask my mom and the other people involved and I am sure they would have a whole different list of compliments.
Our wedding day at Pinecroft was very much like a fairytale. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that you feel spectacular all day long. The experience of working with Pinecroft through the planning process was lovely - we used several of their vendors (Spoon Fulla Sugar, DJ Toad, Eastgate Flowers) and were pleased with all of them. Everything went according to plan. The only hiccup we had was during the ceremony - the rehearsal was not well executed and we had several family members sitting by one another that were not supposed to be (divorced parents, etc). The bridal party also was unsure where to stand. We got married outside and it was a windy day, and the mic that our pastor was using kept clipping and cutting out during our vows. I would suggest making sure that that the rehearsal is done at Pinecroft if you are having your ceremony there. However, the ceremony was absolutely GORGEOUS ( we were married in the orchard facing the mansion), and Debbie from Eastgate did an incredible job on the flowers. Our cocktail hour went off without a hitch, and DJ Toad even streamed the derby for us in the mansion. The reception was UNBELIEVABLE. Davidson was our captain, and he exceeded our expectations. The food was incredible (the chef personally visited each table to make sure everyone was satisfied), the party was going all night long, and it was beautiful. Our vision was definitely brought to life - it was nothing short of magical. We had several people say it was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever attended. We are so happy we chose Pinecroft, and would recommend it to anyone!
Pinecroft is an aboutely stunning venue and allowed us to have the most beautiful wedding I have ever seen. The mix of the lush, green landscape, rose garden, orhcard, and tall grasses witht the vintage masion is unbeatable.
The also offer a full service from the day you book to your wedding. Cecelia acted as my wedding planner and help me with design and everything else about the day. I am sure we emailed hundreds of times over the year and a half.
I think the only mix ups came when Cecelia became ill and her assistant Randi took over. There were a few things that fell through the cracks in terms of details.
But all in all, the day was more than I could have ever imagined. The weather was perfect. Everyone there was so helpful. They always kept us in the loop.
After we were married, the wedding party was brought out drinks. When my husband and I went up to the bridal suite for our time away, they brought us drinks and food.
From the planners, to the head chef, to the "butler," everyone was always checking and helping to make sure everything was perfect.

Funky's Catering, who manage Pinecroft at Crosley Estate, were an absolute pleasure to work with on our big day. I honestly cannot think of one bad thing to say about them. From the very beginning, my wife and I got the impression that they really knew what they were doing. They conducted themselves in a very professional manner at every point. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our day special. The estate itself is gorgeous. I highly recommend you to find some pictures of the house and the property. Our guests couldn't say enough about how beautiful of a venue it is. The staff are second to none. The bridal party was assigned a staff member to take care of any needs the day of the wedding. She served us breakfast and lunch the day of, and really made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The ceremony went off without a hitch. The workers coordinating our ceremony had it down to a science. It was incredible how smoothly everything flowed. You can't beat this kind of experience and professionalism. The reception was absolute perfection. From the decor to the room temperature, to the unbeatable quality of the food, I can't say enough good things about the reception. Funky's really made us feel special. Every interaction we had with them, it seemed like we were their only client. They really raise the bar in the service industry. I cannot recommend them enough. Funky's does it right!!
I could not have picked a more gorgeous venue! Their staff is impeccable and no detail is overlooked. I was beyond happy and my wedding was nothing short of perfection!
My wedding/reception at Pinecroft was an amazing day. I had a group of close friends and family to help pull the whole thing off and the Pinecroft staff blended seamlessly with them. The Pinecroft staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. My advice if you're on a budget, though, is to enlist your own help wherever possible because Pinecroft will try to nickel & dime you if you need their help above and beyond what is specifically laid out in your contract. It was overall a wonderful experience and I would still recommend the venue to anyone looking for a unique space within Cincinnati.
Pinecroft at the Crosley Estate was a great venue for our 4th of July wedding! We were extremely pleased with their attention to detail and team approach in making sure we had everything covered. The management by Funky’s Catering was great to help make the food selection easy. Everything with our day went perfect! Pinecroft runs like a “well oiled machine”. The Pinecroft doesn't even need a review...once you see the venue for yourself & meet their wonderful staff, you'll understand why it's the best wedding venue in Cincinnati & nothing else compares. You'll fall in love with it the second you arrive.
The staff was extremely organized every step of the way, making you feel comfortable with the entire wedding planning process. They make sure to cover all the details & options - things you would never remember to think of! They also made some fabulous recommendations for other vendors we needed.
In addition the the wonderful staff, the food from Funky's was amazing! During the tasting, it was so difficult to choose which dishes because they were all delicious! We got so many compliments from our guests about the food. Even though I may be biased, it was the best food I've ever had at a wedding.
I would 100% recommend the Pinecroft to anyone - I wish we could go back & do it all again!

When I set out on the daunting task of planning our wedding, I knew what I wanted. Something magical. I did not want a church or office type carpeting and drop-cieling that wouldn't match with my color theme. As a couple we share a love for history, old architecture, art, music and gardens. We were new to the Cincinnati area and thus completely clueless as to what this city had to offer. We looked at museums and parks, all lovely but just not it. Then we found Pinecroft over in Mt.Airy. It's in an odd side of town, but once you drive onto the grounds, I promise you are transported to another world. We were so amazed to have the mansion for the entire day. I was able to have my hair and makeup artist meet us in the morning while my bridesmaids and I got to leisurely sip on mimosas and nibble on the amazing breakfast that was provided for us. My husband and his groomsmen had an amazing man cave in the cellar that they had no qualms hanging out in to get ready. The grounds were going through quite a transformation in the months between when we reserved the venue and our wedding day, but we truly feel like we chose the best day of the year. The trees were magnificent in color and all our out-of-towners were speechless to the classic beauty of our day. If we had to do it all over again, we absolutely would!

Funky's made quite possibly the best food I have ever tasted. The options were out of this world. Seth and Karen made the day of a walk in the park for our families, wedding party and guests. The set up that Cecilia put together for our reception was beautiful. Highly recommend as a venue in the Cincy area!
Pinecroft was by far better than I could have ever imagined. They went above and beyond to make sure not only my husband I were satisfied, they checked with all of the guests as well. I had an AMAZING experience with at the Pinecroft! The beautiful mansion and grounds speaks for itself, so I'll focus on their service. The onsite wedding coordinator (Cecilia) was extremely patient with my many questions and last minute changes, and not to mention a wealth of information on everything wedding related. Michael and the crowd at Funky's catering, the caterer affiliated with the Pinecroft, wanted nothing more than to taylor menu to relfect our specific tastes and cultures (Lebanese and Italian). They did NOT disappoint...I'm still getting compliments on the food :) which I made a point to try all of (not easy for the bride ya know)! The day of was a breeze and I was able to relax and enjoy the time getting ready in the mansion with my friends and family. I really can't say enough about the venue and staff. It is a bit pricey, however much more reasonable than some of the other wedding locations available that offer a similar, elegant atmosphere...and it was worth every penny. I truly had my dream wedding and wouldn't change a single thing about our day!
WOW…..what negative things can I say about Pinecroft? NOTHING! I think I was the laziest, most pampered bride to walk in the front door. The staff at Funky’s and Pinecroft made me that way. I fell in love with the mansion the minute I saw it. Our guests are still talking about the beauty of the house and property. Our goal was to have a classy, romantic evening with an outstanding meal. That is exactly what we received. The staff at the Pinecroft went above and beyond to contact vendors, dig out donated table numbers and rearrange flowers the morning of our wedding. The tables looked so pretty thanks to them. They served vegetarian meals to vegetarians we didn’t know we had. The staff that served dinner was so kind and thoughtful. The chef or chefs visited the tables to discuss the menu, and then later to make sure everyone was happy. They were awesome!
I would recommend The Pinecroft to any bride that wants a first class venue. My only complaint is that we didn’t starve ourselves the week before our tasting. The food was terrific ! A special thank you to Shannon, Seth, Ralph, Kate and everyone who made our day fantastic!
I was looking for a unique Cincinnati wedding venue, something that had not been done a million times before. When we walked into Pinecroft, we knew it was the special place we had been looking for. It was a beautiful old mansion with history, charm and character. The beauty of the site was met by the passion of the staff. The crew who runs Pinecroft is hands down some of the most thoughtful and helpful staff I've ever come across. They helped me with every detail, including on-site coordination for our big day. And a big day it was...we had over 330 guests, the biggest wedding to date at Pinecroft! They handled it like true professionals and the space accommodated every single one of us! Funky's does all of the catering at Pinecroft. Funky's is fabulous - the food was beyond expectations! I recommend Pinecroft to anyone and everyone I know. It is truly a place where wedding dreams are made!
When I was looking for a wedding venue, Pinecroft blew everyone else out of the water. Eric showed us around the mansion, was very knowledgeable, and professional. The staff is organized and I felt very comfortable knowing my big day would be in their hands. When you book Pinecroft, you do not get a choice in catering companies as Funky's Catering manages the Pinecroft property and they are the sole caterers. This, really, is of little consequence as they do an AMAZING job and prepare fabulous food. We had some pretty specific requests and they were so accommodating. I was never told 'no' or 'we can't do that', their answer was always, 'we will figure out a way to make that happen for you.' I loved having the grounds all day to get ready and to take pictures. We were well taken care of by all of the Pinecroft and Funky's employees. They work like a well oiled machine! One of Funky's owners, Jerin, stopped by our table during the reception to make sure the food and the night were going as expected. Great service!
You can do everything through their wedding coordinator, Cecilia - transportation, flowers, linens, ceremony music, etc. I would recommend doing some of your own research. (ex: I brought in my own linens from an outside vendor for about half the cost of what Pinecroft quoted me.)
The only person I had a complaint about through the whole planning process was Cecilia. She didn't return emails or phone calls and I had to do a lot of checking up on details that I originally thought she would be taking care of. The communication got a lot better once the issue was confronted. She is a lovely person, just didn't meet my expectations.
Regardless of where you get married, if you do not have a wedding planner, I would highly recommend designating a 'day of' person to help answer all the little questions people will ask, to do small errands (like giving out gratuity), and to keep track of the details you will forget!
Overall, out wedding day was beautiful and the Crosley Estate was a perfect setting! I would highly recommend Pinecroft and Funky's! Once you visit, everywhere else will fall short!
My daughter and son-in-law got married at Pinecroft Mansion on September 21, 2013. Words can't describe the service and staff at Pinecroft! It was absolutely amazing.
From the moment we walked into the Mansion (9:00 am) until we left the reception (11:30 pm) we were treated EXCEPTIONAL. Words can't describe how we felt. Every single staff member was super friendly and pleasant and made you feel that you were the only one that mattered for the day. We didn't have to worry about any details - they took care of everything.
It has been over a week since the wedding and we are still getting calls saying how wonderful it was; complimenting on the actual venue to how the food was so yummy and delicious. Most of our guest stated that they never had food taste so good at a reception.
I suggest every bride-to-be to check out Pinecroft Mansion for your venue. Your ceremony and reception can be held at this facility. You will not be disappointed! You will be so happy you chose this venue and so will your guest!

I truly LOVED our venue!!! The staff is amazing and they go out of their way to take care of you and make your "Big Day" everything it should be. We have heard nothing but rave reviews from our guests. Such a unique and new venue! I feel blessed to have my wedding here.

The first time we visited Pinecroft I knew that I wanted to be married there. It is an absolutely stunning mansion and they have done a wonderful job keeping the character of the house and the grounds. The orchard was an amazing spot for our ceremony and the permanent tent was beautiful for our reception. I loved the fact that we could have our ceremony and reception in one spot. Another bonus was getting the entire mansion for the whole day. My bridesmaids and I enjoyed getting ready and relaxing at the mansion before our afternoon ceremony.
Our original venue, Newport Aquarium, canceled on us 8 months before our wedding. The folks at Pinecroft saved the day! The tent, house, & grounds are gorgeous. The staff was extremely attentive to details. (Ex. Our signature drink had hibiscus syrup in it, so they placed a hibiscus plant on the bar.) The professionalism is amazing and that goes for everyone at the place: the caterers, Cecelia Rose, and house. Great eye for detail, well organized, ran a flawless service during the reception. I work for a Church in Cincinnati and I hear all the brides' stories. I can safely say Pinecroft is a hidden jewel among Cincinnati Wedding Venues!
Im the groom writing this and my goodness this place was a dream come true. We had the perfect covering of snow and the entire property was amazing. The house itself is the definition of classy and cozy and the tent outside was a perfect size for about 215 people. Overall, i would recommend this place for any couple who likes a vintage, cozy and old fashioned place for their reception.
If you want a unique venue with first class service look no further. The Mansion is a beautiful place to get ready for your big day. Funky's delivers EXCELLENT food for a reasonable price. Working with Michael, Cecilia, Brent and Sean was truly a pleasure! Cecilia made sure that the vision I had for our special day came to life even if I did change a couple of things around last minute. Brent was incredibly attentive and seemed to genuinely care that our day was perfect, she was great the day of making sure I didn't have to worry about a thing! Michael ensures everyone at Funky's and Pinecroft creates an excellent customer experience for their clients.
